We really enjoyed it. The house is modern and was perfect neat. We booked half board and it was wholeheartedly enough. Wlan was in the entire place free and easily available. In march are the on vacation, no pre-school children. At the weekend were some families there, from monday was almost adults only zone (3-5 small mice ), lots of pensioners and some couples, so everything was very relaxed. The hotel was not at all booked! read more

    The room was located on the 5. floor with a partial lake view. The size, facilities and the bathroom were great. It was made well clean. The beds were comfortable, the shower large! Disadvantage: one floor higher were on the balcony the hot tubs-clear one goes in the evening gladly purely, leaves the water powerful bubble and with us in the room was the humming strongly to be heard. It is often on the volume the street pointed out. I think with good reason. The old slab is just in the summer with a lot of traffic to be heard. There was really recommended to get the extra cost for the room with lake view. The loungers furthest away!

    Well the restaurant - first it was always tasty, it was always enough food, everything was clean, the staff always tried hard. But: 5 stars are after german standard not. Let's start with the breakfast: it is really crowded and then also only a coffee and a dte 'fountain' i don't want to wait. The morning eggs freshly prepared and very tasty - but a pan on a hotplate take the can. However the choice was really great and the salmon really delicious. For dinner: also here the food was good. Starters, soups, warm main courses and fruits and small cakes in buffet form, a chef with show cooking on a stovetop and a pan (wait!). 2 days were apparently so few guests in the house, that the selection something was saved, but it was delicious! A mininspunkt was the selection of drinks. Although different things in the card were listed, it did the whole week not. For example Cola Light (i see as standard) and dark beer.

    The pool: excellent! Large, heated, clean and with always present lifeguard. Sauna, steam room, aroma sauna and salzgrotte were always super. The spa: very friendly staff, clean and for our conditions not too expensive. I have 2 different massages, and a facial and it was good. The gym was okay.

    The location at the beach: brilliant! A small way from the hotel by a dune-maybe 200 meters-and already was one one beach. The place: the season as death. All shops, snack... Kept still in winter sleep. The next larger town was kolberg about 11 kilometers away - we were not to shopping and were ' lazy ' in the hotel. Otherwise is the traffic connections ok. Only the old slab in front of the hotel a bit noisy.

We are as a family to christmas until for new year's in havet defendendo. Because i myself in 5 stars hotels learned, i wanted my family a nice holiday times without flies offer. Unfortunately i have the entire stay for this decision to be ashamed of. We had luck, since i speak polish. I wonder seriously as the other german speaking guests filled have. In the restaurant it was already going on for breakfast, the coffee would you like the good old days in the queue secure. A Latte Macchiato machine, in polish, with a 1 liter pot by hand ... refill and over 200 guests. To the coffee bagged have were the freshly made eggs unfortunately already cold. After i really loud became a kaffeespender set up but unfortunately not labeled. The whole with horror observed. How can one so which are star hotel! For kids is on the buffet not really what. On demand the responsible but Nutella for children concerned, however you had to every day beg, that it from of the kitchen in the dining-hall invented was! Evenings we are truly more than 20 minutes at the bar and it has no interested in, whether we perhaps a drink. General we wanted to just let go. Have good money for everything additional planned, unfortunately it elsewhere to spend. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and also okay. Clean. Sauna needs to be cleaned better, have unfortunately nobody cleaning, however therefor cups 3 days in the sauna around couches see. I would the management urgently advise the circumstances time to look at. With good staff would be the hotel a great address where a family 4-5 days simply quiet relaxation could. read more

Good place to stay for relaxing in every season ; the beach is wonderful. The beautiful beach and the dune forest shop in any weather for hiking a; the interesting city of kołobrzeg is a worthy immediate objective. read more

We have the havet hotel as a family over new year's eve for 5 days booked. We were thrilled by the facilities of the hotel. However the service by the staff to be desired. Who for breakfast coffee wanted, had at a vending machines. For this one could already times 10 bnis 15 minutes walk away (around 200 guests for the new year's day). Over the new year the staff were by the mass of the guests very much. Amongst others we had the impression, that our room only on the fast cleaned. Also the sauna area only poorly or ... not at all cleaned (cups were good 2 days in the same place of the sauna). For the new year's eve was the guests offered, at a charge at a gala to participate. Because we with our friends in the hotel were, each with a child, we wanted to not be participating. The dinner (if you can even call it that ) for guests without galabuchung was a hassle. At the children was not thought, there was noodle pans with fish, potatoes and kohlrouladen. No salad, bread, butter and so on for this have been quite carelessly tables in the nightclub provided. A service for drinks was from the staff not. In this respect, much happen. We sat several times to one of the 2 bars and wanted in the evening a drink, just no service. From the 2 january relaxed the location in the hotel rapidly in the dining room, since only about 50 guests in the hotel were. The swimming pool of the hotel is very nice and really recommendable. Also the rooms are great designed. The staff but should the need to service of a 5 star hotel be trained. read more

