In the room itself it looked very after country hotel from, if you have a closer look however and more and more shortcomings eye (in the bathroom the heater rusted so that if you turned on the rusty place directly water spills, the large lamp in the bedroom -/living area was broken) general everything was very run-down and urgently in need of renovation.

The food wasn't so bad however i have already eaten better.

From the serving staff there was not lots to see, in the evening and morning was always a 'service' to see. There was a really very hard but that was all \u263a The room was not really cleaned, bed very carelessly freshly made.

Unfortunately was the pool broken and the sauna only on request and it would be best if we not only to 2. would be, said at the front desk. However we had to find the pool broken and it is not a solarium are at your disposal.

The complex from the outside has actually a good impression made. When we at the front desk arrived, it was like very often written, we felt more like if you bother me. The entrance area was clean and tidy. On the way to the rooms were we immediately agreed that it smelled and were curious how it in the room will be. The floor in the hallway was very expired and there was an extra walks in the middle designed around tracks. We have also Groupon and 99 €paid, in the room i then a list on the door noticed on the beach that for this period the price for a double room a night for 44 €is :/ we had 2 nights power for me 88 Euro. This raises the question why i for a bargain with wellness and everything (as it also on the list) 11 €more pay should... A great shame! Furthermore i can in the best not understand as a wellness offer and the whole area of what to do with a spa has concluded is.

The general location was actually very nice for us city kids \u263a Shops there were my opinion enough.

After the key from the room received, we made ourselves on multitask, orphaned and musty smelling course, on the way to the top floor. Thereby we made acquaintance with countless Staumäusen on the carpets, dirty stairs and plastikeimern, the water penetration, settlement auffingen. it expected us to a room with a made beds (apparently used), overflowing trash cans, and used towels in the bathroom. the furniture was shabby, but would in a clean state acceptable. the front desk was after the key from the room received, not occupied anymore. A cleaning lady was also not detectable.

After the first impressions we thankfully on the food declined.

You get the feeling, that one as of guest the staff at reception in his' chat ' bother us. Taciturn us the key from the room and a sign was passed. No word about meal times, directions room/restaurant etc.. after our Check in( at 13 o'clock) was suddenly the front desk (for today) closed, which in view of a hotel in this size rather surprising.

in the basement is the sauna and the indoor pool. To our surprise could neither sauna still indoor pool be used. at the doors there were clues, which because of from risk of injury these areas' temporarily ' not usable are. as is evident from the previous reviews infer can, are these areas probably already longer as' temporarily ' except business. all the brazen it seems, that neither reservation with arrival informed and nevertheless this, of course, the full price for the journey will be charged.

The relatively large hotel is the charm a senior residence. From the parking to the entrance to get, had one still at lunchtime on snow and ice rise, an Dachlawine run down. On the beautiful Municipality Wegscheid, raises this hotel a good light.

the rooms were shabby, the kitchenette unusable (no dishes, water turned off) and the lighting a joke., (a gloom in the middle on the bed. Was of course the heater also turned off, freezing. The TV, not plugged in, so tiny, that you from the bed from( only possibility) nothing could see. A filthy couch, poor sitting area and dirty carpet completed the picture. You had the impression, Sechsziger and never renovated. the bathroom eB and furnishings in Sechsziger, the flushing insufficient, since latch broken.

We booked half-board and bitterly regret it. The dinner came fully from a deep fryer( anytime again a portion from the kitchen), unappetizing, tasteless and greasy. There was no vegetables, but freezing salad from the bucket, poor soup from Brühwürfeln and Kochpudding in salad Bowls. The beer was voreingeschenkt and lukewarm Broth. the breakfast was the offer acceptable, but no saucers and everything chaotic on the counter were slammed. In the pass we saw the rolls on the floor in the kitchen. In the morning still the fries from the dinner on the floor. the guests were international and all age groups. It was not exactly cheerful mood. we felt to hostels from vor30 years ago, they are nowadays however surely very much better. in any case, we have the hotel kitchen with strong stomach and intestineproblems paid-this as a warning.

The service was not available, complete understaffing, obviously no specialized staff. Locals we learned, that the hotel Bankruptcy is gone and apparently poorly of help staff is maintained. the room was not cleaned during our stay.

The so-called wellness area, the indoor pool unusable, the tiles in the pool broken, mold and the half-finished school in the corridor at tastelessness hard to beat. It would be better, you could have everything completed instead of signs to write ' because risk of injury not usable'.. It was particularly annoying, because we this hotel because of the swimming pool with sauna etc. gebuc HT had, what about Groupon still especially angepriesen became.

the hotel makes a heruntergekoimmenen impression. the front desk adopted without greeting and listless the registration contrary to, we have left before anyone on the phone to get. from the polluted, filthy, tasteless and worn. we booked through Groupon booked, very cheap, therefore no expectations, but what we found, was unacceptable. Since hanging the Weihnachtangebote ( end of February), an Internet corner with dirty dishes, lacerated stools, a massive coffee Machines. Everything incredibly knocked up and repulsive.

the area is very scenic wonderful, it is beautiful hiking trails and cross-country ski runs, you need but a car. The Nordic center with the Blutwurzhüttn is very recommendable. the place Wegscheid is dreary, in the evening nothing was more open, so the hotel food not escape could. Typical Randlagensituation. possibilities for excursions very good, but in the winter certainly not so attractive.

Simply but sufficient. Small Kitchenette available.

