Our expectations were in positive meaning by far exceeded. A great hotel it's 4 stars with good reason has. Very friendly and very attentive staff in all areas. Partly very good German language skills. Varied and good yes Sometimes excellent food. Great location on a small sandstrandbucht with crystal clear water. Two small pools with a sufficient number of loungers, very good is a constantly present ' Soccorrista ' (lifeguard). Clean room in sufficient size, same goes for the bathroom. Very friendly staff, the request for a other room on the upper floors it was dealt with promptly and a day later implemented. The hotel inturotel Cala Esmeralda is located directly on a small beach from Cala Esmeralda.
One of the pools is located directly above the beach, with free beach chairs, and view of the see.
A snack bar with reasonably priced food and drinks is the pool area attached.
The hotel was recently renovated and is in spotless condition.
The double room with a balcony are big enough, and included flat tv. -mini bar- and a safe for a fee.
The bathroom is with bathroom and duschaccessoir 's, a bathtub shower combination with shower curtain and hair dryer equipped.
The hygiene ... is exemplary.
The staff speaks perfect German, and is extremely friendly and helpful.
The meal times ( in buffet form) were rich, varied and very tasty prepared.
Wi-fi with access to the internet after registration free of charge.
2 times per week will live entertainment offered.
The value for money this hotel ( October) is excellent. read more

The hotel was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean big enough.
The hotel was first two years ago renovated, everything was very well-kept.
Really recommendable for people, the rest and relaxation search. The path to the town center is however also not far. read more

Overall the hotel was very good. The staff's hospitality top. But unfortunately we had a budget room caught ( room 012 ) this is probably a catastrophe, buses come at night and get guests from, therefore we could at night not air... No night battled through, but the good luck we got a new room, because we have complained. Everything is good.

Why only stars?
For the size of the room and the cleanliness in the entire hotel would be in our opinion 4.5 stars at least appropriate.
For the food ( we booked half board) would be without further 5 star rating.

For a four-star hotel the food -offer not. Everything on English table manners relax in comfort and style. The movement for clothing for dinner is not standard.
Location of the hotel is great. Pools and snack bar beautiful. Downside: the atmospheric great bar 'SA Cala' has faded Sunday from 18 o'clock already closed. Unfortunately! Perhaps they should the a or other evening show plumping for a waiter in this beautiful bar. read more

Lovely hotel in a good location to the bay. 2. Pool with possibilities to lie down and private retirement for swimming in the bay available. We stayed for 2 full days simply a good hotel wanted and with the Cala Esmeralda also found! With the staff speaks 2. English and German, we really liked the food and the beach is very close. The hotel complex is good. There are two pools. The smaller is directly at the beach and has a very nice view over the bay. Our room was nothing special in terms of the facilities, however it was clean and it was cleaned daily. There were all sorts of guests there. read more

A hotel which everything offers what you want. Particularly the direct access to the sea pleased us best.
In the hotel you could relax with English and German well communicate. The staff were super nice and accommodating.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day.
The food was excellent, not the largest selection, from the buffet, but everything that was there was perfect.
Breakfast had everything your heart desires.
