We visited for the 2. Mal the Borgo the Limoni and were also enthusiastic this year. The residence is wonderful have been nice. We find on Lake Garda nothing comparable!
A detailed description I see: July 2011, Simone. ( nothing has changed!).
We booked this year the apartment type 4, balcony, with 2 bedrooms, so that our kids not in the living/bedroom had to sleep. Unfortunately the room was the children small and the skylight couldn't be opened. We should next summer come back, we'll take again apartment type 2 with a balcony, because for children no extra-bedroom and the ... other room then a bit bigger. The viermieterehepaar is reserved nice. The landlady but seemed a bit arrogant and unfriendly, which other guests also already written. You have to know, then one comes well with your. Altogether we felt very comfortable. The dreamlike view from the balcony, the very good condition of the whole holiday resort, the possibility, the car in the underground garage parked, the well-kept garden and the large swimming pool, as well as the prompt bread service felt even this year again absolutely loved it. We will certainly also a third time again!

Ever apartment: 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 glasses etc.
Families with more children not allowed (statement the owner)
When our son on a beach chair has violated, we are with couch and injured son to the owner. The has only with a a shrug of the shoulders commented. It wasn't even an association offered.
Rooms are large but inconvenient laid out.

Beware of additional costs at booking were (second car 25.-or 60-for eight months old baby for four days, although crib was brought)! Very unfriendly behavior of the owner. Children pool was freezing. read more

We were the 2. time in the great complex. The nice ambiance the hotel but the rudeness and arrogance, in particular by the boss strong. Complaints (dirty dishes, lamps broken, kühlschrankaussattung missing) only dislike by card accepted. Here you feel not as a customer. With the payment, there was not even a thank you, the least one might expect. A shame, we would have gladly again in the nice hotel went. read more

We had a great vacation in the Borgo the Limoni. The location is very good for excursions around lake Garda.
The complex we really liked especially because of the view of the lake the pool area was great.
Bread service in the morning worked fine. The satellite reception with German channels was good.
The building is however badly soundproofed and the road directly in front of the house is busy. From friendliness the boss however still not heard much. Gargnano offers a good value for money. Italian food right at the port we really liked. read more

The resort is really beautiful and everything except the wonderful with bougainvillea and lavender garden options seemed very new. So new, that we, for example, of the clothes hook was not appropriate. But I think not bad. The cleaning lady in one week in June once our terrace clean, for a cleaning of the apartment would have to pay extra. The mattresses were comfortable and not worn out. In the night it was quiet. Our bedroom was in the back of the hotel. However, there are also apartments, the rooms at the thoroughfare at the front of the chairs, they ... were definitely loud. The furnishing of the kitchen is unfortunately üprig, that is my only complaint. The glasses, plates, the cutlery etc., are counted, no spoon too much. The pan is a Billigausgabe, stuck in everything. Washing up liquid, salt, sugar, you have to buy everything. So if you like we with six persons at night time cooks, you get real difficulties, because you must, wash. The lady at the front desk did not have with the departure not even asked, whether we loved it. read more

Das Borgo dei Limoni ist wirklich eine tolle Anlage für Paare wie auch für Familien.
Die Anlage hat einen Pool und ein Babybecken, so wie ausreichend Liegestühle. Die ganze Anlage wird sehr gepfelgt und ist sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Alle sprechen und verstehen auch Deutsch. Bei Ankunft wird einem kurz die Anlage gezeigt und die Einzelheiten der Wohung erklärt, was in vielen Anlagen in Italien nicht der Fall ist.
Es wird ein Brötchenservice angeboten, der sich für einen geringen Preis wirklich lohnt.
Die Wohung an sich, ist einfach eingereichtet, so wie es eben in Italien Standart ist. ... Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, TV, Internet und Föhn. Die Zimmer sind anständig geräumig und das Bad sehr groß.
Fast alle Wohnungen haben direkten Blick auf den See.

Da wir ausserhalb der Saison da waren haben wir es sehr gut angetroffen. Es war sehr wenig Betrieb. Unser Apartement war von der einfachen Kategorie aber sehr sauber und groß genug. Die Räume sind etwas hellhörig,aber obwohl direkt an der Strasse gelegen, haben wir von dieser nicht viel mitbekommen. Ich kann mir durchaus vorstellen noch einmal hierher zu kommen. read more

Nachdem ich bei Holidaycheck schon einige negative Kritiken über die Unterkunft gelesen habe, dachte ich mir nur, so schlimm wird´s schon nicht sein. Aber hier muss ich allen Vorgängern recht geben, Freundlichkeit herrscht nur wenn die Kasse klingelt. Die Ausstattung der Appartments ist absolut auf das Minimum reduziert ( #keine Geschirrtücher, Spülbürsten, Reiniger o.ä.) Wer hier wirklich kochen will, bzw. sich selbst versorgen möchte muss so ziemlich seinen kompletten Haushalt mitnehmen. Allerdings kann die eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden (sonst Aufpreis). Für Singles oder Familien ohne Kinder ist die Anlage schön. Überall duftet es nach Zitronen und die Sicht ... auf den See ist grossartig. Allerdings muss man mit etwas Strassenlärm rechnen, da das Hotel überhalb der Gardesana liegt. Für Menschen mit Behinderung oder Familien mit Kinderwagen ist die Anlage zu steil bzw. nicht befahrbar oder nur über Treppen erreichbar. Auch die Verteilung der Zimmer war nicht glücklich zu nennen (Familien zwischen Motorradclubmitgliedern).
Alles in allem würde ich den Borgo dei Limoni nicht weiterempfehlen, da mir die Besitzerin einfach zu unfreunlich und Ausstattung für das Geld zu gering war. read more

In ein paar Jahren wenn diese Anlage komplett fertig gestellt ist, sicher ganz ok. Leider liegen die Wohnung recht dicht an dicht. Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse ist kaum gegeben. Die Wohnungen hellhörig. Dem Personal würde eine Schulung in "Kundenfreundlichkeit" gut tun..... read more
