We were on a round trip three days in this hotel. In Cuba you are on the hotels not any expectations have. The bungalows were partly very nice. The location, the plants, the surrounding area are fantastic. The food a catastrophe. read more

Hotel has several single or multi unit bungalows on a campus nicely situated in the dschungle. There is also a pool, bar and restaurant building. Rooms are clean and with aircon. Breakfast included. Multinational clients, middle aged. read more

    No water at all for the time we were staying . They claimed to fix the problem, but the whole resort had no water. A pump was broken.

    One restaurant, but please, go out for lunch and diner outside, if you could. Not enough food on the table, quality poor, no variations. Extras for breakfast need an extra charge: e.g. Omlette, marmalade. Coffee very thin. butter was rank. Bar was serving drinks, but due to location near to the pool, only in plastic cans.

    Unfriendly personal. Additional services like e.g. SPA, Wellness etc. not open or "broken" Complains have been noted, but not even being worked on. Room cleaning was ok.

After the hotel 'Los Jaszimes ' was overbooked, we were to this hotel transferred. At the hotel it is a nice complex with single bungalows. The rooms were clean and tidy. Safe / mini bar were not available. Nice terrace before the bungalow with a table and 2 chairs. For showering it gave with us only cold water and at times also no water, but that is in Cuba not unusual and not panic value. The dinner in the hotel we couldn't rate, since we didn't have tested. The breakfast was both of the choice, as well as from the ... quality good. A pool is available, we didn't try it, but it was also not extremely inviting (many sheets etc.) from. We stayed during our round trip only 1 night in the hotel, therefore we can the other facilities of the complex comment. Where we the complex in the short time met have, we can thoroughly recommend it. read more

In the case our trip to Viñales spent we two nights in the rancho San Vicente. The hotel consists of several one-and two-storey bungalows, situated in a very beautiful, green area are scattered. The center the extensive grounds provide the front desk, the restaurant and the small pool. read more

    we had a room in a bungalow nearby the pools. It was practically equipped, but comfortable. The Veranda was very nicely. The windows facing the patio out was huge and so you could enjoy the view when waking up in the morning. unfortunately it smelled in the bungalow a bit musty, but for two nights was bearable.

    Now, the food you can really not too much expect. The breakfast was very poor. For dinner there was either the table d'hôtel menu or a la carte. We tried both and were not thrilled by both. Everything was a bit overcooked and for our taste too tasteless. in the restaurant the Cueva del in Indian we ate lunch. To the selection stood menu: Chicken and pork with rice, black Beans and yucca. It was delicious and cheap, and you could eat as much as you wanted.

    We found the service reasonable. The room was clean and well presented. At the front desk was one very friendly and helpful, the other a bit grumpy. But we always information.

    the hotel itself not much entertainment. There is a small pool with some sun loungers, after our excursions relaxation could, as well as a restaurant and a bar. At the front desk however, you can different excursions in the great area again, for example riding tours and hikes by tobacco fields.

    The Rancho is a bit away from the village Viñales in green surroundings. The location of the bungalows was wonderful. If we in the morning curtain re-opened, we felt like in Paradise... in the village you drive by car 10 minutes or less, the viewpoint at the hotel Jazmines is about 15 minutes away by car. Close to the hotel the Cueva del American Indian. In front of the hotel sufficient parking spaces available.

the guide said, that it was beautifully embedded in the nature. Correct. It was so beautifully, a stream that flowed through our bathroom. But unfortunately the origin of the stream of course not, but the toilet. So, room number 51 must avoid. Otherwise nice area. Friendliness of the staff. Hotel mediocre food was always not very convincing, rather find paladares. read more

Nice bungalow complex with clear need of renovation. Around 5 to 6 miles north of the main village vinales location. Just designed room. Little competent and little bit of the guests interested staff. read more

The location of the hotel is one-time -the hotel is however almost one-time in the location, this means visitors to the valley have hardly selection possibilities. In the morning you will be woken up from a great animal sound setting. A lot of dogs at the Food very good though. The rooms are very musty. read more

Actually a great area; the cottage point 25 altogether was in good condition and properly same but it smelled rotten. Alternative: no, review the seeming gentlemen at the little interested front desk:' this is the humidity. We live here in the forest '. This could be due to the construction outside the perception seems possible. The bungalows are simply not enough ventilated. for those Rum (barrel proof), good restaurant don Domas in Vinales 1.85 cuc in costs, do you want 6.50 cuc-just-in a weitrgehend depopulated ambience. There was nothing los. We felt ripped off. at the standard ... breakfast there was a lack of napkins, for the bread, which one section, there was no Andfassen, under cups for breakfast the coffee cups were not there. For a hostel. Okay we had, at the prices we found the not in order. The next time we look for accommodation in the lively Vinales us. read more