For new year's we were in havet spa our initial enthusiasm is unfortunately very quickly in discontent turned down and the in all areas. Our room was clean applied, but during the stay almost not at all cleaned. At mealtimes you had the impression, that you here on children is not set and coffee gave it only at 2 machines self service wait about 10 minutes In the pool and sauna were entrances to the distant toilets not sufficiently out-described, the light of the toilets was constantly out, because the motion sensor wrong positions and adjusted were also smelled the ... showers of urine, what the general cleaning of the otherwise very nice saunas describes. The hotel on the first view is top, super modern and was a perfect hotel to be. Unfortunately. It is on the first view very clean. The kitchen has not so exactly looked like the cleaning of the rooms. All services were available even if the wireless internet only into the room worked well, we found ok. The guests were more families and predominantly native ones. read more

    The room was in order to a few small things.: The couch has a crack had. In the bathroom was the handtücherhalter half hanging. Linens were with black dirt and holes. Bathrobe was not good, very cheap, small and krazig. Besides that the size was okay. The bed was soft and pleasant. The bathroom was very nice and clean The lighting was also very nice.

    The number of bars and the restaurant were in order. Drinks and cocktails all kind. Price as in the Germany in a large city. The breakfast was ok, everything available what you like. I have only freshly cut fruits and fresh cooked eggs missed. It was someone for fresh fried eggs as however therefor you had to flowing polish speak at which to order, unfortunately we are first been ignored. There were always enough staff around, i have not yet understood why you still own coffee at the machine itself had to get. As star hotel. The dinner was very typical polish. There was hardly any variety except fish. The same cold buffet was also the breakfast available. Who likes it... Looked but also as rest of dinner. I have beautiful tasty desserts expected, only the cakes from afternoon coffee and the same fruit like the breakfast. What disturbed us was the cleanliness cutlery and plates, it was sometimes hard a clean plate to get hold of. No way! In general we found not good.

    As how did it snowed and perhaps we expect a lot of a 5 star hotel but no one came contrary to the bags to get. We should even the car arrange everything to get, thereby the staff of the from the inside the looked at. The parking lot was not plowed and it was quite smooth. At the reception german and english spoken, not fluently but sufficient, unfortunately there was only at the reception. Some staff tried to english or german to speak but unfortunately only a couple words. We extremely annoyed at restaurant, because we could not take our existing languages. We have not expected that all language the world controlled but english is in such a hotel a must!

    The gym was okay, even if a few equipment rather was wobbly. Pool was also ok. There were a few chairs with cushions. The main entrance the pool was closed so which one down to the the spa, and sauna walk past had to go back the stairs to the pool to reach. The problem was that the door between sauna and pool always be open and really sauna and rest you could not, because constantly people through the steps to run had and the volume of the pool either for relaxation made. Turkish was only one and but only half. Only two sauna were really in order. The salt grotto has emerged as fake from fensterisolierschaum and a mass from küchensalz and gypsum, i do not believe there is any good effect it can get. But it was the only area where you really have peace could there was closed. Unfortunately only with two chairs so that always busy. The field of application was hardly visited, the prices were partly too high. We had a massage and were happy with it. This cosmetic department was as beautiful as the pictures in the catalog. The staff is here also very pleasant even if only one person foreign languages spoken. We have looked where these nice pictures of hamam baths has been made, we were shocked, as a closet entpumpt has, it was towels and cleaning products rum. I believe we weren't the only ones the too expensive felt so was not visited. It was okay but i still give a bad note, because unfortunately the entspannugsfaktor of a spa not available was. Path to the beach was okay and the hotel offers also a lot of activities, especially for children, unfortunately we just wanted to relax and we have no polish understood.

    Location was a little difficult to find, not even on the map of the city the hotel was flagged so that we ask, where the hotel is located. If you the pictures sees thinks the somewhat and isolated but this hotel has but at the main street to them, inside it is but not noticed. We were on the weihnachtszeiten and perhaps this is why everything to. In the summer is definitely different from.

Very nice hotel for couple, singles and families. The first days were however more guests and it was for the food to remember. There were 3 Restaurantfachmänner /women and overwhelmed. That was also understandable the need to set up of the table, new equipped, clearing and order ( drinks) and distribute everything. After many left it was very pleasant. Than we got our drinks also to eat. The pool area is very recommendable and there is always a lifeguard present, where you can snorkel, etc. Check-out counters. It stay nothing to be desired. Of course no 5 Stetne like in ... Germany, however only details like for instance Toothbrush glasses or Tischabfallbecher. But it is bearable. read more

A very nice hotel to relax and times do nothing/favorite food-for those who wanted very good. Outside of the hotel there was nothing worth seeing, unless one drives by car after kolberg (10 kilometer) After what we prior to heard, we were prepared for anything and everything and pleasantly surprised, because the average age was not around 80 years and the hotel was rather child-friendly. read more

From arrival to departure felt really good. Staff, facilities, food and the direct distance to the beach we really enjoyed. Although the hotel is very big, it fits in the area and does not work not like. A block. Downside in the sauna area the saunas are very small, in case the weather is bad, the hotel vollgebucht, then Enough space hardly out. The loungers in the lower area as ordered and not picked up. Partly with a view of waste-paper basket and are missing Ceilings, the otherwise always on the chairs are available to be comfortable and warm. Really beautiful and modern hotel in directly at the beach. The restaurant staff seemed sometimes overburdened. The secured parking pointed out considerable security gaps on. All together however definitely recommendable. read more

