It is a medium-sized hotel with about 300 rooms. The hotel is somewhat older though, however in good condition and clean. The types of people were at our time rather mixed and mainly german what you especially the couches occupies notice. Many germans pensioners, whereby the most at seniler bettflucht suffer, reserve the loungers already in the dark. Wifi is available who need it, however it cost 7 €on the day. read more

    We had a superior room with a view of the sea. The was great large ocean view fantastic. The furniture was more or less fine, have but also their best times behind itself.

    There is nothing to complain about. Who finds here nothing it is your own fault. Whether early in the morning, at noon or in the evening, the food tasted us excellent.

    In the hotel were without exception all of the staff very friendly and helpful. At the front desk we good speak german. Flaws for example in the room were remedied immediately. But could the cleaning of the rooms a bit better.

    Entertainment was offered, but we didn't use it, that's why i can't write. The chairs by the pool are in good condition, but the cushions can't say. The have their best times already behind itself. At the beach it looks similar, it but cost 2 beach chairs and an umbrella 12 €on the day.

    The shuttle from the airport takes about 1 hour. In the more immediate vicinity there are some bars and restaurants there is in Costa Calma nothing going on. A small shopping center is across the street, but with overpriced goods.

We had a superior room, in the first beach row and therefore the perfect sea and the beach. On our big balcony i would have gladly two beach chairs, for wind to sunbathe. Apart from that everything was excellent - we would gladly come again! read more

Over here we feel ourselves again and again comfortable and also get our wunschzimmer right next to the sea. We can before breakfast just into the sea scurry, there are only a couple of steps. read more

The Taro Beach has about 300 rooms and was, when we were there, to 95% of germans occupied, the rest a few british and russians. The age of the guests is 90% in 60 +, the rest are young families. Up to a further young couple we were the only in the mittzwanzigern and the through the eyes of the retirees (look time, they are but from the Mars or sunday.) Also to feel. But you got used to everything.-) The condition of the hotel is good, nowhere is it dirty. Offered was half board or all inclusive. ... In the latter includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks of the pool bar the afternoon, as well as various drinks from 11 to 23 hours. read more

    We had booked a sea view, got however a actually reencounter aufpreispflichtiges oceanfront room, so in the first row to the sea. The view from the large terrace was just amazing! The room was in good condition, however the furniture somewhat cluttered and cramped. For example the patio door not very far on, the tv stand was also still so strange at the wall, that you are a bit by opening squeeze had, in order to the terrace to get. The bathroom is not very spacious, it can be good, that the partners the door in the back get, if you're at the front of the mirror is. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, telephone and tv with a few channels (also hotel-owned channels with weather forecast, tides and some offered!) Equipped. In the bathroom a hair dryer, which was very good. The shower was however a joke, there was not much water out and the temperature ranged always. It was the only, what really bothered us! The beds are took some getting used to, they slipped easily apart from each other, since wheels off. And the pillows, if you call it can... Well, who's extremely soft like it, will love. ;-)

    There is a restaurant, a pool bar during the day, as well as a salon bar, in the evening was open. The offer of the food and drinks is very well, there is something for every taste. Two times a week there is a thematic evening, for example, we had on wednesday italian and saturday spanish. The dishes i had to mostly still nachwürzen, since for example the meat not very with salt and pepper blessed was. ;-) The offer of cocktails is also enough, we tasted this but in some evenings not, as most in advance are mixed. You somewhat rumprobieren. At the cleanliness and hygiene absolutely nothing to complain about.

    Already the front desk the first surprise: the entire staff spoke fluent german, spanish and english. We had booked a sea view, got once the room cleaning even ocean front (although actually fee required) and had a great view of the beautiful beach. Overall the very friendly and courteous staff. Only in the evening of the terrace before the bar we had to partly somewhat to wait for drinks, partly spoke the service no german or english. Both we found however not disturbing, on the one hand one the beverages even at the bar, on the other hand, one must, if you in Spain holiday, in appetizers spanish. :-) The cleaning of the rooms is very conscientious and lovingly, every day we had another decorated with flowers towel figure on the bed. The desire of the animation team, the vacationers for playing to persuade, we found at the beginning of partly than disturbing, later not more, as the staff the claims the vacationer very good einprägte us and then also hardly still be addressed.

    There is a comprehensive entertainment, which we however not used. Near the front desk one can decide for the sports program in the neighboring hotel Monica Beach log on, offered here amongst others Midget Golf, Tennis and spa. The pool is big enough, a small jacuzzi there is also, the we used however not. The loungers are in good condition and can be used free of charge, the cushions for the loungers are sometimes on the sides damaged, but more serious than it is, the beach chairs you can tell that nothing more. Sun screens there were also, but it is a bit more. Towels for the pool for a deposit of 10 €be borrowed, wash costs 1 €.

    The transfer from the airport with the bus takes about 50 minutes. The hotel is located directly above the sandy beach of Costa Calma and has its own access to the beach. Directly opposite there is a shopping center, car rental directly in the hotel or on the surrounding streets. Because we booked all inclusive had, we can to surrounding restaurants and bars nothing say.

Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel. Especially worth mentioning is the direct beach location. The food was always tasty (of course no star kitchen) and there were enough choices. With the exception of the rückverdünnten' juices' the all-inclusive contained the drinks nothing to complain. In the restaurant there was no waiting time, abandoned tables were always immediately newly restocked. Unfortunately we could our room (number 66) not really fresh air. The room is on the ground floor, there is only a door to the terrace and in the rear no window. Likeli is the in the room from ... paragraph 50 to paragraph 83 as well. This is not on the rooms in the two floors. read more

Well arranged, at a slope nicely designed older hotel with direct access to the beach. Wi-fi/internet in the lobby for a fee. In the Jan/february. Are rather older guests of different nationalities, but also young families. read more

    Our room 'ozeanfront' was rather small and is a little built up. By the furniture and the small sliding door was a through on the terrace difficult-but the view from there on the sea gigantic. The furniture is already somewhat older but ok. The tv reception in the room rather bad, RTL there was not. The bathroom is relatively large with a bath and a glass division. All in all very clean.

    There is a restaurant with the large advantage outside food. The quality the food in comparison to the last holiday before 4 years have been improved slightly. The the dishes at least after one week again is normal. The food is quite varied, there should be something for everyone. Once a week there was an italian evening with qualifying dishes. The staff is very attentive and helpful, used tables were amongst others immediately with new table linen. The atmosphere in the dining room is relatively quiet, we have already worse experienced.

    The staff is very friendly, whether at the front desk, at the bar, in the restaurant or the room service staff-top! Cleaning the room also good, every day new figures with flowers decorated - very nice. Towels are sufficiently available.

    Since we are not over day in the hotel or on an upstream beach we can to the points sport, entertainment etc. Nothing to say. The swimming pool is quite small but clean. Chairs are by the pool free of charge, at the beach however not... The offshore section is of black sand paths. Three stars fantastic, the 'Sotavento-beaches ', from the hotel about minutes at the beach to reach (behind four bays). But beware: on the tides 8. and wassersandalen to take over the stones/boulders to climb-it is worthwhile definitely! Three stars

    The hotel is directly at the northernmost end of the Costa Calma, smaller shops opposite of the hotel and along the street, also 'smaller' shopping center. For shopping are Jandia or Corralejo rather. Buses leave from the roundabout in about 500 meters away, easy drive to Jandia 2,60 Euro. When taxis before the price negotiate! Wednesday and sunday is african market at the roundabout.

Also this year it did well in the taro much. I think that the 8-9 time we stayed, (for the first time 2 00 6) vacation spend. Once we were even 2 times every year in the Taro Beach. Also with our adults children and partners we have already fun hours spent there. 2014 we will return to the taro drive. Unfortunately is the quality of the food noticeably back dangers have been. There is too much zusammengekochtes from leftovers. Also the staff there was substantially reduced. The remaining staff work fast as a weasel and are always polite and ... accommodating. However get i already had a bad conscience if i see, as the till must. A resting pol was, as always ziaje at the bar. He understands his handicraft and by stress from the peace bring. We hope it many years in taro welcome! The shops in the area are not great, therefore is all inclusive in the hotel recommendable. Who shop to go to the beach, should to Jandia go. Last minute deals for excursions you will find on the main road (palm grove) direction downhill on the left hand side. Distance approximately 150 meters from the hotel. The is worthwhile with partly up to 50% saving! The internet runs in your rooms (ocean side) not, but in the bar, the restaurant terrace, by the pool, of the lobby and so on very good. Price per week 25 €. read more

Great! We were in january 2013 one week in Hotel Taro Beach. We are thoroughly satisfied. Everything is simply right! Wether hotel, proximity to the beach, excellent and always friendly staff or culinary supply. This hotel deserves the best value '1'. We would gladly come again... Hopefully soon again. The hotel has a very good location to the beautiful sandy beach. One must however point 8., that one no room nearby the bar, in which the regular evening and mostly very noisy events take place! We had such a room over the bar get assigned. There it was before noise almost unbearable. But even worse were the maschinengeräusche and the noise the anlieferfahrzeuge, the time from 6 o'clock early began. To two days we have a new room in the first row at the sea received. Beautiful, peaceful location, great. The hotel is definitely recommendable. Food very diverse and ... tasty. read more

Before 9 years, we were there with 3 *. After some minor changes, but it is the star hotel became. The food, especially evenings, is significantly better, everyone will give its satisfaction left the dining room. Should be emphasized in general the staff. The Taro Beach has gotten old. Nevertheless one is endeavored, again and again sometimes replace throw. For example were the beds renewed, which in itself is great. We were for the 3. time in one of the Sunrise Beach hotels in Costa Calma/Fuerteventura and for the 2. time in taroi beach and always in the period november-december. The house is good, staff very friendly and attentive, we were satisfied all around. The hotel is directly at the fine sandy and wide, sandy beach; beach walks for many miles, we especially love, there are possible without a problem and recommendable. Only one negative: the otherwise so unobtrusive and pleasant animation, in the evening events to an overly strong, especially bass-excessive music volume, the lack of other, this volume ... of absorbent premises hardly able to escape. read more

We were for the 2. time in the Taro Beach the food has improved considerably. Otherwise you can the building which is slowly in the years is definitely recommendable, to mention is the absolute top location and the beach, which is very maintained. People with rolling walkers or other mobility problems the hotel is not really recommendable since many of the routes through hills bad overcome, but a ramp leads in the pool. read more

My husband and i are already already several times in the Taro Beach been, because it was just like it. We don't mind it not, that the hotel has gotten old. The staff is nice and friendly and really courteous. We find really our peace, especially in this period nearly only pensioners as is. If you're looking for party, is there wrong building. For this is the beach beautiful and you can go and there is peace and relaxation. We will be back in december 2013 the Taro Beach book. read more
