Were shortly before christmas and the christkindelsmarkt looked at.
The hotel was very clean, the employees very friendly. The room was brilliant and quiet. The hotel bar was really great and the breakfast brilliant!

Alone unfortunately not recommended, reservation by phone on the day of arrival, from 2 specified nights was 1 understood, one stood without working room on the doorstep, in the room was missing the bathrobe, in the other the badeschlappen and to end on a good note was way too many will be charged at the meals and drinks, why it is not even a voucher was.

A very pleasant hotel for a short or long break. Highly professional and friendly staff.
The room is spacious and well equipped, both breakfast as well as the restaurant are very good and furnished to a high standard.
Unfortunately, we got the spa not try, is however certainly of similar quality.
Only drawback is the overpriced wireless internet access, otherwise really recommendable.
Tip: the room at the back are a little bit quieter and some of them have even a balcony! read more

Gladly anytime again! This is my second stay at this hotel. As always: everything perfect. The location is great, to the center reachable in a few minutes. We had this time a visit to the opera planned and you is from the hotel on foot in a few minutes at the opera. The rooms are spacious and also very quiet. For me, this is the building number 1 for Nuremberg visits. I can only recommend it. read more

Beautiful classy hotel in a central location. Friendly staff, but unfortunately no individual treatment.

The hotel has five stars and is due to the central location very attractive.
The spa area is on the top floor, unfortunately as I at lunch there was without service. Relatively new hotel nearby the old town. Decorated up to date. From the train station it is not far away and the courses you can hear very little. The hotel has hardly parking spaces, only a few opposite in the open, which very expensive are. The serving staff for breakfast has no smile desired. We were as a part of a city break with a visit to the exhibition ' the early Dürer' on the search after a hotel with central location and high comfort.
Here we were not disappointed. The big room was with a balcony, generous bathroom - and despite adjacent construction site was quiet.
The service was very attentive and always friendly - all wishes were accommodating fulfilled.
The Paths into town, the Germanic national museum and to the main station are very short and easy on foot go bar.
We can this hotel recommend unreservedly. read more

After comparisons in Nuremberg commutes for us, a - again at any time Sheraton. The central location to the main train station and old town, as well as Approaches to other accommodation is great. We appreciate the bright, spacious rooms, also for feasts with exquisite kitchen and the valet parking. Every time there is something new to discover: wellness area, the Info corner, the variety of Whiskies in the bar and the existing know-how to do so. For the third time we had the weekend before the fair used, the Carlton to leave the soul baumeln. Apart from, the building next to the hotel demolished and currently construction noise is possible, I had personally impression, as if a lot of the negative has changed. The cleanliness in all areas has neglected, these fell especially in the elevator or on the courses on. You had the impression, these areas vacuum cleaner already long not more had seen. Also in the bathroom you found regularly hair, the not to us. If then still long, dark hair in the bed ... to find, I am already so my thoughts.
The spa area unfortunately already better Times and looks somewhat ' schmuddelig'aus. A shame, because the location the same is still terrific on the roofs Nuremberg located. The sauna requires renovation and the peace is area unfortunately poorly. Old Magazines belong in the garbage.
The enjoyed treatment was however again highly recommendable and totally relaxed. Thank you to the nice lady, me this has shown. Here everyone was euro well laid out!
The bar is a nice Hangout, but if you're the female bartender tell, how much the Arbeitund individual guests nerves, should the management of the house through a training reflection. I also work in the service industry, and can a lot understand, but sometimes simply not. All other employees were very friendly and accommodating. However you should also consider, individual staff at the reception better to schools, particularly in terms of restaurant recommendations.
The breakfast is extensive and offers everything your heart desires, the service staff are super nice.
Faziz -, if we fourth Come back? I am not sure. Location and facilities are safe top, also our room was, from the cleanliness apart, again very best, but everything else is überarbeitungswürdig. You could also once again somewhat new try. read more

Just a few meters respectively walking distance from the main station away. For the return trip helping us even up to the track on main station with the luggage! This happened without request from us, but was cordially from the hotel offered! Great service!
No-smoking hotel, uncomfortable 'smokers' in front of the hotel!
Hotel bar ok, however konezentrierte the partly overburdened staff more foreign guests so that you sometimes a bit longer for a chat and /* or cocktail ( Gin Tonic) had to wait.
Small snack map in the bar, delicious and not only Club sandwich on the menu ... and informal atmosphere
Breakfast room bright and spacious, very attentive and friendly staff! Large variety of Newspapers!

I was on business for 2 nights because, quiet large rooms with large bathroom. On the second day, Sunday morning came unfortunately only lukewarm water, the shave to cold. Front desk by examining it technician. But it was also at Mr Sunday
in the spa area facilities on the roof terrace lots of cigarette butts, should maybe an ashtray convivial to be. Otherwise small but fine with sauna and jacuzzi- unfortunately the two young Oriental guests not too behavior talking with such a volume in the jacuzzi, the room itself in the no choice peace could be found. Here should ... staff friendly but certainly respond, for the good of all guests.
the lobby area of the hotel is for my taste somewhat clear, cold and designed.
the cocktails at the bar were good.
breakfast buffet was good and plentiful, service staff were attentive.
all in all I felt very comfortable -as expected from a 5 star hotel also may require. read more
