Hotel alone reasonable. The room was not really clean upon arrival. The floor was very dirty, toilet seat completely dirty and stained. In the bath many places rust and thus risk of injury. All of the staff were always friendly and courteous. The restaurant manager ran like a plastic gockel in the restaurant in and down, not very nice to look at, especially if you like i even from the dining comes. read more

All in all a successful vacation. Children were gladly seen. The staff were always friendly. With english you got along well and at the front desk all spoke german. In the hotel there is a washing machine and tumble dryer great if you have small dreckferkel has.
The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired and you should have the chunks be overlooked. Food was good and very varied. The entertainment consists of kids disco and a daily evening entertainment about 1 hour. Otherwise, there were few german tourists there rather Sweden, englishmen and russians. read more

All inclusive didn't deserve its name. Only a few drinks are for everyone, at the bar not even wine!
End 23 hours (on 24 december -22 hours, at new year's eves 23 hours! That is unacceptable, but hefty new year's eve supplement.

We had a 2 room apartment with a nice view on pool and sea. The apartment was cleaned every day and by canarian standards was the cleaning also completely reasonable. The staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. The mattresses in the room were quite worn out (not dirty or dirty), but after complaint impeccably exchanged. Unfortunately the holiday mood by the food retarded. The restaurant is rather uncomfortable, an arbitrary part of the area shall not to eat be used and was locked. Why we didn't know, we were very rude of this' locked area '. The food was ... not at all our taste. On the canary islands had we have ever had in any hotel such a weak selection of fresh fish, seafood and fresh vegetables had. Outside of the season a very peaceful hotel. The complex was very tidy, the rooms clean and the staff very friendly. The all-inclusive offer was the three stars more than suitable. Otherwise a nice mix of families, couples with or without children all ages from all kinds of different countries. Very pleasant. read more

We can only recommend the hotel. The really very affectionate care by the staff has us the feeling obtain, we are happy to welcome guests, we were pampered and did well. The kitchen and service staff had very big part of that. Small faults were dealt with immediately, the communication at the front desk worked excellent. The hotel is very well-kept, there is no dirty corners, like in other hotels. Us only sometimes too loud evening entertainment and the permanent musikbeschallug from the otherwise so idyllic waterfall. It was a retreat on the beautiful big balcony to read in the ... afternoon not really a relaxation. A shame! But we still wanted come again next year. read more

First i would like to say, that it is a 3 star hotel and i think it is this also assess. I am a travel agent and will also make an objective assessment. Here then a lot of reviews, the because of personal hostilities have been taken and no more are realistic.
The rooms are huge, clean and nice colors. The furniture seemed not worn or ancient. The mattresses were ok. We had an apartment without airconditioning, but november also not be required. The apartment had a dining area and a large kitchen, with the most important things is.
In ... the hotel make lots of scandinavians, german, english holiday. I found it pleasant structure.

It was our second holiday in this hotel therefore only a short assessment.
Unfortunately some points deteriorating opposite our first visit, the subject especially the food.
The problems with the breakfast coffee were resolved, but the rest is much worse.
There were for example pickles as long as the buffet put to you so old the glassy or for breakfast was the sausage as long as the you almost has coalesced was. The actual problem there is, of course the food not enjoyable and therefore only case remained lying.
With a little looking for, we then mostly a bit fresh ... to eat found, that with a little seasoning also edible was.
We had this time booked all inclusive and were also there disappointed, we were guests 2 ter great.
For example the Cola in all-inclusive in paper cups and the with the half-board guests the glass with ice and lemon. The lunch consisted of exactly the same buffet like the dinner, snacks for in between were practically not offered or only consisted of extremely sweet cake pieces.
The all-inclusive offer applies only between 10:00 and 11:00 P. M.
Beautiful to look at however the morning loungers fight, although all loungers stacked and chained were, some cannot leave their towel in the morning in the sun and afterwards not more to appear.

If you're just looking for a good place to sleep needs is here with overnight stay with breakfast in good hands all other as we should be better look for another hotel. read more

None shy to book here. We were positively surprised! Only the guests had too much on the islands of the chairs read and were also with foreseeable worse weather at 9:30 o'clock at 'your' capacity.
Something that i have not had read and i important found: the play area is not large, spread but along of the pool above the bar long (greater than the pictures!), so that one good in the bar sit. The children played as above rum and found quickly got into contact. The main pool is huge, unfortunately somewhat cold. The children it was no ... matter. At one end it was 60 centimeter deep, the other 1.85 metres. The buffet was regularly controlled and tidy. Every day mopped. We were really satisfied. read more

The dirtiest which we ever experienced. The importance of' not a problem' is now clear.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the way in which, as the cleaning done the absolute best.

