We have been spending many years in the Bellevue in Bad Gastein our vacation and felt there very well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. We appreciate the comfortable accommodations and the flair of the hotel and the town. Also our kids and grandchildren enjoyed the ambience and the many leisure facilities in the house and the surrounding area. The Bellevue is always worth a trip. read more

This time we were in january and february 2013 in the parkvilla with our dog Cindy and it was everything to complete satisfaction.
We were earlier often in may, but also september on the complex Bellevue and we liked it for any time of the year suits well. read more

Wonderful spacious rooms with good tasteful furnishings. Kitchen with appliances well equipped. Swimming pool and sauna area recommended. Massages in the house possible.

For some time we spend (a 10 you ski groups from Poland) a couple of weeks in the Bellevue. It is amazing how one despite the size of the hotel a steady, nice flair and service its guests can offer. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. Breakfast leaves nothing to the imagination, in addition the beautiful view of the valley and the mountains around bad gastein. The combination of suite with kitchenette is very good resolved and offers many possibilities. This year you finally internet (unfortunately for a fee) and wi-fi in the whole complex designed.

Very nice hotel with great apartment-rooms.
The hotel has everything which one in a pleasant holiday, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and sauna.
One can between self-catering, breakfast or half-board.
Guests are of all ages in the house.
At the time we were there were some renovations in the hotel, what was not that bad as it's not in the world, and it has to improve of the hotel serves.
Should only the staff at the hotel point 8. the the builders your things properly plate, you have everything crisscross left so that you are wise genuinly had to be careful ... not to above; and for children it is very dangerous if everywhere tool layed out. read more

When i this year on 8 december 2012 at noon in mondi Bellevue arrived, i noticed immediately upon entering of the hotel on, that it for december 2011 in the entrance area right behind the revolving door change. The walls are now aureus deleted or pasted, and a large photo is reminiscent of the time before the first world war, as at this point the 'old', the first Hotel Bellevue - a 'posh' of blood and geldadels stand. More ' souvenirs' of vorläuferhotels on walls in the entrance of the successor to the guests on the ' glorious past ' ... of the hotel point out. In the corridors and stairways, i came across plenty of copies plakativer paintings from the 'belle epoque' or ' golden twenties' of the last century. Me-as an old man-like these references to the great age of not more-existent hotels Bellevue. Whether this' nostalgic reminiscences' younger or even young guests generates enthusiasm, dare i nevertheless to doubt. The may probably with a ' modern jazz up ' of the hotel more start. But no matter: through this reworking of the hallways and walls, mondi Bellevue always won. The apartments are for 16 years steady annual return this year no changes noticed. Also not in the swimming, and the whirlpool. In respect of the latter, the rhythm of sprudelphasen. In the bar from the bistro restaurant, however, seems a beautiful new lampenkonstruktion installed to be, if i am not mistaken.
An unpleasant surprise i was on the other hand, to my return to my hometown. From a letter the mondi shows, that the current favorable annual allocation in 2013 significantly wear will be. The ' on ' of the hotel so at least for us' time-sharer 'a' juicy ' rise to the consequence! read more

Room:
We have a family room booked, we got a room over the müllraum with a wonderful view a schuttcontainer the right next to the main entrance stands. ( the place advertised itself with wonderful view). Also the name of the hotel is not what it is. In the room it stank on the air ventilation from müllraum high. Furthermore we could in the bedroom every time hear, when bottles or other trash was. There is a fridge in the room but is empty.
Food:
The food is a complete joke. Shift operation since the bistro too small is, the ... dinner is a mass processing, self-service, you believe you are in a cafeteria (with 4 stars nothing to do). The staff are totally overwhelmed, we even many a time the table even plowed. There are indeed many waiter ( if you could call) around, but nobody is responsible for anything.
For breakfast you were in a hall bundled as the bistro was lacking. The choco, tea or coffee you had to yourself there was no service. ( it has nothing with 4 stars to do). The quality of the food no matter wether dinner or breakfast has also with 4 stars nothing to do (horrible). There was a theme night where you are in a restaurant ( again buffet) food. According to front desk found this restaurant to the hotel, according to restaurant this is a stand-alone business, so cash not forget as this at the front desk not informed. Drinks are not included. In the hotel this can to the room write, in the restaurant not.
Staff:
The staff are a complete joke. The have no idea what you tell unfriendly etc.
Short example: at 14:25 I wanted to with my wife drink a coffee but in the hotel it is absolutely coffee to get. The woman at the front desk would have us in the hotel's own restaurant expert, (about 5 minutes walk) next to village bakery, but this supposedly hotel's own restaurant blocked at 14:30 o'clock to. Absolute joke! Then sent us the front desk in the town to a pub:-) because it in the hotel mondi Bellevue is not possible a coffee to drink. ( also has nothing with 4 stars to do).
In the evening the staff at the bar is totally overwhelmed, although not that much at all people were you had to wait forever to a drink.
Wellness area:
The pool is a joke as he way too cold is. Sauna and steam bath were okay.
Parking:
The parking space is also a joke, in the winter just dangerous.
Couldn't understand how such a hotel 4 star can get.
For us was this hotel definitely a letdown. I can absolutely not be recommended.
Naturally also a complaint to the tour operator in our opinion submitted. read more

For the price with three children ok. With a four star hotel expected but definitely more. Dining room was like a cafeteria, as well as the diversity and quality of the food. Room service is apparently unknown, then at the 3. day after our complaint at the front desk. The next days he was not seen again. Room and swimming pool clean and beautiful. Big shortcoming with the beds the mattresses. To a few hours sleep you feel like whacked, since the mattresses rock-hard are. For walks with children the hotel is well suited, the Gastein valley can one with ... the local bus lines great explore. We will definitely come back, however into another hotel. read more

We felt very good. Very friendly staff from the manager of the hotel, front desk employees, caretaker to serving staff!
Wonderful large, comfortable room. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and the dinner is very delicious and very varied.
Unfortunately was our vacation way too short - there is still so much 'to do'. Thermal bath, archery, hiking,...
Very recommendable the motorail after carinthia-a great, eventful daytrip!
We are already looking forward to it today for our next holiday in mondi Bellevue!

Cleaning of the rooms is only time per week and apparently no Mülleerung in 14 days? Is not good at traveling companions infants with Windelentsorgung, you had to know that! The food variety in the 2. Week neglected and the weekly schedule was repeated already after a week. Our summary ' not worth 4 stars'. Children's playground should also for small children more. read more

Everything is available, you for a nice holiday need. Big room, very good food, pool, sauna. Unfortunately has the atmosphere us for the food very disturbed ( too loud in the hall, small children are distracted). Hotel was probably busy. Unfortunately. This is the only reason, currently not go back. We wish Bad Gastein also, that the town center again makes sense with beautiful shops rallies. read more

Are on this hotel on a Groupon Deal has become attentive. Welcoming at the reception was cold. The food-and wellness coupons were passed, the standard ' Hotelerklärungssprücherl ' chanted. The rooms are although very big ( with kitchen), but everything unfortunately only so half-heartedly. Food is served in a dining room instead. There you feel like earlier schullandwoche. Service especially in the 'restaurant' really bad. Stay away from this hotel! Bad value for money. From 4 stars in Austria you can in any case expect more! Also for families there are for the money clearly better hotels! read more
