From the outside not appealing, but the interior is beautifully decorated! Over the rooms-/number of beds is nothing i can say, the rooms distribute themselves on two teilkomplexe with 6 ( vorderbau ) or 5 floors (annex). It offers safe place for over 1000 guests. Now in march were only very few 'fixed' guests present, most of the (between 300 and 500) guests were groups of friends, the only to breakfast and dinner in the hotel were. The course on the ground floor (where the majority of the guests back and forth) are constantly, until late in the evening, cleaned ..., the general public toilets were half-hourly checked and are super clean. read more

    I had a double room for single use. The size was sufficient, the furniture in a good, used condition. The mattress my bed (2 meters wide, without mittelritze!) Was relatively new and not 'worn'. The mini bar was filled (not used) with soft drinks and beer. Room service is on request around the hour also food to the room (with prices). Air conditioning was available. The tv receives over 110 channels, of which 2 germans (ProSieben and euronews, the german switchable was)-so take a good book to carry forward! Toilet and bath were large enough and clean. On the balcony is possible 2 simple plastic chairs.

    Meal gave it in didyma restaurant Breakfast : 7:00 until 10:00 o'clock Lunch : 13:00 until 14:30 o'clock Evening : 19:00 until 21:30 o'clock The buffets are extremely rich and very delicious. For dinner there was always 2 soups, 3 types of meat/fish with warm side dishes, as well as salads and a huge dessert buffet with different cakes or fruit. Bring the drinks waiter after order at the table. For lunch there was no buffet, because now in march only very few guests for lunch were there. Is in the summer, if the hotel is full, be different. The breakfast buffet contains 3 kinds of yogurt, bread, various meats and cheeses, and of course vegetables. Coffee, tea and orange juice there were self service at the machines. Also here: who friendly and respectful with the treated others, for the waiter (almost) everything. For lunch there was no buffet, because now in march only very few guests for lunch were there. Is in the summer, if the hotel is full, be different. For coffee or to hang out in the evening it was then into the lobby-bar (10:00 until 24:00 o'clock). Who likes, can sit in the couches comfortable, i preferred than thekensitzer directly the bar. Here there is for the all-inclusive guest draught beer, soft drinks, coffee and local spirits ( importschnäpse and the ' better ' Raki are extra). As side program runs on a big-screen television is usually the programme of fashion tv with any fashion shows, i had the luck, that in my week two matches (with german participation) walked. Alternatively there is still the british pub, the i only once visited, because it is only imported drinks and bottled beer and thus everything be paid separately had.

    As everywhere in Turkey: in the hotel you could get by with english in the best way forward. Hardly anyone spoke german. The staff is hierarchical organized. As a guest it mostly with the waiters/waitresses or their superiors, the 'captains' (the but also normal employees) to do. There is then the manager (literally manager), the again and again see to rights after that. The staff is friendly and courteous, also even without giving with tips 'geschmiert' to be (for tips there were tip boxes, to see the smiling face). Honestly: who problems with the friendliness of the staff has, should himself at times remember, as he himself on the people promised. Who friendly and respectful with the staff bypasses, is in tusan beach no problems have. The daily cleaning of the room was done well, even if the daily towel change found a bit over. It was written, that you towels, the be washed should, on the floor plan, but when i was each used towel taken and replaced.

    Approximately 5 kilometers away from Kusadasi is the hotel in a peaceful location, right next to the sea. To the airport Adnan menderes Izmir it was about 90 kilometer. to the town center Kusadasi there are circa 5 kilometer, with the Dolmuş Linie 1 (stops right on the hotel) not a problem are (simple travel 2.75 tl). In the hotel there are several small shops: - a kiosk (cigarettes, sweets, postcards etc.) - gift shop (the prices are even cheaper as in Kusadasi, but not so cheap like in Izmir) - a store for bags - a clothing store - hair salon The next external store is about 1 km direction Kusadasi, opposite of po gas station.

We stayed for two nights on a round trip there. The hotel is huge and modern. But it is outside of the town. When you with the car travels, is the not a problem. The food was good and diverse. read more

It was a round trip i made and believe the hotel isn't worth 2 stars, no choice, and lukewarm food, in the bathroom are the mountings also getting quite old the towels so stiff and hard as a board. read more

We had a deluxe room and this was perfect and always clean with smaller drawbacks. The complex is dated and in need of a renovation. Please note: On the complex there is a preparation of the tap water which not a problem is. But burn the probably old furniture or mattresses, anyhow it stinks erbährmlich and depending on how the wind is available, in the rooms. The water gladly at night erwämt -we were lucky, that the smoke at night often in our room pulled and we woke up of it. We complained, the only tip from the hotel and ... FTI-travel agency consisted lying of it us to recommend the balcony door to close and with the climate to sleep. read more

    Unrere cleaning lady in the room was perfect. The staff at the hotel in general also. The staff speaks if any english, german rather rare. Dealing with complaints is poor.