Little, although sure enough, the choice of food. We do not have very little paid for the booked 5 days, because I could then have a pleasant buffet expected. the dining room seemed more like a Bahnhofswartesaal, and invites you to a comfortable dinner or breakfast a. Also it was very restless. All tables are in long queues beaded, drinks in bottles to yourself, no cutlery or the like on the tables set. Atmosphere like in a cafeteria! on breakfast buffet was almost cleared everything, so empty eaten, when we arrived. (Finally, I vacation and don't already at 7 o'clock for breakfast go, so we arrived just 2 hours later) Supplies there was as good as not at all. Kaffebohnen were out, the espresso machine for selbstdrücken was therefore only short turned on, because only little Espressobohnen were there. Since I had to be very fast, at least a double espresso deadline.

Except the friendly, Young lady at the front desk not really a highlight. On the first (and last) evening we were there so the 10 minutes in the dining room and hoped fervently, that someone from the staff our table shows.

Pool area under all p... Of the 2-year-old now has a trachoma, I think from the unclean water in the pool. The soil in and outside the pools were broken, unclean. the water smelled and not after chlorine, but unclean, long not more cleaned or changed. So what we have never experienced something like that.

I can here negative reviews only endorse. We had 5 days booked, are however after one night left. The reasons this is amongst others still not fixed tiled floor in the pool area and the uncleanliness of the soil. The water in the pool stank, as already long not more cleaned. Also the water was very cold., so absolutely nothing for our 2-year-old.

the area loved the children had a Schlittenberg behind the house.

rooms are from the size completely reasonable. we had a double room with couch, small kitchen, seating possibility and in the bathroom bath tub and shower in one. the cleanliness in the room was OK. In the bathroom in some places a little 'old'.

there's a restaurant and apparently a bar, which we however always only closed met. in the restaurant we have breakfast buffet and buffet in the evening receive. Both were really very delicious with a massive selection, and left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately evenings the buffet ever faster empty, as the kitchen refill could, so you partly very long in the Büfettschlange and the food maintained has. the atmosphere was already a little bit like in a cafeteria, as well as the drinks be gotten had, there is no real service. For us was the however perfectly OK, since we were not wellness vacation or similar booked, but just after the snowboarding in the stomach get wanted. the value for money is really great. It is not the most modern hotel with super for great service, however therefor you pay as much. They are all very warm and you felt comfortable.

The front desk only 8 until 17 o'clock manned, although on the information package in the room is, that they until 21 o'clock occupied. Since we usually after 17 hours to the hotel returned, we could not more as planned to Wi-Fi access etc. issues. At vacation days it is as it was probably also times, the front desk completely closed,... when we on the first evening arrived, were the key from the room the missing guests forward at the front desk to go. We could thus various rooms take ☺ the staff, if it was there, was very friendly and helpful, but also very scatterbrained. on the day of departure we were greeted by the man behind the front desk asked, wielang we were there, which we had booked and, if we have everything delivered and paid. I myself work in the hotel, and know it rather so, that the staff the should know ☺ our room were the first two days well cleaned, the next 3 days unfortunately forgotten ☹ on demand we then towels get. (Fortunately, we had the at 2 days before 17 hours notice and could anyone find ☺ W-LAN gives it only in the reception area.

The wellness area was unfortunately ' because risk of injury' closed.

We have 2 nights on a tour operators inclusive breakfast, and 3 nights with half board booked. we were Monday before Shrove Tuesday, Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday since, so some young people locally were, very many families and also many older people.

Wegscheid is a small place without great options for shopping or restaurants. In the town there is a small ski slope, the used have. We are every day in the circa 20 kilometer away of Hochficht dangers, where several great ski slopes are. on the first evening we have search after a restaurant where typical dishes as leberkas, spaetzle or similar. we were after the place rumgefragt in a 'guest house' skilled, where it 4 different Schnitzelarten and the waitress in clothes and slippers bbqs. This was probably already the best restaurant in Wegscheid. On the next day we are then after Austria purely, there it gave the desired restaurants ☺ we asked ourselves, what the guests after Wegscheid floats, not for skiing / Snowboarding go there, because to see it actually nothing.

the size was adequate. With a small Kitchenette, by us because of all inclusive light however not used was. The bathroom was already getting a bit old. The cleaning the bath was also nothing special great.

Food was tasty and plentiful. Also the selection of the all inclusive-drinks was good. A bit hard to get used to-you had to the food in the built-on 'guest house' to take. Made some the impression a primary school with cafeteria.

the staff are mostly overburdened. Actually worked nothing. the front desk was often not occupied. The cleaning of the rooms something sporadic( change of towels had to at the front desk be announced). Tennis court could not used will, as the Castle not unlock left bowling was only after overcoming some obstacles possible. Oh, and in the staircase there were very many ' Fußelmäuse ' -a cleaning times would not hurt.

The indoor pool could not used will. Tiles had from the floor and it was risk of injury. The sauna and the Turkish by us was only once usedIt was unfortunately a bit filthy impression.

The country hotel Rosenberger is a hotel middle size. We had all inclusive light booked. In the hotel were during our stay mostly families with small children.

the hotel lies quite in the middle from Wegscheid. Small options for shopping are available. Also a hospital and a supermarket. Right next to the hotel is a small lift and the entrance to the cross-country ski run. Also there is Wegscheid a toboggan run and removed winter hiking paths.
