Aska Hotel Buket Resort & Spa^{(4.5 stars)}

The older, clean and practically equipped rooms can very well be evaluated. It is present a telephone and a television. The balcony was with 2 chairs and a small table. The bathroom is functional decorated, big enough especially clean! Beware-there is no potable water in the pipes! Dental hygiene should tranquil water running. Towels on request every day changed. 1 bottle of water was daily in the room yours. We were greeted with a fruit basket for every room and a small bottle of red wine. Perfect = excellent service!

While we were there unfortunately was only the main restaurant is open. In addition there was a bar in the foyer house 1 and the lobby bar in the main building 9. due to the architecture, there is through the bars at night noise problems, since there is no schalltrennung the grand stairwell/hallway are open. I think this is in full operation in the summer at night disturbances. At least in the house nine, the bedrooms of the 5 floors schallmäßig from the bar be separated! Small construction with large gästefreundlichen impact. The quality of the dishes is typical of the country and in order. Otherwise the atmosphere is in the main restaurant good. The seating are partly worn-out and they must be replaced. To cleanliness and hygiene i can only say the following: There was a stomach/darmvirus of the worst sort. Unfortunately we were too late notice. 4 of 6 persons infected within a incubation period of 2 days. The consequences were fatal and prolonged. The hotel management there was no information. After private research were about 1/3 of the guests (rollierend ) affected. Several guests were with ambulance in hospitals shifted. It were not only older guests. Also a large group of by trained langstreckenläufern was affected. The hotel management was no visible counter-measures. No information, no desinfektionsspender before toilets and restaurant. The was vertuschungstaktik. Also surprises me, that this problem in so few reviews open is addressed. This helps the hotel not further. It will continue to people are infected. At the end of 2012 has been on the problem attentive. This is not a temporary problem. The drinking water, or the lines are infested. It is urgently the vorschaltung a water purification unit necessary. In germany the health department the hotel fully closed! The drinks prices are accordingly appropriate for the region. If the trinkwasserproblem is resolved, is my assessment = very good!

The staff is mostly german-speaking, friendly and helpful the wishes of the guests to fulfill. Unfortunately, there was now and then in the bar a keeper, the is not able a faucets to operate and used glasses back unwashed pad... - you should not think about it. So beware! The room was cleaned thoroughly, there is nothing to say further. For kids is a supervised kids club available. Looked from the outside good. But there were in the hotel while we were there hardly any children were around. A small doctor practice is available. The practice was fully occupied-more about that below. Since we had no complaints, i can't be.

The animation was was even set. For me however really very reasonable. According to my research, the number of the entertainers from april of 3 to about 14 increased. As hardly any children were there, can the entertainment nothing be said. From the outside the kids club clean and tidy from. The preparatory work in respect to the recharge my batterys ran on full blast. So i had expected. There were a variety of exterior work at the beach and the pool area needed. But the diligent workers will act in time. Because of course there was the one or another restrictions-for me in the pre-season however absolutely no problem. The loungers and cushions were in my opinion good. There were also every day a free new towel. If everything is addressed, you can the pool- and the good rate!

It is a older, clean and manageable hotel with 9 buildings. The complex is built on a slope and therefore, you had a nice view the offshore bay. The condition is for the age completely okay. Basically works the hotel complex clean and the staff works assiduously. In the foyer but also in the dining room and in the bar is wifi free of charge available. You must only once a password at the front desk give. During our stay there were mostly older guests (about 40) present. I think due to the adjacent holidays in the federal republic of germany, the abrupt change. There were mostly german guests present.

Especially for in the mobility restricted people this hotel is recommendable. The way are short and the beach is directly adjacent to the house 9 the Airport Antalya is about 1,5 hours away, that you should consider when night flights into consideration. 500 meters away from the hotel the alara market, with about 300 shops. Here you can good on a rainy day the getting bored. There are almost everything to buy what your heart desires. Alanya is about 30 kilometers away. A trip with the Dolmuş or taxi to the fixed price is. On excursions, you can the whole range of book. Even a flight to Istanbul and back for little money is not a problem. The nightlife was at this time of the year = 0. this is however with it, that the season only in april begins. I think, then here at night as well what activity there. Younger guests if required, at night to Alanya went. Near the resort are restaurants available, but only from april open. In this respect, you had to with the hotel food accept.

