Very nice 3-day spa holiday. Sauna area is very nice and clean! We were lucky, that we actually mostly more or less alone availing could, since the majority of the guests but rather skiing went. Would all guests in the hotel remain, it would probably a bit cramped are. However, that was luckily not the case! Breakfast and dinner are just brilliant! Huge selection and very delicious food! We travel repeatedly and make gladly a short break. This we as a present received. We can only confirm, the food was varied and of a very good quality. What we were quite pleased about, was, that we are only local staff saw, what you in our area (South Tyrol), since we from here, now rarely sees. The staff is very warm and worked with joy. For our stay were some south tyrol as a guest present and in my opinion, stands for a good hotel. read more

We now come for many years in the Gassenhof and the boss Manfred and Stefan surprise us again and again with new ideas. This year us gratznhäusl presented, a 700 years old farmhouse. This was completely renovated and now for great events from the hotel used. The boss Gerda made as always for a great decoration in the entire hotel and has always an ear for the guests. Gerda keep it up! The employees are like always very friendly and ready to help. The food was every day an experience for the palate and the eye. Nice family hotel with very friendly staff, everything is great clean. Very good value for money! Traffic noise or noise from in the area not available, because overall pure nature prevails! à-la-carte-food was really excellent and very good wine service to be! Sauna is unfortunately somewhat winding but everything available what your heart desires. Pool area a very nice atmosphere, sufficient comfortable beach chairs and 5 water beds available. Very nice beautybereich and professional beauticians! As a couple the a short break extra without child wanted to enjoy, were in the pool area unfortunately relaxation impossible, since relatively many children ... were there and the noise level was high! We booked this holiday really enjoyed. The spa with the many varied sauna possibilities particularly pleased us. Incredible also the friendliness of the staff and of course the quality of the food! An informally run hotel with fine cuisine and attentive, pleasant staff. However also with elevated major factor. Even if the hotelfoye initially not the impression a 4 star hotel and a sure would be good.,we had the gassenhofsuite ) with 2 balcony and after 3 sides dreamlike view into the mountains- has us super fallen. Unfortunately is, the sauna area no direct access to outside and the relaxation area way too small and not separated from the sauna area and no view outside made possible. Although you can the loungers in the pool area use, but it is usually ... too loud and for relaxing not convenient. read more

Over years family-run comfort and pampering hotel of the highest standard. Extraordinary kitchen. Especially from this year a restored farmhouse from the 14. century with 4 rooms in 3 minutes. We were 2 nights upgrade in gratz'n häusl book... The atmosphere is worth it. read more
