We were to the third time in the outrigger, know the 2 and 3 bar-villas.
By a new reception building and new, second pool with fitness center, kids club and new restaurant ( panache ), the hotel is a full, but for the guests in the 2 bar villas difficult to reach (except one rents a bicycle = 150 bht/day/person). When it rains or heat the way far. The outrigger made possible however a golfcartshuttle in the case, but if everyone makes, lasts it, until one is available.
A bar gives it now, however outside, which mosquitoes and hitzegeplagten not ... like it.
The new panache restaurant is great, the staff very hard, it is weak at some in English.
Complaints (air conditioning and electricity fell from, cancellation of a phi phi tour) were fast, hassle free and relaxed redissolved. The shuttle bus for layan beach runs as always, the shuttle bus in laguna area other hotels and the bang tao beach ran also good, only 1 times came the bus 10 minutes late - bad luck, then you had to wait again 40 minutes
Those who seek peace and quiet or lots of children travels, or lots of space need, is in the right place here.

The villa(3 rooms pool villa) was very good and analogous furnished. Here never villa on the other Side of the street outside of resorts accept, the are noisy (as at the street location) and one doesn't feel sure. The beach is very dirty (it never with a rake swept and so are the couches of cigarette butts and other Waste surrounded ), the Strandchef rotzt morning before itself, which is not very pleasant is, if you stretch oneself genüsslich on the couch sonnt. Here prevails urgently room for improvement. The resort is very family-friendly and the staff are very hard-working ... if possible pleasant to designed. The new Panache restaurant is very good and since staff are very friendly. The bites restaurant is very simple and the menu has quick once seen. It is the same as the in-villa dining. These is however very recommendable. We have it-apart from the beach-very enjoyed. read more

the hotel is in a super condition. A private villa with pool. The villa was perfect beautiful and huge large, everything was clean. Perfect. Only the service from the breakfast to front desk was not so, as I from other hotels in Thailand know. breakfast was not varied, room very cramped, only the omelets was perfect! Thanks to the omelet man! For coffee or lattes, you had to often wait. Breakfast was your usually already past, up until the coffee came! The path to the beach was OK, with the beach shuttle! But the beach chairs and umbrellas at the ... beach were old and hard, otherwise beautiful long sandy beach! Help at the front desk was very bad! Access to the outside world was difficult, recommendation- Holzbus standing in front of the hotel or the Laguna village and then by boat to the boat to the beach of the hotel Sheraton! All around a successful vacation! Only 20 minutes drive from the airport. With the taxi for 900 Baht (about 25 euros). Really nice service in the entire hotel. Shuttle bus to the beach: call was enough! Shuttle bus to the supermarket or pharmacy: call was enough! Free of Charge! The only, which we have to complain about, is the small CAFE Bistro. Go here, not breakfast in the villa, for breakfast and then it can get very cramped. The staff tried everything to all people stuff, but if all chairs rooms were occupied.!

We had a 3-bedroom pool villa. In the two previous years we stayed at the Sheraton and now for the first time in the outrigger Laguna. The villas are almost identical. The outrigger little new and quiet. The best way to get to the beach by outrigger-taxi is great, the beach is great, to relax and recover. For a change in 30 minutes to patong.
The outrigger is very good, we recommend the outrigger for all, the quiet and still want to stay close to a beautiful beach search. read more

The villas are new and very modern equipped.
they are about 3 kilometer from the beach in one holidays area, very clean and neat.
many property villas, some are rented. Mainly Russians and Thais/German, Asians.
area was very quiet.
Butler service: breakfast (toast, sweet Particles, a bit fruit, sausage/cheese) the night before in the fridge, but very 'poor'.
Apparently there was a huge breakfast buffet, which we didn't use.
shuttle service to the beach was uniquely decorated with driver for free until 19 o'clock available (great)!
at the beach, the most beautiful! Section and very quiet, free beach chairs (hard ... and ancient); beach restaurants and bars in the immediate proximity on foot easy to reach. Food everywhere there is cheap and good!
all bodies of the Laguna hotels (banyan tree, Sheraton Laguna, Dusit Laguna and so on) could be used as well.
shuttle service until 23 o'clock with open wood buses works very good.
the best suitable for 6 adults or families with children.
