Price/performance ratio was very good. Location of the hotel ideal for visiting of the center, cathedral and palace. Parkgarage directly under or next to the hotel. Driving directions a bit difficult. read hotel review

Excellent location on the edge of the known quarter Santa Cruz, where you evenings walks and tapas can. About 7 minutes to the giralda and 15 minutes to Plaza Espana. There is no private restaurant, however in the neighborhood enough. The public underground parking is somewhat hidden, but is directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful clean rooms and on the roof a terrace with chairs and showers to cool off-no pool, however nice view. Very recommendable! read hotel review

The hotel lies in a cul-de-sac, afterwards begins a pedestrian precinct with various cafes and restaurant. All sights are easily reachable on foot. Because the hotel no breakfast offers you can directly in the café opposite take (Spanish breakfast). The hotel has no own parking spaces however directly in front of the hotel there is a secure public parking garage 24 hours-€22. Book a hotel room on the top floor and you get a room with a wonderful balcony from where you overlook the city This hotel is absolutely recommendable and better than most four star hotels which we during ... our round trip booked! read hotel review

A very good two stars-star hotel. The rooms are very clean, large and equipped with everything necessary. The reception is warm, all our questions and wishes are to complete satisfaction served. Breakfast is not offered, this one in the restaurant space and got everything there, which one would like. The hotel seems to be very recently renovated, everything looks very new. A ideal capacity for the exploration of the city. read hotel review

Simple hotel, great location, great roof terrace archived

The best at this hotel is the location. Both at the Plaza de Espana, as well as the Alcazar, as well as the Giralda is one in a few minutes on foot. Furthermore the hotel is on the edge the festive life Santa Cruz, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Directly next to it there is a parking garage, in the a car sure is accommodated. The hotel is good to find. Our rooms lay at the top and each had a west-facing private roof terrace with access to general usable roof terrace, from the park next door could grasp. ... Hiergab it loungers and seating. The hotel itself is a rather narrow small townhouse with small lobby. As well as on floors no long hallways are, it was not noisy. The rooms even were sufficient, rather sober and simple, but clean. Only on one of the blankets I found a stain, they should eventually be exchanged times. Thereby, the tiled floor was, here everything is good to keep them clean. The bathroom was simple, but clean, equipped with all necessary, even on cosmetics found some comfort to the sewing kit. In the room there was a TV, a safe, two twins together single beds, the however very easily and therefore easy slipped. By shutters was the room completely dark. Shortcoming: the balcony door was not lock, so the shutters also a safety offered. Internet was free as Wi-Fi in the lobby available. Of the four Andalusia hotels had this the desinteressierteste front desk. It seemed like one of the guests not very keen, rarely a greeting, no smile, rather the lady had a cell phone and your fingernails cared. Questions were however quickly and politely answered. To speak English was possible without a problem. Over a restaurant directly in the house features the hotel not. Directly next to it however is a restaurant, the to the hotel belongs, in which you can have your breakfast. Altogether the hotel is the low price value, it is located in ideal location and equipped with all necessary. read hotel review

We were thrilled by the small hotel. It is ideal to sights and restaurants. However, it is not noisy. We had a room on the uppermost floor with a wonderful view and a terrace. So, I would recommend it to anyone, as the price, performance ratio was correct. read hotel review

Very nice hotel in the barrio Santa Cruz, Seville to look around, Cathedral and Alcazar very well over the adjoining park, in addition, there were 1 very nice walk. In front of the hotel is the entrance to the underground car park (19, -€-24 hour), you need not to unload luggage, elevator stops directly in front of the hotel entrance. Internet access was not so great for our stay. Bars and restaurants sufficient in the immediate vicinity. Approval of the previous evaluation. read hotel review

Very nice small hotel in the Barrio Santa Cruz in short distance to the cathedral. Our trip in advance I several days looking for a hotel busy and I (based on the reasonable price) chose this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately the communication was sometimes a little difficult as partly only small knowledges. Not at all (German). But also somehow has its appeal, you're in Spain. Our room (no. 19 ) was on the 2nd floor above the terrace of the restaurant. The babble was kept to a minimum. Someone should be ... sensitive he should better the superior rooms in the 3 Floor. This should be quieter. We (our about 3 year old son) it did not bother me too much. The location is perfect for exploring Seville. Those who prefer to travel by car is also relatively without any problem - once you got used to it, the enormous traffic directly outside the hotel underground car park. Breakfast can be in one of the local bar or sidewalk cafes, 1 also belongs to the hotel. Opposite the park is also home to a playground. For flamenco shows should in the show Alcazar go next to the hotel. This was recommended to me by a friend, the itself flamenco dancing and their knowledge engrossed in Seville. Unfortunately, we couldn't see this show, because our son therefore still too small. If we come back to Seville will be our choice probably back to this hotel. read hotel review
