10 meters walk, on the ski and down the gondola. Much couldn't be better! The hotel is but in your rooms ageing. Would however with little expense for battered furniture eliminate. The breakfast: once ordered, without asking again and again. (coffee, orange juice, egg) thank you very much Bettina. The lunch, although only twice taken into account partly been better than evenings. The dinner without large aussreisser up or down. The dessert but always brilliant. The bar in the evening with remy or Elisa (lunch ) gladly anytime again. The absolute highlight in the spa area, super great staff, the ... not only sell, but also advices. Thanks to Birgit the me program 'tailor-made' has! I shall convey your council- Beats and i am coming again! The skiing safari with Werner call was already a highlight i didn't want to miss. The Excelsior is a great place with fine cuisine, beautiful rooms and great location right at the ski lift. The beautiful view of the Dolomites from the 35 °c-warm ' riesenwhirlpool ' to be seen is quite something special. The castello di dolasilla we super massages enjoyed. The owners Tamara and Werner call the soul of the hotel and worry with a lot of heart for the well being of the guests. We are now looking forward to the next visit! read more

The hotel is on a hill of st. vigil. It seemed very well-kept. During our visit, there was lots of swiss people, but also some italians. There were guests from Germany and Austria. In a direct assessment opposite the hotel we have the for us missing standard for a 4 star house, what the wi-fi connection (modest obolus per benutzungsstunde ) and the included garage (for parking in the open) wise. Hotelier Werner call it us very well reasoned, why this is so. In 2014, the former change and the planning for a larger garage is also. We have never ... had such a dedicated hotelier met like him, the suggestions of guests seriously! read more

    The size of the room for us is no criterion, because we for sleeping use. Otherwise we were on the slopes, the spa and about the food.     We place high value on a stylish spa area. Unfortunately, sauna Daniel on the first two days present. Unfortunately, the italians still no saunakultur. We have been the 2. time in the Excelsior and were very cordially received again, wei if you belonged to it. Rooms are large and quiet. The food is magnificent- down-to-earth, regional and tasty and optically unique! The atmosphere and the sommelier Irene are fantastic - very good bertaung and acceptable rates! Unfortunately a large group of hard of hearing old italians, the in the restaurant and in the sauna area very loud and rücksichtlos were. But it was from all the employees and above all mr call outstanding on our complaint response-we have a beautiful table in the small ... lounge and also in the sauna was stopped! And then was asked, whether everything okay -the one experienced seldom in this form-respect! Remy at the bar is also great - always friendly and pleasant! The complete staff in hlotel is very friendly - from the caretaker to cheffamilie! The treatments in the beauty area were of the quality was also excellent and we enjoyed it very gneißen can. Undgigantisch and comfortable is also the direct location at the ski slopes-one brauicht no car, unless you want to the cross-country skiing on the beautiful long cross-country ski run in the fanes-national park, the a dream is! A great hotel with excellent service. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Excellent varied kitchen. Mr C. understands it, a very pleasant ambience to create, through the very friendly staff optimal complete. A house with wellbeing atmosphere from the first minute. The possibilities to activities in nature are ideal. We have 2 bike tours participated, perfectly organized and great accompanied. It was a lot of fun. It was definitely not our last stay in the Excelsior. read more

We were skeptical at first, whether the many effusive reviews justified are. Afterwards we have to say, it's all true. Unique the service in the hotel. Every wish from our eyes and the owner is always present. Every day interesting activities the from the hotel are offered. Also for bespielungsmuffel (as we) a real experience. In which hotel the hotel boss with its guests hiking? We have ever experienced. The food as gourmet '. Small, but fine portions, so some unknown treat ready kept. The starters buffet was an experience. The additional costs are bearable. The 0.5. Beer 4 ...,50 Euro, the coffee 2 €and the wines, cocktails and liquor even relatively cheap. A lot was already described and may 100 per cent be confirmed. Although the region a wonderful hiking area would be, it is exactly that, which us a little doubts leaves, the region and thus the hotel still time to visit. Even with the help of the hotel is it hardly possible, properly labeled hiking trails to find. So often, we have never lost. The hiking maps are completely unusable. Here they would still more done are. What it for beautiful hiking paths (if you will), at the guided hikes noticed. We are the fourth stay at this extraordinary hotel. You feel good straight away at home. The employees are competent and cordial, whether at the front desk, at the bar or in the dining room. The wine tasting with the sommelier Irene is a hit! The starters buffet and the choice of food are very good, imaginative and diverse. We have 10 varied day of vacation spent in this hotel. Within these days we have no point of criticism can find. The staff and the owners were always friendly and extremely helpful. Everywhere in the hotel it was always clean. The wellness department is the absolute hit. The guided hikes we were very pleased. The area is wonderful nice. The food was exceptional and absolutely delicious. On the meal preferences our son was always received. The team from the hotel made from all activities regularly great photos.
