We visit many a time the egerner höfe and travel every time with a crying eye again from. The breakfast buffet offer one beautiful choice the staff are very friendly and the rooms/ hotel are wonderful furnished. One recognizes here simply the attention to detail. The new year's eve was singular and indescribable. Both the menu, as well as the fireworks one must once in his life experienced. The egerner höfe, it you feel always probably and arrived. We have a weekend in a comfort double room in the main building the egerner höfe spent. The furnishing ( shabby furniture, broken tiles in the bathroom ) and the cleanliness especially in the bathroom (hair in the bathtub) but no five star superior arise flair! Wide food variety near breakfast ( homemade buttermilk, smoothie, weisswurst, shrimp cocktail, etc.). Unpleasant against the presentation of some food: sausage is for example not disk way starting from 'draped', but only 'mountain' on the plate put. Positive praiseworthy is the friendly staff, no matter for breakfast, at the front desk or with ... the housekeeping. read more

Very nice and tidy hotel, staff are very attentive and has very good training. Area Tegernsee a dream to relax. Food in the hotel very good, however reservation at some times a must, as much hotel guests and 'obviouslythey'. Bar and barkeeper like one it wishes itself, piano entertainment very pleasant. The egerner höfe are a bit apart from the Tegernsee, footpath about 10 minutes. Our deluxe room with a balcony ( number 112) was right over the breakfast terrace and nearby of the parking. Of peace could in the morning from about 6:30 A. M. therefore no longer. The room itself was clean but with high-summer daytime temperatures very hot. An airco does not exist. Archaic the shower in the bathtub. Check in time is 3:00 P. M. We were an hour early and sat then with a wheat beer at the expense of the hotel on the ... terrace. Friendliness of the staff was absolutely okay. Also the breakfast is extra great. Nevertheless is the value for money not okay. We paid 285.- Euro a night. A Jet-Setter -price. And something: the price from 9.00 Euro for a large bottle mineral water in the hotel restaurant Hubertusstübl is ridiculously! The food there, however highly recommendable. read more

One of the most beautiful hotels in Germany with a service, the friendliness is hard to beat.
