Good hotel in immediate proximity to the sights, nevertheless in quiet lateral road located. Station of the tram about 100 meters away.
Comfortable, clean rooms with a small bathroom, unfortunately noisy, but for a stay of five days not so disturbing. Rich breakfast buffet, the in the restaurant with roof terrace is served. From there you have a wonderful view on the sea of Marmara.
Friendly staff in the hotel, at the front desk only English spoken. read more

The hotel is relatively clean and tidy and has a great location right in the old town from Istanbul, is thus ideal for the sightseeing ( Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee and so on). If you however evenings gladly leave or simply beautiful eat out would like to, the hotel is not suitable, since the traffic connections with the tram and taxis although it is very good thing is, you however because of the chaotic very long on the way is; you should in any case a hotel in Neustadt Istanbuls choose. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the breakfast room ... has a great view on the bosphorus. A large downside is however the clairaudience in the hotel, you could almost every word, as well as radio and TV from the adjoining rooms loud and clearly hear and sleep was unfortunately during our four-day stay very short! read more

We have 7 nights antique hotel in Istanbul. Altogether a very good Turkish four star hotel, very clean, staff okay and ideal from here routes through the city undertake, since the hotel in the touristic center from Istanbul is. We all have excursions and tours from here on foot started and if we had the Laufens tired we were the tram, the 500 meters from the hotel away the next station (station 'big bazaar' ). The breakfast typically Turkish with a lot of cheese ( Fetal, goats and cream cheese in all variations) and lots of different Pastries. Also muesli ..., yoghurt and fruit, as well as a corner with sausages and scrambled egg are to find. Really great I found, that the buffet very good was labeled in several languages.
We had a standard room with 2 separate beds booked through öger tours. One notices, that the hotel is relatively new and not worn. The only negative point was, that the hotel very badly soundproofed is. From quiet Sleep no trace, only with Ohrsöpseln we could any sleep. Perhaps this was due to the location our room: we had the room directly next to the elevator on the third floor. If someone from the elevator risen is you had the feeling the people stand with us in the room. By the size well, a bit narrow for 2 people with luggage for 7 days, but very nicely decorated with kind details, amongst others uS expected on the day of the trip there a vase with fresh flowers.
The cleanliness and thoroughness the room women you can very praise! Rarely I have a so clean hotel room had. No Stones on the floor, no hair in the bed, the bathroom without traces of limescale or mold! Since May many other hotels a slice! The staff at the reception were okay. They friendliness not lukewarm, if you possibilities the progressive movement and direction will ask you give any advice, but the award for hospitality and service, I would not give.
I the hotel can recommend, rate but any ear plugs pack-) read more

* breakfast in wonderful Rooftop restaurant with a terrace and grandiosem view of the Marmara sea
* very friendly staff -special. Doormen and waiter in the restaurant. On the final day of the stay we had a very pleasant and interesting conversation to the manager of the hotel.
* excellent public transport-access: the hotel lies just a stone's throw from the trolley station, with direct access to eminonu direction (there is the ferry terminal for Bosphorus tours, rides on the Asian side, etc.) and on the golden Horn in the direction Taksim is.
* the Antique -hotel lies in ... the old town: many of the historic sights ( Hagia Sophia, blue Mosque, topkapi Palace, grand bazaar etc.) are through a small walk or a few stops away with the tram to reach. The other side of the coin: the old town is touristy very crowded, the established restaurants and cafes are mostly overpriced and close early. Area such as Taksim, Beyoğlu (and after an exciting Fährquerung the Bosphorus also kadikoy), in which the modern Istanbul pulses, are equipped with one-time Transfer however very fast to reach.
* A very relaxing Square outside the beyazit mosque and the University is in five minutes footpath to reach.
* the hotel lies in one of the most metropolis the world with 1001 faces and a story from thousands of years, the always worth a visit.-) read more

quiet central location in a lateral road in the old town. Sights as big bazaar or hagia Sophia can on foot be easily reached. But also until the galatabrücke it is a more comfortable walk. Tram station (book) is in the immediate area. A good breakfast the large dining room with beautiful view to be taken, dinner will also offered. The rooms are clean, but small and a little noisy. Staff rather reserved.

we stayed for 5 days at the ANTIK hotel and were completely satisfied it is true the rooms and the bathroom are not very large but enough for us because you are not so often in the room therefore istanbul is a lot too interesting. The hotel is in a central but nevertheless quiet location. Food, beverage and service staff was really reasonable. read more

We were for five days in Istanbul. The most important sights (inter alia, blue Mosque, topkapi/palace) is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. The grand bazaar is located almost directly opposite the hotel. If you go down the hill toward the Bosporus, you will find an area with many fish restaurants, if you sometimes other than kebab food ☺ Check-in and check-out about 1 minute each time, so easy! The best part was the breakfast restaurant: on the top floor and a balcony surrounded, it offers a magnificent view over the Bosphorus and the sea of Marmara. The breakfast ... buffet was very rich and very delicious (especially the different kinds of cheese had appealed to me), the only downside: the room was very warm, so that we even in December slept with the window open. read more
