We loved this hotel. It has a real family feel about it, nothing was too much trouble. The food was always good with lots of choice, every type of salad imaginable. The rooms had everything you need and were spotless. They were cleaned everyday. read more

Overall good hotel and staff. The Hotel is located close to the beach and close to the center of Alanya. If you have any problems the staff will solve it very quickly/immediately. The hotel is cleaned very well each day. Furthermore, the food is great, very wide variety of food! Special thanks to Yilmaz for making our holiday great!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Voluntarily i will this hotel definitely not more visit. End of the season that means staff listless and unfriendly, at all no animation, either for children, only racketeer in Alanya. However, we were for this price clearly, that three stars in Turkey not everything great can be. read more

Medium-sized hotel with two main buildings and two other buildings and a small pool area. The two main buildings are in good condition and relatively new. The two other buildings have already some years behind itself. Whole complex very clean. Vacation with all inclusive food. With the guests everything was represented from small to large. I can definitely recommend this hotel. Of course the opinions of other persons different apart. There is no luxury hotel, but for three stars perfectly adequate, if the expectations are not too high.
What I advise against is the flight with German Sky Airlines, because of the constant Delay. Flight 5 hours / return flight 10 hours, because of technical problem. read more

Me and my girlfriend spent 14 days in this hotel and both of us had a very god vacations. The staff was so cool. Friendly, funny, compliant.etc. etc. I must say hello for Yilmaz, he is really cool guy, and big hello for animation team (Mutlu, Anya and Vlada) They are so cool.))) They organized a very good (funny) shows in the evening and then disco tour. There was also a show for the children. Food was excellent and diverse. The best was deserts. Mmmmmmm.so good!!!!! The hotel was a total catastrophe, although it very good reviews on the internet had, we booked this hotel, but what we got to see, it was already an insolence. I mean we didn't expect that the staff german, but they could not even a bit of english, only 'hello' and 'bye'. This was to the problem, as i find out wanted, which food i with my kuhmilchunverträglichkeit food, without the whole day stomachache/or diarrhea to have. But that was not everything. We came to and in the room was stains on the bedding and the on the next day ... our oh-so-great imagined travel agent told (the offended was that we didn't have a trip made) the boss of the cleaning staff accused, that the stains were.
Cleanliness at the essenstischen and general in the hotel was a foreign word!
Staff were except for 2 exceptions rude!
Beach was dirty, sand and pebble beach with huge stones in the water. read more

I spent 2 weeks in this hotel and I' m very happy. The Hotel is located close to the beach and close to the center of Alanya.
Our room was lage and clean but sometimes smelled in the beathroom.
The waiters were very friendly and helpful. Mirza - "Rysiek" was the best. He worekd very hard and he was always nice and smiling.
The food tasted very good.
Probably we'll come again to Alanya.

Unfortunately like already several times mentioned we were 1 night in the neighboring house( room was all right) accommodated. But the safe free of charge. Towels are changed every day.
Staff in the restaurant very attentive and fast tables always reasonable been.

Service staff were very reasonable. Boss of the charwomen very snooty, arrogant and the guests opposite the whole day Asked Chewing Gum opposite standing. Hello, We just came back from Alanya. It was really good time there! We are 99% satisfited! We want to say = write: "Thank You" to Miza a.k.a. "Rysiek". Very nice and friendly guy! Always smiled, helpful, funny. Good informed! Know few languages! Rest of staff was very nice too! Hard working and organised! We can recommend this hotel to everyone! The complex divided into a main and a neighboring building on.
As we later discovered there is also still another 3., but we not too much received.
It is rather small, but sufficient! We felt very good! The lag with it, that the very friendly and courteous staff was! With english one can super with all well and it is very good and took care of everything!
What the other guests subject, were very many british people, but also the one or another german there, with which we in the evening gladly still on a beer sitting together. read more

The hotel is in terms of size excellent. Not too big and not too small. There is altogether 120 room, of which suites.
The condition is good. There certainly are times here and there a small something, but you shouldn't forget, that the humidity for example down there completely different is, than here.
It is also a few times happens, that the hotel was overbooked and you have a day in another house is, you need to but be stated quite clearly: the manager and the staff can nothing but, that is the fault of the tour operator!
We had ... all-inclusive and it was perfect.
The nationalities were very mixed. Everyone could communicate with everyone and otherwise there were still hands and feet. I had otherwise always only friendly nodded, if I had not understood-) we had in any case loads of fun. read more

Here I only the spaces, the me negatively noticeable are, with the reviews, the other guests in other areas you have indicated, I agree. So - not only I, but 10% of the guests (10 to 20 person) were 1a 2 days in a nebenabsteige held ( the hotel was crowded), with moldy übermallter wall (despite heat), no deduction in the bathroom, balcony door was impossible to close correctly and noisy air conditioning. Unfortunately, I do not photos here, as it is. What me angry power, that it was promised - only one night, as homes around 12 I am ... with the suitcase at the front desk - the game starts from the front. To 2 days I was allowed to the main building and there were disappointments-no deduction in the bathroom ( the gap there, but no fan), so the fragrance and the humidity remains as and when entering the room stings the mildew smell was in the nose, the door of the humidity soon apart, lock is Rusty. In the corridor carpet is not sucked and the cleaning supplies by cleaners as day and night. And the last- tichbezüge wouldn't be bad more often, as a time per day to change. My brother & I wanted a party-& beach vacation in Alanya at a reasonable price in good three star hotel spend. This expectations at the hotel & the Resiseziel were fully met! The staff was polite; in particular waiter Yilmaz; and food and drink completely reasonable. You (N), there was no luxury-respectively wellness vacation in a club complex booked! Should be emphasized therefore also the daily animation the especially evenings with small available Resources many guests one or another Lacher gave. For friends and couple is therefore this hotel well, ultimately, more recommendable, since the appeal of the vacation the ... city Alanya itself is and not in a secluded holiday resort away from the commotion reside want!-) big up to di hotel! read more

The hotel itself is for three stars ok. For three stars you should in Turkey also not expect too much.
Unfortunately is the around not so nice.

In short: Once and never again. The rooms are always but leave do nevertheless what ( black long hair). If you all inclusive has is the food and only 3 different drinks free. Itself the pool is for three stars too small many loungers were in 2 rows. The pool for children was so small the maximum ... 2 children just purely passenten a little fun so soon more they could do was sit there. The beach was not far you could without any problems over the street or through the underpass go. The beach itself was gravel & sand which the cleanliness is not words. The nature the Baden difficult as the water level to 2 meters fell. So I can only recommend at the port to go swimming where you can find sand. Apart from that the city is nice and you can things to do. read more

The staff are very friendly, you couldn't ask for more! All wishes are met. On all complaints in our opinion they reacted immediately and to our satisfaction done! At the front desk are very nice staff always courteous and smiling. The managers were always there, and to have for our satisfaction catered for!
The children's disco was every evening. The animation was also very entertaining. The pool was very good and the beach also up on the rocks in the water. The water was very clean in the sea and also in the pool.