    Entertainment was ok, i have experienced better... Pool we didn't test it but it looked clean. At the beach is dirty, in spite of the in the morning cleaned. Chairs and sunscreens are free. But the cushions cost per day and item 1 €and i think that with a star hotel an isolence. The beach is uas fine gravel and the water sloped down, hardly rocks in the sea. Ideal for kids.

    The hotel is about 5 kilometer outside of Kusadasi and a few smaller shops. Otherwise there was directly in front of the hotel no shopping possibilities. Taxi and bus are available. For 1,5 Euro/person you can to Kusadasi go. Taxi about 8€ Beach is right next to the hotel, bit little space and unfortunately very neglected/dirty.

Unfortunately we are our stay in Tusan beach a bit disappointed and felt because of the too many good reviews here something else promised. We will briefly and scarcely to the individual categories: 1 ) the hotel normally: it's a big hotel with plenty of area for all of the guest. There are several pools, sunbathing areas and the beach as' retreat' available. The state of the hotel is adequate and reasonable the cleanliness in the public areas ( lobby, bars, café, Arcarde, toilets) is good. 2 ) location and the surroundings: this is the largest plus point in my ... eyes. The hotel lies perfect-not to close to the town to your peace to have however also not far away from of any type of possibilities for recreation. So is a water park and a Delfinpark to reach. The Port Kusadasi with the mini bus in good 15 to 20 minutes and offers some shopping options. 3 ) service: the staff are too many friendly ( exceptions confirm as always the rule ) however in estimated 95% only in English approachable. The first negative experience we experienced already at the check-in. We had as every year a red eye flight and are at 7 o'clock in the hotel and we were looking forward to our ear boom to can. But it was unfortunately nothing. It was explained to us, that the regular check in time 16 hours and we at 12 o'clock again at the front desk should call. Maybe by then a room finished. Further explanations or like ' but you can already once breakfast our restaurant there and ' remained unfortunately from, so that we ourselves have a laxative effect had. We went once for breakfast and verbrangen the first round 4 hours on a sofa in the lobby, where the fatigue overpowered. Against shortly after o'clock was also a room for ready. 4) dining: next to the café where as usual at almost every time is ( snacks cakes etc.) is the breakfast, as well as the dinner as usual in buffet form. We had daily changing dishes with some fixed components such as rice and fries, which it every day was. The diversity and the taste were good. Unfortunately was our food really every day lukewarm or cold. Big downside is here however the cleanliness at the table been. Cutlery was often stained and dirty as the tablecloths also. Naturally, the issue with the tablecloths with a high turnover not from, I was in this highly however yet did not find accommodation. 5 ) sport, recreation and pool: here we can rather less to say since we needed neither sport nor animation participate. The pools I now not too bad and in the sizes adequate. The long sandy beach with a shallow water level is in my eyes especially for families with children. The beach, as well as the water were mostly clean. Unfortunately there are however again and again Specialists the my bags, cups or similar at the beach and in the water to spread out. 6 ) room: the size of the room was for us sufficient-we had but also much larger and more comfortable room had in Turkey. We thought it was bad the cleanliness in the room, the towels and the bed sheets. Both in the towels, as well as in the bed sheets we found always various stains ( amongst others probably mold). Also the rest of cleanliness of the room was everything but good. So we had for example the shower on the tile with arrival a mittellanges hair discovered which on the day of departure was still there. Indication that not even the tile be wiped. Furthermore was the carpet not in a good condition and the vacuum cleaner apparently not really absorbent. Sand and a Melonenkern of us also after 5 days rum. In short: all together we expect from a four star hotel a little more for our money and the hotel unfortunately not recommend for people, as we, look a little closer. read more

For the food we were partly bad. The air was scathing and was very smelly. On demand after an incinerator handishly. On the way home we have this however seen. Black smoke in about 400 meters linear distance. Unfortunately, but a absolute 'no-go'. For this reason we will not book this hotel again, or recommend it. read more