Our room had a good size. We had 2 tv, 2 balconies, 4 telephones and 2 bathrooms. There was also air conditioning, a fridge and a safe. Everything was in good condition and very clean.

Hunger must be in this hotel do not suffer, d a nearly around the o'clock is possible to eat something. The selection of dishes is huge and varied. The staff is friendly and everything is clean. During our stay there was a turkish day, in the evenings with only turkish food. Thus had one also times an insight into the food typical of the country. The atmosphere is cozy and there is a wide variety of juices and tea.

The complete staff is very friendly and has sufficient to very good german. The rooms are daily cleaned perfectly. There is almost the enitre day entertainment, which not only for kids, but also for adults nicely decorated. A doctor is in the house and 24 hours distance. The wellness center is very recommendable, since there the staff is very friendly and you in the sauna or really good massage great place to relax.

The beach is lovely. There were different sports, such as swimming pool, Tennis, table tennis or a gym. The animation is good and a disco is located in the house. This was during our stay not too busy, but probably it was, d ace we off vacation time there were and therefore no young people in the hotel that much.

The hotel is definitely in a great condition and very clean. The staff is friendly, the spa is super and choice at the buffet is large. And the all very reasonably priced. I can only recommend this hotel!

A bus stop is within 5 minutes on foot, the airport in Antalya is about 100 kilometers away. Side is about 25 kilometers away and Alanya 35 kilometer (both cities are very recommendable). 5 minutes on foot there was a bazaar with over 350 shops. A disco is within the hotel and the beach borders directly at the hotel.

Unfortunately very small for a 4,5 star hotel too small the furniture have already gotten a bit old.

The food was good and plenty turkish cuisine the very versatile. The staff very friendly several bars the beverages are specially for all inclusive after a week you want then nevertheless somewhat anderas have.

Very friendly staff german is in the Turkey 2. language therefore not a problem rooms were cleaned daily towels were changed.

Animation also in february but we not so much

A hotel area with several blocks on a beautiful property with palms and banana are directly at the sea with a wide beach. We were in frebuar for a week for relaxing here. The complex offers a spa area with a finnish sauna, steam room and hammam, as well as a pool of about 20 metres in length at. It will be in the spa massages. We had all-inclusive the complex is very clean continuous the garden neat. The rooms unfortunately very small - hardly storage possibilities for the luggages no table available. The bathroom has a shower and is also small. The hotel is outdated. The furniture is worn out. It is up to with 4-star rating

For a beach vacation in the summer good-as directly at the beach convenient for strolling but no possibilities. To Alanya about 30 kilometer with the Dolmuş but not a problem

The rooms are ample for the size. The furnishings had already better days behind itself, but for the value for money they are perfectly acceptable. The air conditioning (or heating) has without any problems works, the same applies to the tv. The bath was very clean. It is with a shower, toilet and a big sink top, on the one genuinly much parking. For the daily hygiene it was in any case sufficiently, that you needed no spa temple would expect, is clear.

Now in the winter was only the amber restaurant and partly also the snack bar opened. To the à la carte restaurant so i can't comment. The quality of the meals is very good, as we it from the Aska Just in Beach also are used. The choice is even a bit bigger, which is a thick plus for the hotel is. Everything is very clean and appetizing arranged, only sometimes the dishes a little cold. The atmosphere in the restaurant was generally very pleasant, but there or other perhaps disturb, that the tables partly very tight strung end to end are. Should as lots of people at the same time can eat, since the privacy a little disturbed ☺ (no drama, because you can only to eat there)

The service in the hotel is really great. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, from the valet service, on the technical service, to the restaurant staff. The foreign language skills were good, both at the front desk, as well as at the bar /in the restaurant. The cleaning of the rooms ran with us without any problems and was also our imaginations. We had no complaints, only on one day a problem with the safe, not more open wanted. You get in the first moment a slight shock, but also this problem was immediately (within 5 minutes) repaired.

