Nice and merry vacation. Only the chairs at the beach were so desolat, you can hardly lie on it could, because the material cracked and with some couches actually the sand. The sunshades had already better days experienced.
This should be such a nice hotel not really happen, since a lot of quality could tell. Food was fine. But we only breakfast and are in the evenings always outward eat out.
Staff was always friendly, attentive and helpful - and with a little tip was anyway everything great. In conclusion a lovely vacation - without lots to whine about (except ... for the back ache in the evening, if you from the liege uprising) read more

The resort is located directly at the beach. From the main building is a few steps down to the beach, which did not disturb us however. The rooms are big and well equipped, but you can tell the hotel slow the years (for example leaky doors and windows). The staff are friendly and make an effort, but the english often poor. The breakfast buffet is reasonable, but the menu for lunch and dinner there was a bit too short and simply held. All in all, i think, that this hotel definitely recommendable is and that the value for money is ... appropriate. read more

We were in a double room with a small bathroom (was more or less fine) and changed after a couple of days in a bungalow close to the beach, this was beautiful and had a large bathroom with a bath(very big) and walk-in rain shower, extra charge per day 500 asked about € 12.50 paid off, the whole area is very well-kept and feels like a large garden in the bungalows is inserted food in the hotel were we breakfast there the prices in comparison to outside were high, the staff were very friendly and helpful, language skills only ... english, no german, but with hands and gestig everything went. read more

So i rate this hotel now completely objective, because i find it again and again unfortunately if people simply always german standard comparisons and evaluate. One must just concerns in what a country with which climatic conditions, one is located. This hotel was for me and my wife just brilliant. We had a superior -bungalow as honeymoon and weren't dissapointed. The bungalows are nestled in a wonderful palm trees garden the super well-kept and every day swept. The bungalow was big enough was cleaned every day, you got every day fresh towels and also bed sheets. Besides you get every ... day also new beach towels.
Of course the cleanliness not as with us, then one found dust on the tv or water spots on the mirrors and of course you could also a few mold in the shower, but hi where we are here, we are in a country with extremely high humidity and additionaly is the shower usually several times on the day used, is never dry. I am thinking it is condemned difficult everything is great and if you should want to five stars book there one can expect.
The staff in any case is always the toil, even at night, for us tourist right to make and is nevertheless always very friendly and i expect you. The food in the restaurant is delicious but we only on the first evening ate there because of course you eat outside very a lot cheaper for example directly opposite the 'swimming' is really recommendable. Cheap with big portions.
Breakfast with a direct view of the sea is adequate and also delicious. If you Nutella would, should bring your own.-)
The beach is absolutely great and the water lovely. The sand is not so fine and white as described but it didn't destroy the whole area. Chairs and umbrellas are sufficiently available. If you to the beach and a beach chair is will be charged staff on site to a umbrella to set up. A small downside maybe the cushions for the white loungers, these are already strong isolated but you anyway a towel and besides there are already new loungers for which you no cushions longer needed.
The oft-mentioned dogs are absolutely nice and not intrusive. If you about the food is, you can sit out in sufficient space and watch, if there is less.
You can here the absolute peace or if you want to the hustle and bustle of is 10 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by cab in the middle in the happening. Small tip, extreme action is absolutely necessary. With at least half of the specified price start and no compassion show apart from that one is pulled over the table.
My wife and i would book this hotel again anytime and it without bad conscience. read more

This was our 2. stay in the hotel because we four years ago there descended. Due to the numerous reviews, we were excited what to expect. All the negative comments on the service i can't confirm. The manager had many employees had been dismissed since little to do and the old staff now slowly again set. This made immediately noticeable.
Coffee and so on was enough and that's why i have no complaints.
I must you only again and again remember that it is a three stars hotel is. In Spain you can be glad if you are in such ... a rate category the laundry changed get.
Where i disagree is that manager and co aren't able with small things the complex to values. The screens at the beach and the editions stayed in the pool area four years ago already mist. These are still.
The beach is not at all cleaned. Every morning are several bottles etc. Around but the beach boys are there as 5 meters gravel and do not want to see. This is sad but is only the manager.
However at the end i can only recommend the hotel as it is very nicely located and the garden still a dream.
The pool the restaurant is somewhat refurbished.
The construction next door didn't bother since little noise. The rooms in the new building are top. read more

Good value for money. If you don't have a german standard expected you can in this hotel feel very comfortable. We have already been the 2. time in this hotel. This hotel has a beautiful garden and a beautiful beach. The rooms are big and everything what you need. The superior or hillside bungalows are very small and very dark, as this in the shade the huge trees are. The location is great. The day nice and quiet and in the evening in ten minutes on foot directly on the Chaweng Beach. We would again and again for this hotel ... decide. read more

