It is a small hotel with 67 rooms. The hotel is already a bit shabby, the furniture old but ok. Cleanliness is ok given. Wifi free of charge available. We booked half board and were very satisfied.
The guest structure, mainly english, scandinavians, few germans and a few eastern europeans. read more

We were very happy about this hotel. For a 3 star hotel great! The Paradise Beach is already an older hotel, but very clean. Maybe the hotel's atmosphere somewhat more consistent are, however, there was nothing to complain about. A very peaceful hotel, for families with children however rather unsuitable (no animation). We met many dutch, british and a few other germans in this hotel. Everything nice quiet people.
We will book this hotel again! read more

My wife and I used to stay in another hotel in Negombo but the rooms were renovated and the prices doubled so we moved to the Paradise Beach Hotel and have been happy there ever since. The hotel is very well situated, the prices are reasonable and the food is good. We book the same room each year, we know many of the staff and we know the management, which helps a lot in staying in a hotel. Familiarity with the hotel and its staff would be, for us, one of the main reasons we like staying there. read more

The check in was good and friendly. The staff tried us each desire from the eyes. The food was good and varied. Every day there was live music and dancing. The rooms (with a balcony) were adequate and clean, if also not lithuanian modernly§1-but who wants to at brilliant sunshine in the hotel room.! The restaurant leader inquired every day, wether everything is okay.
Conclusion : the hotel we would definitely recommend. read more

The hotel makes a friendly impression.
On closer hinsehen one sees plentiful deficit especially the cleanliness.
The glastresen and the glass tables in of the lobby are filthy.
It is constantly someone cleaning but without any visible results.
From the glass elevator you could have a good view over negombo, unfortunately, the windows very dirty and were during the 2 weeks not once cleaned.

We arrived at 21-12-2012 until the 03-01-2013 to negombo, the first time the christmas and new year periods, we were politely after the long journey received and the room was to our satisfaction perfect. The view over the pool and the sea was just great. The holidays we spend in the most beautiful area and the presentation of the food and decorations were extremely solemn and grand presented. The people ourselves, as we in Europa even never heard of.

' gladly again anytime... ' we are here, now already for the third time. Are safe beaches and water in the South and East beautiful, but the hotel is simply good, as well as the rich Sideboards. Rooms are large, comfortable and very clean with a balcony, Fridge, tv, Fan and AC. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Price are risen as everywhere, this is due to the extortionate tax increases the government.
Nevertheless very good value for money to other in negombo. Clean well kept pool- and garden area with sun beds and beach towels. Beach is cleaned daily read more

After many negative reviews we were very skeptical, were however nicely surprised, with exception the front desk. The staff in the restaurant, by the pool, as well as room service was always make an effort our needs to fulfill, which also always worked. There is not a luxury room, but as already mentioned, the hotel is in Sri Lanka and three stars. For us it was to start at the beginning of our week 1 hotel tour adequate. read more

We didn't understood, why this hotel is the first hotel to the tour in Sri Lanka has been selected. When we after a long flight, finally the hotel had reached and then our room reference, and a totally snappy stench in the nose. In the bathroom we found hair from the previous guest and our bed sheet there were strange stains on it. The air conditioning was very noisy and you heard every entertainment in the hallway.
the lunch was OK, but the snack (a kind of chips), before heading to the food got very fat must have seen. The ... buffet at the evening was very arranged and we didn't a lot eat from. The pool looked good. If you went out of the hotel you were directly at the main street where some nice restaurants see, where the food could have been better. We were in any case glad, when we arrived on next Leave day again. The staff hard-working and was friendly, nevertheless we can recommend the hotel recommend. read more

At the end of one tour this hotel is situated close to the airport to be recommended. But never for a longer holiday. You felt like on a Dump. Left and right covered with waste Beaches and the whole day the gekrächtze of thousands of crow. nevertheless, you are also on foot on the various markets and if you just breakfast to be recommended () has a lot nice restaurants in walking distance vicinity. We were nevertheless glad we our stay on the Maldives had booked. Maybe it is still too soon after the end of the war. read more
