Hotel Castello Falkner^{(4 stars)}

The hotel contrasts of the other 4-5 stars hotels in place by its architecture from. The building is well-arranged and cozy. The rooms in the new part are very good, the food excellent and varied. We have already been for the 8. time in this house and never regret it. Especially worth mentioning is the very good location to the valley station gaislachkogel. read more

Except for the broken jets in the hot tub is the spa was nice. All are very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was superb! read more

The hotel is not bad, however it remained under the expectations and experiences a other four star superior-house. Noticeable was the somewhat old-fashioned, partly overloaded interior and the teilewiese unloving indifference of the staff. Great winter sports region, beautiful place, in the hotel however we have the value for money than mismatching felt. read more

All in all it was ok. Unfortunately it was only at certain times in the lobby internet and on the rooms none. We had a huge suite but unfortunately no tv in the bedroom. With the service in the restaurant and at the bar was something wrong and the bottle or wrong all nights will be charged. There was no shuttle bus-bus to the giggijoch bahn (gaislachkoglbahn was not open yet). They were apparently surprised, that the train was already open, but after 4 days still no bus organized. After skiing we wanted a little in the pool and were ... very surprised at how small and cold the pool is. It is certainly no bad hotel, but we find it is reasonable value for money not quite. read more

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, somewhat little storage space. Inside and out you noticed the attention to detail. Very varied wellness-and spa area! Unfortunately most loungers right in the sauna area, it is therefore quite noisy. And since the majority of the guests the loungers during the saunabesuchs manned stop, you get hardly a free beach chair. Minus: jacuzzi in the nude area! Plus: generous afternoon buffet and lovely dinner! read more

We were pleasantly surprised on the friendly atmosphere in this families guided hotel, where the hotel boss still face get, and this as a part of its time very pleasant and its guests care. This is of course also the staff which is always take care. The whole hotel area is a beauty the eye flattereth and always tidy so. Price and performance are really reasonable for this four star hotel and gets a (and) to Hung. We will definitely come back. Georg and Sabine K. read more

We several times every year guest at the Castello, and gladly anytime again. It is absolutely beautiful here, and we feel like at home. It is just a perfect hotel:-) A miracle beautiful garden, and the hotel is located in a very quiet area. In short a perfect place to relax and spoil yourself. read more

We had the offer 'Snuggle deluxe' and were really amazed! In the room lay everywhere Rose petals and bathroom/ bedroom were candles. Our personal highlight was the private spa! We had for one hour the jacuzzi completely just for us. Around the pool were candles, on a table cocktails and fruit ready for us. Very romantic :-) The staff were in all areas ( front desk, wellness, restaurant, cleaning...) very friendly and helpful. It really pleased us and we are definitely coming again! read more

Were already to 2 time there and a weekend spend. Already if one arrives, you feel relaxed and refreshed. The location is brilliant, surrounded from the mountains, super window blind. The reception/ welcome is very accommodating and friendly. Generally the staff very friendly. Also the wellness -treatments are exceptionally great, staff friendly, you are pampered. Water and tea in the spa-sport -sauna area free. Everything was clean. Room large and comfortable. Many rooms/ suites have a tiled stove. In the winter certainly great! But also in the summer you can enjoy the spacious garden with its round lounge-islands and the ... outdoor swimming pool enjoy. So all together - anytime again! read more

We were already for the second time in this hotel castello Falkner to a short break. It offered a lot in this extremely hospitable, charming hotel. By the competent, friendly staff, on comfortable equipped, very clean rooms, the delicious, sustainable kitchen, the tasteful architecture (which also puncto of build is) to rich wellness offer everything is simply great. Surprise... We already have the next vacation in the Castello booked. read more

It is a very nice hotel complex. We had the most expensive suite. This corresponded on arrival completely our expectations. Unfortunately we had to however soon some defects, which our initial joy Fade left. Hot Tub broken, leaky. Shower mountings broken, electronic control broken. One of the two washbasin had a tear. - floor tiles in the bathroom were partly broken. When such a luxury suite one would expect, that everything is okay and worked. A shame! read more

We had eine 'suite Montani' booked, baby bed, Diaper pail, bottle warmers and kettle were from the hotel available provided. The suite was pleasantly large and also in the Schlaffzimmer, despite baby bed plenty of space. We felt good all-round and could just enjoy. Hospitality as it should be! A storm/ rainy day we could loosely in spa facilities 'survival' and the massage and Saunaubereich enjoyed. read more

The hotel is centrally located and nevertheless very quiet, a few minutes walk from the gondola station/city center. We had very large and beautiful rooms( suite) the functional and very beautifully furnished. The hotel staff was very friendly, we booked half board and the food was delicious. We could always choose between different menus. From 2:30 P. M. There was an additional free 'snack' from salads, soup, cakes and various drinks stock. The pool is unfortunately a bit small, swimming was at certain times, because of Easter break ( many families) unfortunately only limited possible. The sauna area is ... very beautifully equipped, with relaxing Waterbeds/pool chairs. read more

We were there for a weekend to the ski drive there. The hotel, the furnishings and location is great. Only the check in and check out could have been a little better walk, here was only the room card in the hand pressed without us the way to the rooms, or with the luggage to help. We had the Montani suite 40 square meters, since we in the low season were cost this 119 euros The room size we were surprised, it is very spacious. A flat screen TV, as well as a hi complex is available. Beautiful is also ... the spa area. The dishes were very good and the choice was nothing to complain about, Our waiter ' Ekrem' was extremely attentive. Gladly we will be back. read more
