It was a great hotel with indoor swimming pool, wellness, children's entertainment, a lot of pools and so on really a great vacation, only the weather could have been a little better to be, but otherwise really recommendable... Room with corner bath 2 showers and our at least, massive terrace with amazing sea view and also on the villages. read more

Hotel altogether, for older people and disabled less suitable. The events of the hotel are too few notified. The beach was by seaweeds polluted therefore for swimming limited usable. The stores and health center 'Rose' are very good. read more

The quiet location of the hotel guaranteed total relaxation. The whole area is very clean and very well maintained. The food is excellent and there is something for everyone there. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. In short: a succesful vacation and we will definitely a fourth time again! read more

The hotel deserved in any case the 5 star... The only problem is the location... However by bus is the also no problem The hotel is very clean... It was a great vacation, first a week booked, then a extended! Baden at the beach was also still great, since super sunny weather prevailed! Inside tip: also times to the south beach run, about 20 minutes through the pine forests above the beach, however below the dachas (20 minutes ), there, there are also waves! read more

The hotel is good. Criticize you can only little things. So is around the hotel nothing going on. (for this the hotel can but nothing). The internet connection was perfect cause and the food moderate salted-which even i noticed, as salzmeider. Against the monotonousness of the area is the bus, the every 40 minutes or a walk of about 30 minutes. Otherwise, you can get the extensive hotel absolutely recommend. read more

We had view of the sea booked and got a view of the trees. The food we found too boring, every 2 days it repeated itself and it was mostly bland. Our cleaning lady really only the beds made and fresh towels brought, nothing else! After the complaint was also nothing changed. For us was the beach a complete disappointement, too narrow and thus fully unfortunately also many seaweeds. Stayed in the pool area the signs, how deep it is, loose around and underwater was missing a Absaugabdichtung. P. S: the weather was excellent! read more

The hotel will in the low season mostly by German and English holidaymakers used, the AIL inclusive package booked.     To low season was one of the restaurants in use. It gave for the all inclusive guests always buffet with a wide selection. Therefore, only a few guests in the low season present were, it was in the restaurant area also always pleasant quiet. One has the kitchen attempted, the Northern European taste meeting.     the staff at reception is well trained in dealing with difficult German customers. They speak English and German almost fluent. Complaints were quickly and accommodating edit. All kinds of services stand for a fee locally available. Even a deutschspracjiger doctor works in the hotel.

    A large spa area with indoor and outdoor swimming pool and fitness room are available. It was a nice holiday, but we were five stars seem excessive. Hotel good quality, high proportion osteuropaischer tourists (about 80%), which seemed on the whole not unpleasant. The clothing at the meals, especially among men, was very casual. The selection and quality of the food was okay, but not five stars standard. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was pleasant. There were enough beach chairs at the pool, but not enough umbrellas. The beach was rather small and against extra charge with beach chairs and umbrella and. Distance to old nessebar about3 kilometer. ... (With the hotel taxi 15 leva per way, German standard) transfer time from the airport 30 minute. Good excursion possibilities. Highly recommended is the aquapark in nessebar. To sum up, it was a nice holiday look. Unfortunately we were six weeks before in a five-star hotel in Turkey, that is why our expectations were too high. read more

This was our second stay at the palace and the fifth time in that area, which consists of three hotels. We were again 100% satisfied and will definitely come back a sixth! It is an absolute family hotel, nothing for older people and not for young people. At the hotel are largest part families with children (the facilities for children are really unique. children's pool area with three slides and fairytale castle club, bouncy castles, toys, mini golf and and and.), so that older certainly not the calm, they are looking for. And for young people it is unfavorable ..., because it is close to hardly any clubs etc. are. But for families-just great! The children had each day a lot of fun and relaxed. And if the kids are happy, the recovery of the parents also nothing more in the way! The rooms are clean and large, the ' junior suites are equipped with megabyte, those had additionally a small children's room mile door. (Note: In JS without megabyte the children's room had no door.) The food was very good and thirsty, we are not-well the ' all inclusive-cocktails are a little improvement. The entertainers were all very nice, not pushy and the evening shows also very, very hard-I take my hat off to you! We can recommend this hotel for families 100% recommend! read more

