We were as a family with a child and grandparents guest, friendly host and staff however are the nothing special on our small received - a kind word you would have been nice, the hotel has a children's playroom, but you did not the feeling the one with children welcome-only the two women in the service for our small hard and with times spoken, great is the one with the hotel's own bus the gondola is driven and föffentliche bus back right on the hotel continues. The newly designed wellness area is great managed. The rooms are okay however is ... the bathroom or the shower not the newest. The powerful shower was very weak. And now to eat the us on the most disappointed it was varied but the taste was of a 4-star hotel not worthy-which a great shame and the good impressions of the hotel a little nahm. We feast gladly! read more

From the family who run it very personal and at all times near the guest run hotel with first-class kitchen ( also special wishes were gladly fulfilled) and a wellness area, the no wishes to be desired. Too many German and Italian, but also some swiss (!) Guests. read more

    We had the cheapest room type, what was completely sufficient for us. ( large room, balcony, beautiful bathroom with double sinks, and for those who need it also has a flat screen)

    We had so-called 3/4 -guest house booked; that means breakfast, in the afternoon cakes respectively lunch and dinner. Very good local/ German kitchen with south tyrol and Italian evening. Special requests were gladly fulfilled.

    Exceptionally good service in all areas. Particularly the head waitress Gabriela and the barkeeper Gottfried are pearls of the hotel. The long-term employment of some Employees surely speaks for a good was capitalized, you as a guest quite noticeable.

    Very well maintained heated infinity -pool (28 degrees ) in the outdoor area with a terrace, sunbathing lawn, enough chairs and partially. Feast installed sun screens, nice laid out bowling alley. ( Boccia) boules balls there is at the front desk. Indoor pool (30 degrees), salt-water indoor pool (even warmer), large sauna area (4 or 5 different) with beautiful relaxation area. Bathrobe and bathing shoe and sauna towels are provided)

    The hotel lies at the edge of town from Kastelruth direction seis at schlern with very nice view of the schlern and surrounding alpine meadows. Bus station with good connections about 100 meters away from the hotel. The center from Kastelruth is however also on foot maximum in 10 minutes to reach..

Already for years we come to this great hotel. Staff the boss to the service-team super. Kitchen class. Chef will cook outstanding. We will always come as' home '. If it is, we will again at any time. Wishes will, if possible, fulfilled. Leisure offer is hiking, by the pool beach chairs and it really let go. Wellness for each. read more

Recently renovated hotel with an excellent cuisine and very nice spa area. The dedicated and friendly staff left the stay a real experience. Ideal starting point for walks, hiking, skiing or sightseeing. read more

A comfortable hotel. We had a huge room, newly renovated room with view to the valley. in the room there was nothing to complain about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 99% great food (only if all at the same time, came to eat at the buffet time to busy). Breakfast with freshly squeezed juices, for example by choosing a dream, eggs cooked in their ability to communicate in for each guest. Restaurant nice and bright installed.HCLFHLHCLFHLBathroom was lovely large and perfectly clean.HCLFHLThe location on the street was not an issue for us, as our room on ... the other side.HCLFHLAbout the only drawback. The wellness area was a bit too tight. There is only 1 sauna and steam room 1. If the hotel is full, there is too much going on. The whirlpool was connected with the swimming pool, so is the water was too cold. That was the only negative for us.HCLFHLThe snack is great for skiers. It is very plentiful and varied and until 17 o'clock, you can go in peace and quiet and to get still which.HCLFHLWine list is a very good choice. Many good wines at reasonable prices. read more

The restaurant's cleanliness level is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and professional.HCLFHLSadly there was no beautiful, wooded terrace (only a small without service by the pool).HCLFHLAgainst traffic noise, in particular on the basis of the uphill road leading to the Rückfseite of the hotel, where most of the rooms are located, you shouldHCLFHLbe impervious, especially at night with opened window if you sleep.HCLFHLThe front of the hotel is located on a busy during the day but overall less annoying street, as it runs and the engines are therefore quieter.HCLFHLThe other factor but compensated for these deficiencies. read more

The staff is very helpful and friendly.HCLFHLThe food was excellent everything was fresh and clean. Great Breakfast Buffet. You really feel comfortable here!HCLFHLThe indoor pool is a little small. The wellness area is rather small, it is a bit unfortunate. If the weather is bad you are talking rather in the wet areas. It could be tight for many people. And pool chairs outdoors with many visitors not available. read more
