A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The location with a view of Meran and the surrounding places is simply wonderful. The food in the restaurant is very good. On the first glance is the hotel complex from the outside a bit hard to get used to (building from the 70. Years), but in the interiors is the building very tastefully and modernly furnished. For wine lovers there is a traditional wine cellar and the spa area with a lovely girl is dreamlike. All together a hotel for a good vacation. read more

Everything was excellent, only the mattresses were very hard. The new terrace has an amazing view. It is a pity that this great location not more use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The excursion with Gerhard was top. read more

Beautifully located hotel. We had a great room. The food in the hotel's own restaurant was consistently good. The staff in the entire place is very friendly and attentive. If one has a desire or you want to know something, the staff is tried a solution to find or to give information.
It was in October to cold for swimming, however the swimming pool looked very well-kept. For us great in the summer.
My wife took wellness offers and was consistently with the performance and care satisfied. read more

Holidays in the hotel Marlena are simply unparalleled, nice, zauberhat, from the men aslam and Elma one such V mirage (you can read a the wishes from the eyes) the chef conjures again and again absolute culinary delights. We come anytime very gladly again ( we were end of October/initially November in marlena, the joy must now to at christmas rich, then comes the anticipation of our spring break, naturally again in marlena. Room with a terrace very nice, excellent view of Meran and shop. Very good wine list, quality of high quality food, daily choice of the menus fish or meat or vegetarian. With the dessert area came light disappointment on, that we already very much better experienced.
Recommendable in this category would be freshly squeezed orange juice or for example apples, carrots fresh squeeze. read more

Building of hotels from the 70. Jahren, from the outside partly not more contemporary Betonfassadenoptik, a lot of green. It was a new 'villa' -building in 2012 built. The rooms are modern, very hotel, partly with open bathrooms. The windows- and balcony doors in the old building are very old, fensterkitt herausgebröckelt. The food is good, on high level, sometimes for our taste a little bland, in comparison to some other South Tyrol four star superior hotels missing the certain ' gourmet -whistle', the portions are tidy. Breakfast buffet good, but in comparison to other ' buffet-Landscapes -hotels' manageable. The ... indoor pool is old, partly crumble the tiles, the windows are in some places' milky ', the ambience in the Hallendbadbereich did not please us. The tiles, access, the shower. It seemed a bit of age' wellness clinic' and not contemporary wellness atmosphere. The sauna area is very small, red tiles, no sauna relaxation area. The outdoor swimming pool seemed functional, the Fließenrückwand has again this '70. Jahre sanatorium-look'. The garden area offers plenty of greenery and flowers, beautiful view to Meran. The service is ambivalent, restaurant very nice, partly more warmth desirable, the employees at the reception and the boss partly very reserved. As a guest I like it not, when I too many the impression profits must, I salute first respectively will not at all perceived correctly in the pass. The house is rather somewhat for individualists the interest in art/design, no family hotel, no pure wellness hotel. read more

Lovely hotel with attractive infrastructure. The rooms with valley view are noise exposed (highway ). The kitchen is excellent and the staff extremely accommodating. Unfortunately sprays the boss of warmth and hospitality. read more

The Hotel Marlena is overall recommendable. The food is tidy and the rooms are very spacious.
However it is missing here and there at details. In our room there was only a bath tub, no shower. One had thus into the bath tub showers. With a split on the rather broad bathtub wall leads in the tub. Unfortunately there was no possibility the shower head to befästigen, so that you always in a hand had to hold. For larger people was the hose too short, in this case you had to bent down showers.
What you definitely bring are beauty ... products such as conditioner and body lotion. None in the bathroom in vain.

Very lovely care provided by the hotel owner and his staff. The exceptionally good kitchen was impressive, as well as the flowers and Plfanzenvielfalt in the entire outdoor area of the hotel. Also notable is the works of art, the hotel very nicely presented. The hotel allowed a beautiful view of Merano during the day and night. read more
