Very family-friendly hotel. We & dwarf (2,5) felt very comfortable. Kind and varied child care and also possibility for individual care. Food very tasteful, but unfortunately sometimes only lukewarm. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Proximity to ski lift and school ideal. Only drawback: very small wellness area with cold and loud resting room, sauna tiny, but beautiful heated outside pool. read more

Great hotel for family vacation. Very good food (although sometimes a bit experimentel ). Very good service in the restaurant. Resting room at the pool is cold and uncomfortable. Caregiver is very pleasant. Location right at the ski lift and skiing school. Manageable winter sports region. All employees are very attentive and friendly. Noticed the following points for the it in our review deductions were: Table linen not clean and not to 4 star standard Chair covers in the restaurant dirty Heizungsabdeckungen in the restaurant defect Autumn leaves in the pool (in the middle in the winter) 3 days no collection of the garbage bin in the toilet Positive was the very good child care and the massages when Margit are very recommendable. read more

The hotel we have because of the good reviews about child care, and food-these good reviews we could confirm. Particularly the wine selection and also menüvielfalt left nothing to be desired. The child care is also lovingly and very varied. The hotel is in a perfect location. -once over the street and already is one at the school! The ski school bögei is really absolutely great! Both of our children were every day top motivated! The deficiency of the hotel is unfortunately not really existing team spirit of services we already have some family experienced (with less comfort & simple) ..., where we definitely warm and attentive care were. Our tischkellnerin asked on the final day still after our room number to the square! This is in my opinion not & is more than inattentive and we have with 12 people a lot of drinks fulfilled! My complaint of the non-functioning heating element is until the end not been resolved-we had to us even manage! If you're on a beautiful spa hopes, will sadly also disappointed! The sauna enough for about 6 people stacked! The area is quickly! That is not very relaxing! Overall the holiday was nice-with small drawbacks! We want very like to come again. Family schmeel is very welcoming to all guests and works even in the 'rush hour' with, to the staff to relieve. As' not regular ' we were very beautifully integrated. Only the sauna area could do with a little updating, if something planned would be. read more

We were at the end of december the filzmooserhof features and we would go back in a heartbeat! The food, the easy going atmosphere, the cleanliness convince in every aspect. An absolute highlight is the child care-my son was more than impressed and that would be for him again a reason, immediately to go back! All in all : very recommendable... The spa area could use a renovation was but nevertheless clean. Much praise goes to the great kitchen! We were with friends and it was all delicious. Also the service was very friendly and helpful. The Swiss stone pine suites are very comfortable and modernly furnished. We would come back any time here have a vacation. Very recommendable for families. read more

A real family hotel for relaxing vacation with the entire family. The food is a delight. The hiking bus stops almost directly in front of the hotel, so that the car on vacation actually stand still can. The children have both in the hotel great rooms with play equipment, as well as in the garden. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help.