Here, i can really only very little say, because we have the entertainment the in the evening took place, did not participate. What i could only say was, is, that the entertainers very stubborn and unmotivated rüberkamen (my personal impression; others see this may be different). The swimming pool seemed also in the winter very well maintained, you to the beach rather less could say. It is now winter, as you need to have time drawbacks. It was at the beach evenly also much repaired and painted for the summer. Chairs were this season ausreichgend to get. Like this in the summer represents, would be interesting to know, because i think peter really few beach chairs, both at the beach, as well as by the pool are.

The hotel is about 1 hour away 15 minutes from the Airport Antalya. It consists of 9 blocks, from block 1 (reception and most from the beach away) to block 9 (here is actually everything, from restaurant, bar, mini market, spa, etc. ; beeline to the beach). We were in block 4 and with our room fully satisfied. The size is sufficient, both from the room, as well as from the bathroom. On vacation we mostly whole day on the way, so we are only for sleeping in the room stop. There were all sorts of guests there, both the old, as well as to the nationalities.

As already described, about 1 hour 15 minutes transfer time from the airport. The location to the beach is good, the guests in block 9 have the shortest route to the beach. For shopping one arrives fast to the alara bazaar, about 700 metres away from hotel. Now in the winter there was very little going on, so we were only once to look and to buy go to the market after avsallar (with Dolmuş 1,50 p. pers. For a way) and Manavgat (with Dolmuş 5€ per person for a way) risks. To cleanliness i can say unfortunately only few. Of course, these guides angpriesen, but you know, that these also mitverdienen and, that it at the end the day usually in a factory is. We wanted us in a week not do! Otherwise the connections with the Dolmuş very good. Above the alara bazaar in both directions bus stops, where now in the winter all 10-15 minutes a bus dropping. It is just a cheap transport. Wait also taxis directly in front of the hotel entrance, however i would advise against it, since the drivers really outrageous prices. Which us a little disappointed, is the beach. Clearly in the winter not the standard of the summer, (cleanliness and order is concerned), but we had a bit more we could have hoped for. It is not a sandy beach, however rather fine gravel. Without beach shoes very unpleasant going to walk. Partly it was really large stones, the way into the water difficult to make. In the winter this matter is acceptable and also not a problem, one with firm footwear is, but for the summer, this beach at us failed (are since 10 years in Aska Just in Beach;if you the beach there, you know, that one beautiful, fine sandy beach, which in the summer is certainly better) Of course this is also a matter of taste.

Well the rooms? That is a problem this hotel. We were in the block 2. the rooms after blocks assigned. Of the front desk to the main building. Block 1-9. the lobby bar and the restaurant-market-indoor pool etc. There are in the main building block 9. there should be the rooms partly bigger and have sea views. We had a room in the block 2. very small-very small bathroom. Facilities is also not the best. All this needs to be re-done. It gives television with many german programs, telephone, fridge, safe. Safe had to be paid, 2 €rpos day. There is every day a large bottle of water. We had the bad luck, the a power failure gave and our room right in the vicinity of the generator was, sleep was not possible.

Restaurant is very good. The variety of dishes may nothing special large, but what you get is very good. Also for breakfast there is everything you need. Great presented. Is now no complaint are, but in all-inclusive i would have thought, there is a Brandy or whisky-turkish of course. There was unfortunately only at a charge. Were also very much half-board guests. So maybe. I say, the in the summer is different. Was already a smaller all-inclusive. But also enough.