There are three hotels and we stayed at Sol Nessebar Palace and it was a dream, this was the best hotel in Bulgaria. The grounds were very well kept, if you would think the could coddling was blind!!!!!! The room was cleaned well every day, and it was really clean. We had all inclusive and the meals were always different and you had a good and very large selection. In the hotel were from young to old. There are many English in October but actually very nice. read more

    The hotel has a private beach directly below the grounds. The next town was "Old Nessebar" and about 2 .5km away. Entertainment possibilities were in the hotel and for shopping maybe better to "old Nessebar" the hotel has its own taxis cost less than a taxi from outside. You can negotiate with the taxi drivers when and where you want them. Information on the Trip at the hotel at the travel agents.

In the autumn holidays not recommended as almost all leisure facilities at the start of October painted and to be kept in by bad weather only bored at the hotel area to hang out ( which by the way is unbearable for non-smokers). Also in the area was almost every shop close and than a private company for 2 days the hotel " Besieged", " normal guests " decided " in the game room for dinner bundled ( too small, too warm and rather Jugendherbergenflair ). read more

The hotel itself is large, 8 floors, the rooms are modern and clean. We had a room with 2 people with separate children's room, so for everyone had a single room. The room was very large, had a big balcony with a great view of the ocean. The only drawback to the balcony was that the screens, so you were not completely unobstructed views of other balconies. The room was cleaned every day. read more

    There was a restaurant. The food was varied, but still it was soon sick (this is of course a matter of taste). Sated you in any case. Super tasty were the melons. The tables were cleared very quickly, sometimes even if you something new in/out privileges.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. We always got along with English, some also spoke German. I was disappointed, as no waiter service in the bar, the waiter service. That what I felt in several 4 star hotels differed from that. On the day we were leaving, we experienced a very big disappointment. We were picked up early and the restaurant was not in. So we got at the reception our "breakfast". This consisted of cellophane croissant without jam, butter or similar. And an apple. Coffee you could get at the bar yourself. This so called breakfast was of a 5 star hotel.

    There were several things like gymnastics, aqua gym u. A.. The latter luckily found in the pool, since the pool outside was too cold to swim. The pool was enough and nobody which reserved, which was very pleasant. In the high season would expect it to be noisy.

    There is a small beach right in front of the hotel, but was not particularly clean and on the beach chairs and umbrellas had to be paid separately. The beach was very narrow. There was a little broader beach after 10 - 15 minutes. Walk. There was no sun loungers (which certainly given the time). Area information in Nessebar and everything is closed preparations and so is restricted shopping and entertainment possibilities extreme. Excursions could every travel agent. We joined in the shopping tour in Burgas. This is well worth it but it wasn't really worth it.

    Large room, the view on the sea from the 7 . Floor was amazing. Balcony. Nice bathroom at first glance. But also was once again: Don't look too closely, appearances can be.

    Due to the many rave we ran out of great food, were totally horrified! What a limp unedible muck. If not overcooked, raw or bloody or freezing cold or bland. Less selection could have been better results may be run. The guest structure like the rest of autobahn. Overactive clear away zone or ferrets completed the cafeteria character. An imposition for us for 2 weeks.

    The beach in front of the hotel couldn't use it anymore. Beach chairs and umbrellas were out, the beach from a wheel LOADERS postponed: saison closed. The shops close by all closed. Area information makes up for Spain in the 1970s: mounds of debris, piles of garbage, dirt as far as the eye can see. Nice is different.

Definitely not 4 1/2 stars. 3 Star at the most. At the pool bar coffee, cocktails, beer and soft drinks in small thin plastic cups. About a gärtnerische maintenance would be the grounds. Guests were not on adequate hailed clothes at dinner. Some guests from R ... Have absolutely no usual quirks such as culinary practices. For us the hotel not stay in question. read more