We are the 4. time fair house in the last seven years and the hotel is getting very old, you have the feeling, that nothing is renewed. The first two weeks (10-23,12. ) Was accordingly empty and one of us estimated utilization of only around 5 to 10%, what we had not so ever experienced, however also in other facilities.
The umbrellas as the loungers velvet cushions are a disgrace and should be completely be renewed, which at the end of our stay in december with some beach umbrellas (with a totally tasteless camouflage color) at least 5 piece ..., we have done. The breakfast is sufficient and very good, only the fruit, (except for a day) the only watermelon, pineapple and small bananas was, was not satisfactory. The staff in the restaurant is friendly, what you from the staff in the lobby not all can say. The beach staff worries, what the assistance with the chairs and the umbrellas is good, only the cleaning from the beach is poor. Further is to complain about, that clothe file and hang up opportunities in the room as also in the bath is missing. The mold in the joints around the bathtub should also be mentioned. Thus we were now the 3. time in the hotel always different seasons. Despite complaints on some details in the hotel ( breakfast 3 weeks the same sausage, on anfreage why there were no sushi is, as otherwise always, no comment. The tables were not cleaned, if guests get up, there are still some things to list them all. The chairs at the beach ( as you could be better in the hammock, the cushions are so worn out and broken, we always 2 mats were. If the beachboy a few Bath there, you also had always the chair and ... capacity as you like. We had bad luck there was always the red flag at the beach, so that you don't into the water could. It is a wonderful area if the right place. There is also at the end, that the hotel in russian hand is. You can say 80% russians, not overlooked, because such a bad behavior have. The hotel lies directly at the ring road (= main street) and stretches from above relatively long and steep to the beach. Except for the new build is all already getting old.
The garden and the beach are well maintained, often was worth it for the eyes hang out, there are geckos, lizards, wonderful flowers and a few harmless snakes to discover.
The breakfast buffet is included, restaurant for lunch and dinner available, however way too expensive.
During our stay were mostly German, as well as western european guests represented. However was a group Russian tour operator from the manager ... by the hotel run, what the future you can only color in.
Basically the rooms are in the old part the hotel in need of renovation, the younger bungalows and garden rooms are ok. read more

The new Grand de Lux room booked, when we arrived we got very bad superior room with verschimmelten tiles and only bath tub, after a complaint at the front desk we were by a very unfriendly women pointed out, we superior room booked, but the Marita's stood Grand de Lux, we had to one night in the bad smelling superior stay, as the ladies only with the manager discuss everything had, on the next day we got without comment and very rude the key from the new Grand de Lux. For breakfast we got no tea or coffee, had to ... even get everything, since the employees in the corner every day over something else had to talk. The rooms were not before 16,30 done before you could not the room. In the sea louder small babyquallen. read more

Shabby bungalows. Closet doors (sliding doors) you can without that you just puts out hardly close. Construction in the adjoining complex ( is currently under construction-a giant project) is an impertinence. Monday - sunday construction noises. At o'clock one believes it is possible the workers in the bathroom. No compromise on the part of the manager to limit damage. Bungalows can be reached only by means of stages (130!). Tedious if you in the room forget. For disabled persons ( like in the description specified) is an understatement. Also for middle generations hard-without mobility problems. Until one from the beach ... into the room comes, you need oxygen.
General: the price is not justified - too high for this standard.
Staff are very friendly, however overburdened. For breakfast you need lots of patience a coffee to get. Or you get it yourself, which is also very difficult, as the staff with the cans is (a gauntlet with the coffee pot through the whole restaurant). read more

The hotel complex consists of several buildings and bungalows of different ages. We were in the main building superior, the oldest building. In the bathroom there was significant mold.
Our bathtub had a large crack in the earth, sand etc. When showering heraustrat (baden was impossible). Despite complaining several times nothing was done. Above of the airconditioning was mold. The main building directly adjoined to the nachbarsgrundstück on a construction site for a new temporary complex is. In this construction site is every day from 8:00 until 22:00 o'clock worked (hammered, polished, geflext and loudly serrated). Truck, loading/unloading. ... This hotel lies at the most beautiful beach Samui's, I can judge since we the island several Male with the scooter could have. Of course it is not deserted however therefor have tides no major impact, there are no rocks in the water and the sea is crystal clear! For a three star hotel is the service excellent! If you complained here is probably itself reason to the complaint :-) read more

Very beautiful hotel, the most beautiful beach from koh samui. Was now already 4 time on koh samui this hotel has my favorite.
Is very centrally located you can good on foot into town or you can take a small train. The complex is in my opinion very well maintained and has a beautiful garden. Our room was super, were in the new grand deluxe building and the room was huge and new. To us nothing was missing except perhaps a larger closet.
I can really not understand, as you have all upset can, I mean if you the hotel ... bay, you know that es'nur' three stars.
And for the number of stars the hotel has in our opinion lots to offer! read more

The hotel complex it pleased me very well, because it is very green and well maintained. The number of rooms is in my opinion more on upper limit, since I smaller and calmer hotels prefer. For the category the hotel is general but more than reasonable. The beach and the sea were just amazing.
The guests came from Germany, Italy, France and Austria ( no russians:-) and were very pleasant ( mainly couples different age, but also partly families with larger children, so almost no infants) read more
