We were with our son after a round trip in this hotel. Unfortunately us the hotel no extra bed available bodies (, although extra booked ). Only after consultation with TUI travel guide was it. We had bungalow 220 this is centrally located. There are always small vehicles, with which you the very steep and long distances can. Wi-Fi free of charge at the front desk possible, but only with own computer. The use of the hotel's own Computer costs 15 dollars. Beach and sea couldn't be used, because of seaweeds. Everywhere at the beach many dead animals or fish. ... By the pool and at the beach there was always a free couch to get. With ' vorreservierten ' towels provided beach chairs regularly cleared. Food was good, but nothing for Europeans. One could free of charge in the various restaurants sign in. read more

very nice and large hotel complex the over 200 rooms right on the slope is embedded. This hotel is nothing for handicapped, as the rooms are located on a slope. The hotel has a shuttle bus of the rooms the restaurant on the whole hotel area. The property is very spacious. On the whole, was the cleanliness in the room okay, but the corners were not cleaned. We were the only German in the resort. 80% Americans and 20% Canadians. For German tourist with little English not recommendable. read more

the food is the Americans laid out. We had booked all inclusive, and were very disappointed. The sausage and butter for breakfast were not enjoyable. We had only of toast and eggs fed. Jams and honey completely too sugary. There was only between the meal times Hamburger and chips. During dinner we at the grill restaurant logged in. This was fine. In the buffet restaurant was the food satisfactory. There was hardly any fish, and if, then very dry. The only thing what 100% was good, was the fruit. Always fresh, and with love prepared

because the hotel the slope, we had a very nice view of the bay. The beach is small, gray but clean. The vegetation is very scant.

The hotel is located in a Hilton papagayo small Bay black Volcano and the under your feet pleasant soft, one runs like a carpet, large walks on the beach are however not possible. the water of the Pacific is very clean a good swimming and cooling. (about 25 °C temperature in the January 2012). the entire area is very clean, the bungalows are spread bergigem, there small open buses by the complex the guests at any time carry forward, if you don't want to walk. The rooms very neat and clean. great food! The staff in the restaurants very polite ... and competent. the guest structure in January 2012 mainly Americans and Canadians, but also guests from South America, a few German. read more

The hotel has direct access to the beach, you will be spared from annoying as far as possible, since the complex only one access and no vendors get. nearby there are immediate no options for shopping. in the hotel is a comprehensive program the trip offered, if these trips however their price, Costa Rica is not a 'cheap country'.

The resort is situated on the hillside and the Bungalows each with two rooms are allocated in a beautifull clean garden location. From the upper Bungalows one had a great view over the whole bay. The rooms are large enough also for three persons and equipped with two large beds. They are very clean, repairment matters are immediately dealt with. As described above very beautiful and spacious rooms with very good matraces ( not available everywhere). The place and the publicum very silent, only at the weekends because of the Ticos a little bit louder. We were not disturbed by any animals - iguanas, parrots and racoons, where one can else see such kind of things in the world? I've never seen in bush in Africa so many animals like in Costa Rica.

There was always enough and with good quality meals and drinks in the restaurants and bars. Quality and quantity always excellent, mainly local fruits and meals. We eat and try the landtypical meals with great pleasure, otherwise we could have just stayed at home. "Cleaniness" was written everywhere in big letters.

Super friendly "Ticos", who have always met us with friendly faces. Roomcleaniness very good and clean. Check-in without any problem. Good care of guests of TUI-Dame. In case of the complaints, everything is immediately dealt with.

Sport opportunities are good. For the place given conditions the shows were excellent. Repetition again after a week - but one can also enjoy something twice. Lying spots on the beach always available, no "night" reservations required.

The place is ideal for a holiday after a exciting round trip and to go through all visited places. Just relaxation. Trip programs were offered from the local organizers. Our transportation to San Jose airport lasted about approx. four hours. The drive was through lovely rainforest and flowed just like "a river".
