We, Dutch couple, stayed in this beautiful and clean hotel with a lot space. A large dining room with several possibilities to eat outside on a terrace, a large garden, a large swimmingpool, beach across the street. Large bars and sitting rooms with television. Rooms were cleaned well, food was fantastic. Very friendly personnel. read more

The hotel is definitely in a great condition, it is everywhere cleaned diligently (only our room unfortunately not very efficient-but more about that later). Transportation to and from was very mixed, the russian tourists were very pleasant, rather low-key. We had booked all inclusive, there is for example the safe inclusive and on the rooms there was a kettle, you could choose between various teas or coffee, which filled up every day was. read more

    The room was big enough. There was a large double bed and a single bed. In the bathroom was a bath, the safe was included, a nice service as the kettle and a variety of teas and coffee. The does not exist everywhere. The furniture is dark wood and alright, the closet was also big, fit all purely. The only where we something to moan about gave, was the absolutely bad room cleaning. The bathroom was generally very badly or not at all cleaned, the mirror was smeared disaster, there was sand everywhere and dust. The tub was dirty and sandy, the beach was lousy. In the last vacation was it much better been, is probably rather because of the cleaning lady. The towels and bedlinen were regularly exchanged, the was positive once again, something at least. We are not picky, but the cleaning of the rooms was remarkably bad, so there are only 2 suns.

    The waiter in the hotel, as well as at the beach were very nice and quick. We had no language problems. In the hotel there was a doctor, good to know for all cases.

    The animation was unobtrusive, the was very positive. The nice man at the beach has the best cared for the guests. We didn't have to wait long, since he came with umbrellas started.     The hotel is slightly outside Alanya, in tosmur. The long ride is a little cumbersome, but it is worth it. We have deliberately selected, so that we do not all the discos in the surrounding area have, therefore one could in the evening still good sleep. Of course runs in front of the hotel the multi-lane coastal road, which also not so quiet, but we didn't mind. If you are looking for peace, is in Alanya anyway inverted! The beach is through an underpass, wheelchair users can easily by elevator to the beach. I think the hotel very suitable for disabled people, as far as i can judge that. There were several wheelchair users were present. There are shops some nearby, for example the bazaar in oba, not far to walk or a shopping center right around the corner. There were enough excursion possibilities, either book in the hotel or at the street stalls. The dimcay or to the castle runs a bus service, you can save a lot of money, if you can. The friendly staff at the hotel reception continue to help gladly.

I ( 30 years) come from Stuttgart and was with my girlfriend by the 6-10-2012 until 14-10-2012 in the Hotel Grand kaptan Alanya. Personally i can only recommend this hotel. I had the trip through öger tours. At the airport the transfer perfect and tour operator could also speak german well. At the reception we were welcomed friendly. Our room was clean and every day we got fresh towels and also towels for the beach. The food was varied and very tasty. Every evening there was animation and the team was perfect great. There were even organized disco cruises with ... the entertainers offered. At 21:30 o'clock it gave for the small guests mini disco and afterwards a show program. I would like to special thanks the entertainers Willy, Maxim, Christina and Didem and the main entertainer Kadir judge, you were all great great. In Alanya you can not only good party, but also excursions are offered. I can the dimflussfahrt warmest recommend and the Alanya city tour. Hotel Grand kaptan is both for young, as well as for old recommendable. There is a bus every hour from the hotel direct to Alanya goes. Circa 10 minutes by bus. I will definitely october 2013 again in Grand Kaptan his.! read more

We have for the first time a holiday in Turkey and on recommendation the Grand Kaptan booked. We liked it very much, starting for the food, so a wide choice of salads and desserts we have never seen anything like it. Fresh fruits was also abundant. Everything was of the best quality and the taste was great and digestible. The staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating and supply with drinks worked quickly. The large number of regular guests shows the large happiness of the guests. It is clear, when a large number of the background noise a bit louder. ... But there is the possibility, to eat outside, where something quiet is. Our room in the 1st floor (133) was large and clean. We had booked all inclusive and it was every day the mini bar refilled and the safe was free. Is very recommendable the visit of the fish restaurant at the beach. What we didn't like is the reservierungsmentalität. Although we in the late season there were, had to some tourist already early in the morning or even in the evening before their reserve chairs. Also the cigarette butts at the beach, there were enough garbage bin at the beach, nevertheless let many smokers their trash simply lie. We found good, that you several times a day free with the hotel bus to Alanya drive could. A large thanks the many staff, the many hours on the day friendly and accommodating to us guests there are. We will definitely come back again and annoy us, that we do not already rather here spend a vacation! read more