The hotel is directly at the beach. A great view, so near to the beach we were not. Unfortunately we could never the sun at the beach enjoy, because already around 9:00 everything was reserved. The rooms are in need of renovation, old furniture and the bathroom with some flaws. It has already word, that the hotel renovated. Then we go forward. The essrn was ok but krin highlight, hungry but we did not. The snack bar was perfect in the fresh pizza and sandwiches. The staff were very nice to us, we could even our room change, because ... the view to the sea not directly. The animation is a flop. Also by the pool was bad music. We are evenings always into town dangers, the is super nice. The hotel is ok for the price, of course, there are better hotels and always something to meckten-). We liked it but nevertheless a lot of fun read more

    Our room true a deluxe room with lcd tv, minibar, kettle, safe, telephone, air conditioning, balcony with a fantastic view. The rooms true decorated up to date, the bathroom was international good standard with a hair dryer and various maintenance utensils. The rooms were cleaned daily and lovingly decorated. The guests true international and locals as well tourists.

The dishes real fresh but unfortunately hardly any fish but always geflühgel. The cuisine is international without pork. The cleanliness and hygiene was always perfect, the restaurants are always after eating fresh been swept and the tables completely newly restocked.

    A very well run hotel, where the staff very friendly and helpful in all areas, at the front desk all spoke a very good english and two of the employees spoke fluent german otherwise all spoke english, the rooms were cleaned daily. There was a laundry service in the house which we did not use however. There is a medical care, and entertainers the whole day

    The in-house beach is right next to the hotel unfortunately only a small patrol, to Kusadasi it is only 7 kilometer a good place around zuhandeln, furthermore there is a lively nightlife. There are different trip possibilities offered, at the front desk or with the travel guide the reservations arrange.

Nice hotel, located directly at the beach, with a beautiful view of the bay and the arriving and departing cruise ships, out of Kusadasi way and very quiet For excursions to Kusadasi, Ephesus and the nearby aqua park the minibuses use, the directly in front of the hotel leave. Overall a very succesful vacation! read more

In the morning when we on the day of arrival at 08:30 o'clock the hotel entered true we pleasantly surprised. Could directly at the breakfast buffet strengths. At 11:45 o'clock was then our room ready. Great room, large-bright-clean and a super view of the sea ( as booked). A praise goes to the entire serving staff. Make a good job. The hygiene and cleanliness is ok poor. The carpet in the entire hotel is dirty and in our bath tub was a yellow stain not remove left. When we arrived our room not vacuumed... For this the food was good and plentiful, the beach was super nice and the water was crystal clear! If you don't believe me, the best even a picture. read more

This is a large, air-conditioned dining room, as well as a very large terrace area with a view of the sea. The drinks station in this area at a bar.     We have never had such a large animation team seen. Altogether 9 men and women, the from to o'clock your job. Evenings from 21:30 it went with them in the theater further. The extra charge amounted to 15€ per day. Whether it is worth, everybody has to decide for himself. We had a large room on the 6 floor of the main building with a dreamlike view of the sea. The room was renovated, the furnishing and the mattress new and it was pleasantly large. We had every day fresh towels and otherwise the room was clean. We had ... booked all inclusive and had nothing to moan. More about that later. The audience was very international, German, dutch, Russian, french and English. Since it nachreisezeit was, few kids, rather older couple and families with small children. We belong to the early risers, a couch to get wasn't a problem. For the whole day were always loungers to get. Certainly it was because of the fact that the hotel not fully booked. I am sure the in the high season not enough sunbeds are available. Otherwise the hotel is very spacious and full occupancy certainly too crowded. I would outside the high season always go there again. During the high season I'd a smaller hotel prefer.     Food was very good. There was something for every taste. You are not allowed forget that you in Turkey is. There was no sausage as for us, is the fact that no pork processing. And if you want cheese wishes, you should to Holland go. Every morning eggs freshly prepared, fresh pancakes and donut produced. The lunch and dinner is very versatile. There are fries, rice and pasta as a side dish. Then different sorts of meat, mainly cattle and poultry. Also fish is offered. Soup and a wide selection of salads, as well as dessert. The food is not always really hot. But you should at home try all dishes from 19:00 until: o'clock evenly hot to hold . And the not always all tables already prepared and unused to, is also clear. We had no dirty plates or especially dirty tables. But also here once again the restriction that during the hautsaison certainly different.

But you can be smartphone/notebook with an evening trip to Kusadasi carry forward, there is in a lot of pubs wi-fi offered free of charge. With the Dolmuş ( mini bus) one is in 10 minutes in the center. The price is 1.50 Euro Beach and above all the sea water was very clean and flat.
