First, much praise goes to's staff, waiter and front desk are very pleasant and proper pampered, the waiter comes even after its end of workday to and reminds one, that the menu for the next day forgot, strong praise. Ok, the hotel is run-down and the bathroom really bad, the food in the half board is rather simple, but ok, we have it on the final day deselected and were in the village, to be fair it was even credited. We were there for skiing and not in the hotel to sit. If you arrange to can, can really go ... there, if you don't have to spend more money. The hotel is located exactly between two slopes, so you can the car quiet leave, that we found it great. Great view of the valley and peace, it is what we wanted. We are coming back next year, but want without half board book, if it comes to that, maybe until then the bathrooms renovated. read more

Yesterday maybe a barons popular hotel, but since more than 20 years not updated and probably also not cleaned.
The only plus is the great location with a wonderful view and direct access to the slopes view. One must only 200 meters to the slopes run.
Otherwise absolute disaster and stay for a one time vacation not recommendable. Because of the hygiene and the always constant ' friteusegeruchs' can get quite far no atmosphere at. The waitress is in the bar probably your best customer, the waiter try out, is however just employee.
In the bathroom disgusted and even the ... children had no desire to shower. I have never seen so many silverfish seen, the fittings were verkeimt and the grout with bright color, so that the black mold didn't see. The floor in the room was very dirty, in the lamps were many dead flies and there was dust everywhere and dirt.
Ads food, especially the breakfast was not good, only at new year's eve Gaby a delicious duck. If you but consulting wanted, you had to 130,-(!) Kroner pay extra.
Overall happy, the week without diseases and infections to have projected.
But, whether the clothes bugs have received, i am not.
Never again! Drive somewhere else! read more

The hotel has a star too much. No drinks menu, a sort of beer and the in Czech Republic all too familiar becherovka is not at all in the restaurant available.
The morklige caretaker taken care of the room service and look it and the waitress ran rum

A hotel in the no recommend siennas vacation to spend. Who for nevertheless already decided, should rather stay at home. Furnishing of the rooms is old and run-down, badly has the name bathroom not deserve it is a dirty hole, no air ventilation, toilet lid broken, flushing cistern. The caretaker was a only greasy drecklappen but had access to the kitchen area. Food was very monotonous could have been better to a holiday camp was fine. Fruit and vegetables were probably not for the einkaufzettel from the chef. read more

Nice attractive holiday hotel in a beautiful hill with a panoramic view of the Giant Mountains, far into the country. Single room basic but functional and big enough. Ver-grooming movement in the booked half board (its-Travel) with breakfast buffet (very tidy with all ingredients expecting) and the dinner (four courses, the main course can be chosen from two options) very satisfactory and tasty. Main course usually more simple dishes (meat skewers, Geflügelragout, legs with side dishes, and so on). Nevertheless, one-time price/performance ratio! Highly Recommended! read more

A very comfortable, medium size house 60-70 years from the, in the time remained is. A renovation would be urgently necessary. The hotel is in very beautiful situation, with great panorama view. The rooms offer sufficiently place, are clean and correspond 3 stars to a hotel staff are very friendly, and the cook understands his handicraft. The hotel is calmly convenient with view over Benecko…. Price performance ratio with the ski passport and - rental business was very appropriate… Very good ski elevator connection, Schlepplift 50m of the hotel removes…. Loipen entered for instance 500m however badly prepared and badly out-described…. Which pleased us well that it gave a “ski cellar”, where one could away-close its shoes and/or the ski…. Our first breakfast was very unsatisfactorily, because the selection was no longer so large, with demand around roll etc. got one a head vibrating…. One had to before order evening bread one day, one could from ... 2 menus select…. Much disturbing we felt, loudly playing children in the meal hall… To the room: Was completely ok up to dirty bedlinen and not exchanged towels… Hot water for showering was luck thing… Furnishing was simple and simple (GDR) result: The hotel is not suitably for the stay over all day long!! read more

The hotel has a really very beautiful situation. The room was relatively clean, even if the bath mechanism had a renovation reminded of GDR times and necessarily. With the car also different moving areas and cities are good in the proximity to reach, also a trip to Prague are possible, if one takes 2 hours into account of travel. The meal in the hotel was good ..., one could the previous evening the menu for the next day select. The Frühstücksbuffet was sufficient and tasty. On people, the much of the area to see and much to spend not want is this hotel the correct, I thinks also in the winter has the place so its attractions and is a little more animated. read more

The hotel is not actually any more the youngest, but for one short vacation always sufficiently. The rooms are partitioned with view of the Isergebirge or of the mountains. From the outside evenly a typical Czech hotel, but completely sufficiently. read more

With this absolutely favourable price and in addition still in Tschechien we were surprised to find a nevertheless satisfying hotel. The situation and above all the prospect when eating and from the room are grandios. Best ski and Snowboardmöglichkeiten are at all corners given and direct at the hotel begin it. Unfortunately and is it was for normal Rodler with difficulty a suitable runway to be found. We ourselves are gerodelt, since season end for ski drivers was, on the normal runways and that much fun made. Meal in the hotel in order Frühstücksbüffett (without rolls, only crescents and grey ... bread) in the evening menu choice, and that even already the day before. The meal was sufficient and varied. One should always read the tour operator briefcase, in order to bring the trip goals and meetings in the proximity in experience., Thus sometimes nearly always, it was better to exchange euro in crowns since one does not only keep then the overview, but also not with very bad course is accounted for. E.G. Aquapark in Spindler mill, 1 hour of 2 Erw. 1 child 20 € otherwise with exchanged crowns would be it at least only 16 € (still enough).