So the service was just great. Everyone speaks here very good german. Always friendly-always a nice word. I can reviews not understand, the a unfriendly staff had. This is absolutely not the case. Room service was also okay. Handling of complaints i cannot say anything, we hattenkeine. I can not all specifically enumerate, because all were friendly. Hassan was really great, also ramzan- abuzer. Hayri from the market in the hotel is simply a great guy. Really nice and friendly. Restaurant boss a really great man -really friendly.

I can't to say, as in the winter time there is not much of it. Pool were unfortunately somewhat cold. Entertainment was otherwise super, was only at night with kids disco live bingo and so on. Chairs were enough there, also cushions and towels. Indoor swimming pool was also okay a bit warmer than the pools. What i would improve, would be a small selection of drinks at a location nearby. There were unfortunately not. If the pool bar opened, one could in-select oneself there to get. There is a steam and a normal sauna. Hammam is also in the universe inclusive. But i could imagine, that it in the summer problems with the somewhat small pools.

The hotel is already somewhat older. Earlier riva n, müssste be replaced. Very many germans guests. Of the front desk or block 2-3 the restaurant or pool, it is a bit downhill, normally not a problem. If you can. It was the price of the hotel, the rash has been made. But i have longer transfer reckoned. Otherwise we are absolute Lara-tourists.

So well, the location is not brilliant. It is quite close to other hotels, just now in the wintertime dead. The shopping center is approximately 5-10 minutes on foot away. To the beach about 10 metres of the pool. It is time the neighboring hotel renovated, so a bit loud it is at the upper pool. Since winter time is not very busy. There is 2 pools, the upper is the relax pool. On the bottom there were beverages and at noon was to eat

The rooms are big enough and comfortably furnished. It has everything worked (hair dryer, air conditioning and tv), and was in a respectable state. We had a bath with a bath-was very pleasant! Our balcony had in the house 9 sea view from the bed.

Because we in the winter were there, had not all restaurants open-but as soon as it was warm, they have the restaurant open and outside in the main restaurant was set. If the waiters early outside the tables stocked up, we could assume, that it was a warm day. The tables were always immediately cleared -the waiters were always immediately available. The buffet was very varied and it tasted great.

We are in the week super nice taken care. Questions were always complete satisfaction answered and which in a good german most speak good german. We tried, so some words turkish to learn and all looking forward to it.

We have in the hotel the photographer sofiea met and with their fantastic shootings -we had great fun and the results are fantastic. The value for money compared to Germany is not to exceed. I can all this nice photographer recommend it. The entertainers also enjoyed every evening much trouble given us tourists varied to converse. Especially we want to mention Abbas and Fatih- they are so nice! Real nice young men. The spa in the hotel is a dream-1001 Nacht! We booked a package with and cleopatra every day a medical massage booked and are 'our strong men' totally spoiled. We thank especially at master Ali, Achmet, Mohamed and neila. We have us in their present super comfortable. So relaxed and without ailments are we flew back home. Thank you very much for this! At the beach we were the loungers immediately hingeräumt and with cushions and naturally also again cleared away.

I have this hotel to 2. times and this time my two sisters and my niece with me. We were absolutely satisfied- have immediately our wunschhaus 9 and 2 rooms next to each other. That is unfortunately often not possible to now we had as a group never the rooms next to each other. In the house 9 one has everything right in the house. We wanted a lot of spas make and were thus always right in the bathrobe in the spa with lift. The cleanliness and the condition the room was ok for us-if you wanted, you found something! The food was excellent - very varied and very delicious. The waiters very friendly and courteous-at all not intrusive. The whole area looks very well kept. To the valentinstag all especially excogitated-the whole hotel was with red herzluffballons decorated - for breakfast there was for every guest a white carnation and evening the buffet everything was romantically decorated and free cocktail gave it also still. Superb.

The distance from the airport to the hotel was about 2 hours shopping you could prima on foot- 5 minutes from the hotel. Many have described, that it in Antalya and Alanya is much cheaper. We cannot confirm - in Alanya was okay however in Antalya we were totally disappointed. Then on the bazaar in m Hotel purchased-you just have to act.