Nothing in the drawers the closets put it is everything else on the floor.

We have here as a couple a two week all inclusive holiday and were on the whole very satisfied with the hotel.
Positive to mention are the size of the rooms, the general design the hotel (very clean, nicely planted), the employees at the reception (very friendly, they spoke perfect german, questions and problems were answered immediately and fixed), and at the restaurant and the bar.
Both pools are very clean and every morning and evening cleaned regularly, during the day there is no pushy entertainment, a liefguard is from 10 to 17 o'clock present.
We really liked the food ..., there was always a really wide choice, everything was perfect. Daily a fish and one kind of meat freshly in front of the eyes of browned.
For breakfast was right on request prepared pancakes and omelets.
There was something for every taste, here, the various national kitchens of the guests taken into account, but there were also typical spanish dishes (for example mojo and papas arrugadas -span. Potatoes).
The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, the staff very courteous.
The hotel guests are multicolored mixed, all ages and mainly german, british, scandinavian and dutch.
The hotel has a good location for the start of excursions, bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, car rentals (hertz) is in the nearby located shopping center. There are many shopping possibilities around.
The market, which twice the week in the parking lot opposite takes place, is however not absolutely worth seeing.
The estates (walk good 10 minutes) we enjoyed. There is a bright sandy beach (easily coarsegrained), which mainly of something 'many-heeled' guests the opposite 5 stars hotels visited. This notices one also at the prices for chairs and covers (about 20 Euro per day). The current can be very strong.
The dunkelsandige beach (very nice), we liked it better. Prices for chairs are here a little cheaper, with 15 Euro but still expensive. Here is the beach to the sea shallow slope and the current low, therefore better suitable for children.
Bars (here there is good cocktails) with lounge music spread a nice atmosphere. Otherwise there are along the long and very busy promenade numerous restaurants and bars.
On the beaches one can in the evening at sunset walks and at the beach one or another good cocktail.
Not so good we found:
With our bathroom we just had bad luck. There was no counter space around the sink and no other shelves. The mirror was way too low appropriate. With other guests the bathroom was better equipped.
The entertainment or the evening entertainment-in could be better. There are some animal shows, the only serve, that expensive photos with the animals ( papageinen, lines etc.) Be made.
The pool is very loud.
The bar unfortunately closes at 23 o'clock, so that therefore also all the guests at that time either in your room or in the direction town move. Less for people who gladly still want to party.
But it was not always wrong, if we on the next day wanted to get up early.
The cocktails at the bar (all inclusive) are packaged food. Right cocktails but would probably not economically or would much higher prices for all inclusive holiday result.
The bar at the small pool was unfortunately permanently closed.
In the total package we have here a nice holiday and could daurchaus imagine once again to come.
Tipps for excursions (the this island was definitely worth it!) boat trip on the sea whale watching including snorkelling, day trip to La Gomera, rent a car and explore island on your own (macizo de anaga, La Orotava, garachico, Teide and national park, bar (in the late afternoon ), La Laguna).
The Loro Park is very pleasant, there 2 time we would not go there again, but be a 'classic' for the excursions. We had a 'twin ticket' and were also in the siam park, us liked a lot. read more

The hotel complex is ok, however is the breakfast and dinner ( we had only booked half board) very monotonous and partlyn a pure' use of leftovers'. Which already many a time to read was, that from 7:00 A. M. the towels under the sun screens provided will, as the loungers only starting from 10:00 A. M. available are, is 100% ig. Our cleaning lady was so nice, and never had the curtain closed. So it was evenings, if we from the beach got home, always very warm in our room. Positively mentioned should be was the large ... terrace with two loungers, four chairs and a table. Against the costs are at the beach for a sun screen way too high. From Monday-Friday 23 Euro and at the weekend 30 Euro!
We would no longer drive/fly. read more

We booked all-inclusive and nothing for what you get. The pool bar on small pool was closed, the snack bar also. lifeguardaufsicht there was only very sporadically.
We always someone saw the cleaning staff appeared, these are however in the wide berth our apartment around gone. It was twice on demand the bet and swept or even swept was never!
The buffet was poor because the food was not or false labeled were, it little choice gave, 0 the dishes several day in a row in a different form were served (the slices of cucumber from the 1 day were ... on the 4 day so dry and now slightly brown the only new was).
It were many germans tourist in the hotel the loud front desk was fully booked. Furthermore there were some russians and many dutch people.
There were few children in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. View into the mountains, directly on the shopping center and nevertheless peacefully located. Everything necessary is on foot reachable, the staff at reception is day and night approachable and very helpful!
The way to the beach was for our nightly walk. For zischendurch time us in the water swim however somewhat to far away. read more
