I am from the 26-01-2013 to 02-02-2013 the first time in Istanbul and have targeted this hotel selected as in a very good and renowned district of Istanbul is. In about 5 minutes you reach the istiklal caddesi (main shopping and entertainment district). Really for shopping and evenings nightlife is Istanbul a paradise.
To the hotel i can only say. It is great decorated up to date, because of the densely built-up building from Istanbul but rather small, as well as the rooms. To 2. for one week city trip really recommendable. The bathroom had a sufficient size. However i ... must confirm that it room is the to the inner courtyard and the air in this rooms is impossible. We had the luck and a room the distributor which to the street was directed and the air in the winter sufficient air came. The rooms are rather well cleaned. In the all in all i am with the hotel satisfied and recommend it further. I personally shall the hotel certainly also again visit on my next stay in Istanbul. read more

The best about the hotel is the location. Everything is in the galata quarter to reach on foot. The hotel is really newly renovated, made a clean impression.
The guest structure was very mixed, many tourists.
Negative is the in the winter non-functioning air conditioning. As i am a window to the inner courtyard had, the covered and very badly ventilated was, was in the room always a very stuffy air.
The rooms are very small, the sink is next to the front door in the room and not in a separate area, in the toilet and shower is.
Overall ..., i would the hotel rather 3 * instead of 4 stars. read more

We are a two friends risks, and for us was the room much too small, because it was rather for couples. The bathroom was a combination of shower and toilet, which was not very good, because there is no separation, the air conditioning was not yet in enterprise taken and the window looked at the hotel, so that we had no fresh air. read more

unlimited to be recommended for a city break. The Only Drawback: at the weekends (Friday, Saturday) incredibly noisy, as is right next to/from the hotel to a disco is. At first we had a room on the first floor, could then change, but the next day in the fifth floor in one, offered a great view of the bosphorus and also much more spacious was (so: ask it is worthwhile!). The massage in the spa area was great... read more

Ideal for 4 days, all kinds of transportation city break made all within easy reach, extremely varied pubs and Restaurantdichte (with very great price differences especially with drinks) negative: We had booked a non-smoking room but a Raucherz. Tiny, which was the next day, could change, slightly larger room, with a view of a interior light well with little daylight staff but very friendly and helpful. Nice hamam and indoor pool, but we did not have time to do so, the town is so exciting! read more

The hotel is in a good central location. The best way to reach the hotel by taxi, but is located close to metro station. As the neighborhood is rather hilly, I don't recommend it for older people and wheelchairs (the hallways of the hotel are very narrow and therefore difficult for wheelchair users). The hotel is new and in very good shape. Overall the hotel seemed very stylish and modern. The rooms are quite small and the sink is in the room. The shower and toilet are separate from the bedroom separated by mistake and with a Milchglastüre. Bad about ... the room is that while they room facing the courtyard, however no fresh air as the courtyard is completely glazed. The staff at the reception understands mediocre English and are distant, but directly hard and friendly. In the immediate vicinity you will find nice restaurants and cafes as well as the pedestrian area. A supermarket is right next door. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break!! read more

A very small and cramped but beautifully designed hotel in an ideal location and good breakfast. It is more than in other hotels here but that depends on the right room to get behind the hotel was on the friday and saturday the Bär - restaurants, disco, etc. Don't even think about sleeping! read more

Location was great and quiet considering Istanbul, close to the big shopping street and Takzim Square, 10 minutes by taxi to the main sights and mosques (10-15 lira, not paid more), staff friendly, pool, gym ok but very gloomy in the basement, breakfast tasteless and bland read more