The hotel we have because of the good reviews and we have to say, that this absolutely with good reason were awarded. Our first trip in Turkey was very good! The buffet was absolutely fantastic, both in terms of choice, as well as of the quality of the food. Even without the change of one because of the wide choice something new every day can eat. If you were on a diet is in the wrong place, especially the desserts-o luckily we had only half-board, otherwise we would have for the return flight ever 2 seats to book-o-half ... board is really, especially, if you have a lot to do. Since we end of the season there were, were the waiters already somewhat ready and we had to for a very long time the beverages wait or got the bottle delivered. This is otherwise certainly better. We had a room forward to the street out, where of course a bit noisy, but when ' city kids' we are used to and it didn't bother us. The room was spacious and had a fridge in which we also the beverages even bought could put. Everything was always clean and the cleaning lady even somewhat officious. When i a day in the room to spend wanted, we had at least five times discourage the room to clean-o-after a small tip we got but also great handtuchschwäne! We were almost never in the pool, at the beach we have always beach chairs with cushions found. The pier was a bit scruffy, but served its purpose. For the entrance into the water bathing shoes are recommended. We also the animation program looked at, but it was not at all meet our taste. Many other it seemed to enjoy it. Our tips: there is a dim market (so a art turkish Aldi) if you exit the hotel right a piece of the mountain high, as you can super cheap drinks, biscuits etc. Buy. It is worthwhile a car to borrow, as here it was very cheap and to explore. Especially geocachers come in the mountains to your costs! From an excursion destination we can the wonderful sapadere canyon and a trip to side was satisfactory. Who doesn't want to with the often crowded free bus into town drive, can or behind the hotel with the favorable public bus. With the takes you also to later time to the hotel. read more

Unfortunately for this vacation no 'vacation feeling' arisen. The hotel is not more facilities for 5 stars! In the room was only a plug socket available. To recharge for mobile phones and Fotobatterien a catastrophe. A information from the tour operator would be useful, a taking along of adapters is urgently required. The internet costs half an hour 2,00 Euro- is actually standard in many hotels. For German speaking program stood ARD, Satellite., RTL and ProSieben available. Unfortunately no ZDF. For the safe there was no description given. Only a hotel manager has it furnished-to regard my password. I ... think impossible. The quality of the beach leaves a lot to be desired. Little cleanliness and very cramped! The distance to Alanya is on foot less advisable. The published about 3 kilometer are not the reality. It was my first holiday in Turkey - for me unfortunately disappointing! read more

Since we were there in the last October week in the Grand Kaptan were and the hotel for 1-11-12 in the 'winter peace' went, were the beach chairs almost under way. The beach bar was not no more regaled and the à-la-carte restaurant was closed. There was no entertainment program and at the end of was also the food very limited. Unfortunately actually, since we had to the last day pay and could not just the price for the journey reduce. The bathroom was only very badly cleaned and there was no fresh towels. Perhaps it is in the season ... better, but in the autumn I can this hotel unfortunately not recommend. read more

    To the beach it was only through a underpass very good. Einkaufemöglichkeiten there is nearby about 10 minutes walk. And if you are travelling to alanyacity therto walk comfortably 1 hour.

The hotel complex is excellent. You will find various corners, where one relaxed superior. In front of the hotel, in the lobby ( free of charge wi-fi), in the vitamin bar, the small pool, at the large pool, in the roof bar... Wherever, it is everywhere nice. I was 2 time this year there and the rooms were always clean. The food is very good. Who finds here nothing... Well. The selection was huge and delicious.     The rooms are big enough. There I alone traveled, I had more than enough place in my booked double room. We had a very nice holiday, the hotel is excellent, the food was wonderful and this hotel I would to 99% recommendable! The beach is very simply reached through a tunnel, the water is very clean and even with 2 meters deep one could reason still see. The roof terrace of the hotel biet et a wonderful view of Alanya. read more

It was a very nice Bath bzs. Sunny holiday, a caveat was the pebble beach - therefore we this time by the pool anyway, what but also very pleasant was, since everything was quite easily been seen-towels (which daily new got) could one the whole time of vacation his berth leave, airbeds could in the pool to be taken, the daily sport activities with a lot of fun, you didn't hassled-just ask yes or no. Our recommendation the à la carte restaurant - please definitely notice! We had a beautiful large room, also the balcony was in comparison quite large. ... Our summary: one already notices, although the hotel is not new anymore, that the difference between a 4 and a 4, five star hotel imperceptibly is (white Stofftischedenk and napkins, no abgehasteten waiter, daily fresh and free beach towels, more and better choice of meals especially fruit. A very large thank you very much to the manager, then very affectionately about the white Hasenmutti with its 4 young tried, and just a stable make left, many, many thanks for that - I was very pleased. We arrived at night at. With a warm soup and drinks. First night was awful, as we a room to the street had, but had on the next day the room change, now could the vacation start. Great was, that the safe and the mini bar with us in the price was there. The room was large and clean. We can't complain. Doors were often shut, but that is part of this.     Very satisfied. The food is great and the dessert first class. We were already often in Turkey, but a dessert buffet we have never had. Not so much sweet, no simply-wow.     The arrival from the airport is a bit long, so we have 10 days booked. Around the hotel one finds purchase possibilities. One is fast in oba and in Alanya. We have with schauinsland a trip undertaken: burg-cave-dim river. Was totally reasonable, we have a bit in the area experienced! On mondays there was in oba marketday-wonderful, you should not miss! We have also almost every day a long beach walk ( empfingliche feet need shoes!) And through the dim river floated around weiterwandern to may. Great!

The hotel is already somewhat outdated. However make this the staff's hospitality, the cleanliness, the service and the location again good. Very commendable is the wide choice and the good taste of the food to all meal times. Also at the beach, in the beach bar is the food always delicious and appetizing. Recommendable are also the a la carte restaurants. By an underpass next to the pool area one arrives directly at the hotel beach. There are always chairs and umbrellas to have, which by the pool unfortunately is very difficult, since the towels just evenings left. Super is ... also the hotel's own shuttle bus to Alanya. Unfortunately evenings often crowded. We can say, that we spend a very nice vacation and gladly again come, since the value for money here is true. read more
