All around perfect stay. Warm welcome, in spite of the size you feel very comfortable. We booked a lodge room occupied. Beautiful. In the entire hotel was a perfect cleanliness. Wifi is available everywhere. The booked half board leaves nothing to be desired. You can tell, that in the construction of the hotel money no role played. read more

    We stayed in a lodge room. This was in very good condition and was very big. 2 large queen size beds, a dressing room, a spacious bathroom and a very nice balcony completed our well-being feeling factor. The cleaning took place from 3 ladies by the room wirbelten.

    Food at star level. We were already into many 5 and 6 star hotels in the world. But this food was wonderful. The sommelier gave us every evening, very good advice. The cheese selection was very good. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

    The friendliness in the whole hotel was above average. Everywhere one was with a smile welcomes. We have to last in Dubai experienced. The attention of the staff was excellent. In the morning, was immediately the coffee on the table and in the evening one was completely perfect service.

Great hotel, we in the dreamlike winter landscape could enjoy. The spa area there is nothing left to be desired and busy on a snowy winter day completely. Drinks in stylish plastic cups served. Service is really friendly, attentive and very fast. Gladly again! read more

I can to this hotel not very much to write because i was with the idea to the intimate the request of repeated timely visit overwhelmed. It was just a perfect weekend. Here just the my personal highlights: The location is wonderful who quiet relaxing vacation in the middle of in the snow looks for is right at home here it was as in the fairytale. In the hotel garage arrived the car delivered checked in short hotel management short explanation to the room (where the luggage already waiting for) and it was already from for dinner. I have never ... had such a relaxed in a hotel checked in like this. Breakfast to the room was great the choice was huge and we had a beautiful seat area with a view of the mountains. Dinner was perfect selection and taste left nothing to be desired. The staff seemed very natural which i found very pleasant and always very friendly. read more

Here for the 2. time and even from the hotel industry coming: We were thrilled on the warm welcome and the friendliness of all of the staff. This wonderful christmas decorations everywhere: as the industrious hands very much trouble -wonderful - (only the beautiful manger needs next year still straw and moss \u263a Breakfast and dinner are not to beat. This selection! Especially the salad buffet is a joy! Only suggestion: the soups still need a little more 'whistle'. The new premises (viennese café, smokers lounge and 'living room') fit great in the framework. All together just great - we ... will be back! Thank you very much! read more

The food! 3 hoods is not worth it! Particularly the meat is transparent on the plate (entrecote medium or English ordered, pork). The taste is also little aromatic. Unfortunately we had a few complaints during the stay. The staff on site did not help you, what us for a hotel of the category 5 plus very disappointing. Some time after our stay contacted us the management ( Friday Riedl) and so we learned the highest competence whilst dealing with our legitimate complaint. Great and we were convinced again to Telfs to come. The previous review replace we therefore with this current, as we trust, that if a guest even cause for complaints has, this professional from the management treated. We spend annually in interalpen Hotel Tyrol and never disappointed. The pool- and spa area is inviting to enjoy and relax a. Also there are enough chairs available. The area is excellent suitable for short walks, as well as larger hikes. Also for small children are adequate employment possibilities offered (riding stable, child care). The food in the hotel is excellent leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is extremely accommodating and any requests and needs were immediately fulfilled. We booked on recommendation of friends this hotel and were when booking on a certain rudeness surprised. These continued on arrival unfortunately fort. At check in was no friendly welcome, no leadership by the building, no comments, nothing. The room we had to alone search, which in a maze of gloomy hallways very simple was. Also at breakfast and at dinner was the service unfortunately not competently, partly fake friendly or even rude. On the coffee for breakfast waited we felt eternity, this was then also still cold. The room was great, very big, almost too big, as it is just a window was available, the bathroom rather a bit narrow. It was clean, but not a 5 stars pulse house appropriately, since I expect more (hair in the bathtub, stains on the floor, neglectful made beds) they are although it is only details, if you however it advertises, the best hotels the world to include, just have to be perfect. Also the outside facilities were extremely neglected. The spa area was very nice, unfortunately had the indoor pool for me character a public indoor swimming pool. I would the hotel would recommend, however only with restrictions may apply. Perhaps, improvement. I personally was missing the character and the personal touch, especially as a guest welcome. read more

We were a family with 10 persons in the ages of 12 to 70 and I believe it was for all an unforgettable experience.
