One of only three hotels in the national park, probably the best and most expensive. Ideal ausgangespunkt for the inspection of tikal, only a few hundred meters up to the ruins. Beautiful, large, unfortunately somewhat dark room (two each in a bungalow). Beds with mosquito nets, large bathroom. Bath very clean, the rooms also, except for under the beds. One may however no technology await; there is no tv (but the great impressions easily can hurt), no cell phone reception, no wi-fi (it is located just in the middle of the national park), no safe. The electricity (generator) falls sometimes ... kurzeitig from, so the batteries charge. The only relaxmöglichkeit is a small pool. There is a few souvenir shops. In the early morning rouse the apes, there are already a lot of animals, especially insects and birds. Great combination of nature and culture! The food is good, the selection ok, even at breakfast. A bit unmotivated staff, here needs sometimes ask, then, however. For the visit of tikal really recommendable. read more

beautiful area jungle, two hundred meters to the entrance to the ruins in Tikal, with the sounds of animals vile and a number of birds, parrots, monkeys, etc.
