Hotel Blue Suites^{(4 stars)}

The room was exemplary clean and adequately furnished. However was the wardrobe with only a few hangers. On request I got was no problem even more. The safe is free and quite spacious. Bathroom ok. Air conditioning was available, but not required. So never used it. Bottle opener and wine glasses you get on request it's not a problem either.

Actually I can't say much. The breakfast was reminiscent of the song of Reinhard Mey "the end of the season": -a menu with every day a bit small, but it had every day a little larger the portions. It is now it to get out and if you don't eat, eat it is not. I love the end of the season ... " First disappeared from the anyway not lush breakfast menu the honey, then the jam, then the quark and finally the sausages. There were only boiled eggs, greasy Scheibenwurst (which do not conform to any food want to use it) and be dried pee cheese. Forks didn't exist! I had to every morning at the service 2 forks scrounged cigarettes (and that was but only pastry forks)

I would have to say that the service as "good" . The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The pool was until late already before the meanings Please note chlorinated and you couldn't more into the water. But was very neat and clean.

We went to the trip to Santorini than "Hochzeitstripp to 25th wedding anniversary" retreat. From the hotel in general and were pleasantly surprised. The spacious suite, for another two people would find space, with four poster bed, balcony and sea view! A dream! During the day but unfortunately less heavenly ... As there are no option a simple bottle of water! We had to get in the mini markets and into the room anschleppen.: -( The guests were mainly "Island Hopper", the for 1-2 nights stayed at the hotel. Mostly from China/Korea or similar. And Americans, French, Spanish. We also had two German couples shortly. And an Austrian couples.

Location is not very good. (We know reckoned with that. as we hiking and not sit around the pool) you need to be able to walk well to the old town. Relatively dirty region. With many stray dogs and no sidewalks meant. Beware! There is nowhere to Santorini paths! You will need to keep your wits about you, because you permanently on the street next to cars, quads, scooter. Beach is not easy to get on the sidewalk. Better take the bus and in the south to Perissa beach.

Small but good. Be sure to check out the room next to the small restaurant not sell. You moldy.

A pool which is not the best.

The hotel itself is not a bad. It is highly recommended for people only small time to be at the hotel. The breakfast is not 4 hotel stars hotel standard. No lounge and it will also served itenerary nothing. If you like a drink or a meal will have to eat out enough.

Is quite central ... And quiet. 7 minutes walk and you are in the center.

Our room was very spacious: We had a vestibule with table, wardrobe and fridge and a large room with a four poster bed (! ), dressing table, TV and balcony on the sea side (east coast). The bathroom was OK, there were always hot water. Hair dryer and soap were available. We never used the air-conditioning, because the room always -almost too cool. The towels (two small, 2 large) were changed everyday, and the sheets after about 3 days. The room service always occured in our absence, so you're not a morning being hassled. Although the hotel was well used, not much noise from other guests!

The gastronomy was in our case of breakfast (of 8. 00 to 10 . 00 o'clock) and really not worth mentioning. We have no great expectations, but the breakfast that it was in a Greek hotel not even honey was also available, we found it specially! Otherwise: coffee, tea, yogurts, jam, sausage (with his fingers afrodita), gladly boiled eggs, cereal. The pool bar was always closed, so you had to stock up with drinks otherwise.

The staff was friendly, the assistance of tour operator (1 2 fly) very good! The room was cleaned, without having to get up rausgedrängelt was, towels was plentiful and daily fresh.

The pool was well kept, clean and relatively large. We are however not Poolbader, so we didn't use this "service". Beach chairs and umbrellas available by the pool.

The hotel seems new and is furnished with care and detail (sculptures and wall frescoes, Poolbrücke, etc. ). Everything seemed very clean and tidy. The rooms get lost on 3 floors, but there are a room with "Mauerblick on the nearest house. The guests came from "all over the world", there were mainly couples of all ages.

An indication of the tour operator, the hotel were in Thira, like theoretically voices, doesn't feel so. The hotel is located in the district of Vourvoulos in the "back" from the main hub of Thira. To the center about 10 minutes staircase. The beach on the east coast is in sight, but not attractive and not only a short walk away, either rent mobile vehicle, or bus (from Thira)! Transfer time to the airport: 10 minutes super fast. Supermarket nearby.