... Which disturbed me was, one has at noon no possibility ( as in a wellness hotel usual) in the bathrobe in the restaurant or at least in a designated area to food. On demand, were two possibilities offered. I prefer to work or order me what to the room. I so in other hotels not yet experienced and thought it was a little unfortunately and cumbersome. read more

The Havet is a excellent wellness-and family hotel. Dasersonal is very accommodating and friendly. The only fault is the infrastructure the place dzwirzyno. Here mangeltes at reasonable business. read more

Very nice big room. We had a family room on the ground floor and a double room on the 3rd floor both rooms were very big and modern decor, as well as the whole hotel. Altogether were German and locals as guests in same number represented, a colorful mix of younger and older couples, as well as many families with children coined the full picture. read more

    Very beautiful room in good condition, one or another signs of usage is never avoided I think. Also here the point of criticism the more superficial daily cleaning. Tea or coffee you could I always in the room make yourself. The bathroom is somewhat to point out because of its modern and very nice decor.

    Big breakfast with all what you can imagine. Fresh omelet. - coffee in all variants ( latte, Cappuccino, espresso and so on.) Scrambled egg. Jam. Cheese / section. -... -... The dinner is also more than enough and actually always something there for everyone. It is rather good civil and not as many maybe or be mediterranean touch, but evenly also because of is, that the Polish baltic sea and not the Costa Brava or similar I disturbing, are the people to all and something to complain about have... But since the hotel has yes unfortunately no influence :-)

    The staff were always friendly and accommodating, both our adults, as well as our son. The communication was mostly in German, in exceptional cases but then on English. Children seem very welcome guests. Only point of criticism unserseits is the right superficial cleaning of the rooms, but already complain of a high standard is... If there are nevertheless times a problem was always quickly a solution ready. One of our room was for example with prior not finished yet. You invited us to a waffle and a coffee at the bar. After ten minutes we could but also direct to the room...

    From the beach, the lounge furniture in the outdoor area to the wellness area very nice and never crowded, which but also at the time could. Massages etc. We couldn't rate, since we didn't use it.

    The location almost directly at the beach is excellent, apart from that is in the immediate area little to find, the infrastructure on site next to the daily needs and some restaurants/ snacks at the port very delicious smoked fish to offer, apart from that it was rather quiet and expandable in the town itself. By bus easy to reach was kolberg, where it then already somewhat more to see and do. We wanted however also rather peace and relaxation as trouble and excursions. 2 time we were by bus after kolberg, which surely rather offered as a suitable parking in kolberg to check availability. In kolberg we can bridge over the lake, lighthouse and the historic part recommend. We felt from the lighthouse with using summercars (small elektrobusse with guide) once the key corners of the city show (6 €per person about for 50 minutes about) and then one or another on foot visited.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location in the thick of the dune is excellent, the room to the street because of the Straßenzustandes relatively loud. The breakfast- and dinner buffet was plentiful and diverse, however the dessertauswahl in the reason always the same. The staff were very friendly and showed us again and again, also our dogs are welcome. The spa area I can only recommend conditionally. Normal massages were very good, but as it deals with physiotherapy with arthritis were, were the ladies quick overburdened and the treatment took canceled. All together however a very nice ... hotel, where one can feel well. read more

Very beautiful hotel and in a good location and the beach, where you drinks and ice can get, furthermore free sun screen, wind screen and sun lounger give. For a beach chair a small fee due. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it. read more

One of the few top hotels at the Polish baltic sea. Beach, pool, food, is top, weissenhaus beach flop. In the hotel complex one could it good 1 week bearable. Seems very child-friendly to be, also the beach is great for the little ones. read more

We had beautiful 10 days in havet hotel. Details were noticeable and in a western hotel this category unthinkable. Partly there was no reasonable fruit juices for breakfast. In the entire hotel is much carpet misplaced. This leads in particular in the restaurant-area inevitably to dirty floors. The hotel is currently very young children oriented. In the restaurant are to rush hours too few places for the esswilligen hotel guests available. So it could be, that you a couple of minutes for a free table to wait. The food is good civic and really delicious. Although the hotel architecturally pleasantly ... noticeable, are different furnishings rather strange. The restaurant-chairs are like the whole hotel relatively new and nevertheless with unsuitable material, which is bad to keep clean leaves (children). The room -service was daily physically present, mostly however in thoughts with other things busy: it was a lot forget or overlooked. read more

Breakfast very diverse and good, the dinner by overburdened waiter ( hardly special order of drinks possible, there were saftgemisch and water at the automat), herumspringende children and not always look very appetizing prepared dishes a catastrophe! The dining room reminded me of a train station hall. Parking is not the belegungszahl, regular evening fight for a parking space is normal. Instead 10€ too much. Apart from that a really beautiful hotel, but maybe only the expectations too large. With 5 stars, and the price we were a bit disappointed. read more
