Was now in January for the third time in Phuket. I felt so really great as- not only you know, you will welcome welcomed as the proverbial ' verlohrene son the heimkehrt' ☺ staff as always very personal, heartfelt and friendly! For example my card was not working on the first Anend and I got no money at the ATM, was a bit of 'panic' in because I wanted definitely the Thai pan-I smooth a employee the front desk Bath 2,600, -rented.

The hotel has a great location. The one page very well maintained beach and the other side immediately on the main street, where it lots of restaurants, cafe's and options for shopping there is. The hotel is located in a well-kept facility, the staff is very friendly and obliging. read more

Have the hotel for three nights booked to time to see patong. As a stopover is the hotel super, since one out directly in front of the EPI-Centre of patong and the back is quiet at the pool or beach has. I would, however, recommend the hotel as not Endhotel. read more

We had booked this hotel only for three days, to to witness the 'living' in patong. It was a very interesting experience, you could find peace and quiet in the hotel (room and pool) and on the other side the huge action.
The room are all mini bungalows, with a small terrace and free Internet access. However, the room for a longer stay much to small, we had problems, keep our bags. The bathroom was very beautiful, but it was no toilet, only a saloon similar shuttle valve.
Us has not fallen, the fact that the cleaning lady (the their ... work very well made) unfortunately always the patio door left ajar, so that we evening on mosquitoes and (unfortunately also) cockroaches sheets had to go hunting.
The prices in the hotel's restaurant were high, but no one must eat there, because the beach bars and Restos were simply only great, delicious, varied offer to give away. We had booked with breakfast, that was presented in buffet form, with a view of the sea. It was just very, very good, for all tastes what it.
Staff (also at the reception) the english language should already know something better, it should at least at check-in.
Hotel is to recommend, perhaps not necessarily with small children, but for a short stay anyway. read more

A really recommendable hotel! The resort is beautifully landscaped, one has the feeling, in a small and quiet paradise to be. Also the spa area and the treatments are very recommended. The staff is very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. You can relax in the grounds were beautiful. For variety, night-life, and shopping a step on the road-and you is right in the middle of the action. A great combination for all, the during the day and in the evening to want to have fun.
The party mile is quite strong, it only from Keilern abound, and traders offered ... any kind of sexual also. If you want a nice cosy bar and a restaurant searches, is better at the hotel or the other beach hotels. Because it is on the strip power only.
For families with small children are also the area around the hotel to the patong beach in my opinion but completely unsuited.
We have booked the stay at the impiana as an extension to our North Thailand round trip, to a few days to relax. For this purpose the hotel was, the beach and the sea very good. For a pure beach holiday I would avoid the area because of the massive and sex tourism but rather on the surrounding smaller islands. read more

Wonderful hotel, which we really can recommend. The area is medium in newer style with bungalows and terrace. Direct beach location is especially the nice and clean beach to be highlighted, but also the pool is very well maintained and clean, just like the whole area is always clean and nice to look at. The room were cleaned to our complete satisfaction. The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions and always competent. The breakfast was excellent with warm dishes, juices, breads and fruit buffet. Cheese and various sorts of cold meat, jam and cakes, as well as ... delicious were also available. The resort is located right on the busy street but not to disturbing noises which led.
Especially was for us also the uncomplicated Einwählung in the hotel's wireless LAN network, that we have used several times.
And so very comfortable and would not hesitate to book this hotel again for our holiday. read more

This hotel is its location was really great! The front patong, 'in the middle of life', back out the pool, beach and sea, peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle! The service in the area, especially the pool is class; the Thai people are super friendly and always in a good on it! In the hotel restaurant once we have dined excellently, but the prices are ' upscale Kathegerie' Also the Thai massages in the hotel are 'class', something more expensive than at the beach or in the streets, but professionals are at work here, that you can ... tell!
We now know the ' fine 'Unterschied ! An excursion to the Phi Phi islands with a provider is also to recommend the beach, with snorkeling was great! The ' Sabei ', about 30 m on the right side of the beach from the pool is also great, class Thai kitchen for about two euro we were there often! read more
