Great. With extra bedroom and in the upper floor was also great view. The lower rooms are not so great, there you through lack of blinds through the spazierenden guests always observed and therefore the curtains must be privacy to have.

The choice and versatility. Everything was very good quality. Much grätenfreier and delicious fish, frikadellen and meat after homemade art had I especially pleased

We had nothing to complain about, the staff in all level is friendly and accommodating. Liked a lot the treatment and the tips in a large container for the whole team has been gained.

3 entertainers are for the complex too few. During the day a rather scant program, if at all. The evening entertainment repeated already after a week! We have nowhere experienced. Furthermore were the girls tried, but Abba and Michael Jackson to present was like a tinnitus in your ears and then in each case 2 mal... At least were the children with the club alltourini a additional alternative the completely reasonable was. 2 suns were given for the great pool and the more than enough loungers with umbrellas, the sole review I have the full marks have received.

Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Preparatory emails for the vacation were within a hour answered. Also locally was promptly helped on German, English and spanish. About the cleaning we had nothing to complain about. We had booked all inclusive, it were too many German guests in the hotel, mixed with a few scandinavians and English.

There the complex at adjacent nature reserve, were mosquitos easy access to the theme. With adequate resources, however, it is, nevertheless a significant point departure because of the plagenden mosquitoes. 600 meters to the beach are ok. The beach super flat and without seaweeds, the sea too many quiet. Excursions abundant. Formentor and the historic part from Alcudia should definitely visited

Rooms were small, rustic but clean and tidy. In the bathroom fit even an adult and two children at the same time, purely ;-) The balcony was furnished and big enough. The tv had major program, the channels were also schaubar! Mini bar was not available, however as mentioned there are also only stars. Safe was in the closets against payment could be rented. The small kitchen had everything we needed and didn't in all-inclusive take...

The gastronomy was ok, it is a three-star hotel and thus nanach rating. There was a main restaurant and one at the pool bar, but only with good weather was open. It was clean and tidy, for my taste the waiters but a little too quickly cleared. The met for the tables to, but also unfortunately for the counters, 10 minutes before the end has already been cleared. What I suspect found is the fact that in the evening the plates for breakfast placed, since we late risers were we had to then not food... The kpchenstil was English and English with spanish touch...

The service was really good. Many thanks to this point to jasper which really from beginning to end all details cared has. The hotel room which I pre-reserved have, I got. Deficiencies before place suffer were during the night eliminated. Thank you very much and keep it up! Thanks also at Sara our maid, everything was at any time clean and tidy. The staff at the bar area was not always that nice as you could wish for, to note it was passable.

Entertainment was available, but unfortunately I must say, it was the worst thing I have seen and participate, sorry but this is honestly! Mini disco boring, no pepigen songs, the evening entertainment general was mediocre... Really bad... Internet per wi-fi worked only in the lobby, a nogo... The pool was clean but unfortunately way too cold for children over longer to swim. The pirates slide of course was a hit, so we had booked. To three days was this bounus however used. The really beautiful clean beach it is only a few minutes walk, beach mats for 2.50 and umbrella for 10 Euro to buy.

At first I have to say, the hotel is by far not as bad as some have in the past months evaluated. The hotel is small kept the rooms thus also, but who is the whole time in the room. To the night more than adequate. The beds were also completely fine. The maid, our was called Sara did her job really well done! We had during our vacation booked all inclusive and guests were mostly German and norwegians on site.

The hotel is 6 kilometer from Alcudia in alcudi de muro beach. You have to know the muro, bog means and that the whole mosquitoes said. From the airport it is only 40 minutes to the hotel. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are enough on-site available, is anyway always the same, wohnach the prices direction beach cheaper. You should during the stay definitely a rental car take, the island offers many more beautiful corners the Alcudia itself.

We had an apartment with separate bedroom. The size was ok. The mattresses are a pain. The furniture is partly. Damaged or dirty. The lighting could be twice as bright be, if the lamps also be cleaned would. There is a good equipped kitchenette, consisting of fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, filterkaffemaschine and toaster, as well as two stove burners and a sink. The catalog publicized satellite -tv-does not exist. There are twelve program including ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1, KIKA and Eurosport the rest are spanish. The air conditioning worked very good. With a simple plastic card, you can even make sure, that you also in not presence further.

I am not a gourmet, gourmet or anything else, but the food was little varied. In principle there was except for the theme night always the same only amongst others name and with other spices or sauces, to so auzudrücken. A certain kitchen style I could not recognize. Fish I from fourth day not more eaten, because I in a filet so many and above all large bones was, I almost be suffocated would be. Thereby I am actually gladly fish. The so-called rolls for breakfast are almost not enjoyable, because rock-hard and the taste was worse as a ausgelatschte hockey puck. Edible are against only the stangenbaguettes, at least the more grain. Because these seemingly every morning freshly baked or at least fresh aufgebacken. The drinks are partly below ground. The so-called fruit juices are so sweet, the tongue at the palate glue remains, as it in the winter on a cold metal tube. Who has it not also try ;-)? Otherwise they taste completely unnatural. Cola, Fanta, Sprite are simple concentrates with carbonic acid. The only coffee the was really great, is the espresso from the bar!

The cleanliness the apartments and studios is very different, which also of the cleaning depends. Some ' holidayers' have equally negative experiences as we. A few other again were rather to very satisfied. Our apartment was in the two weeks not even damp mopped. Not the strong rain, which we 2 days had. We booked this then with a towel done, as after the cleaning lady through was, still, the now dried footprints to see. Bed sheets were changed once, in two weeks! The staff( waiter, front desk) was very very friendly and always helpful. One could very well on English, against rather bad in German with the staff communicate. There is merely at the front desk two people who speak German very well. There are two washing machines and A tumble dryer, what we however after in apparently didn't use it.

The entertainment altogether was perfect and the entertainers all very friendly and nice. Since it was a' Viva' hotel is, there was next to the two' Alltours'-entertainers also five' Viva'-entertainers. Because of this there are two ' mini club', the' Alltours' mini club for German and the' Viva' mini club for all other children is active. But since the evening shows of the' Viva' entertainers durgeführt and this no respectively hardly speak German, there is problem when communicating with German children. Our daughter (4 years) and know the mini disco from Alltours. But never had it so often no fun, as this year. She wanted after five days even home. Internet there are merely in the immediate area the front desk. The only crowd puller this' family hotel ' is the experience -pool with the pirate ship. Loungers with sun screens there are altogether more than enough. Since the experience -pool somewhat remote the other two is located, there is this also own loungers, which again not sufficiently available are, which some families this pool couldn't use without the children unattended. In addition there are the usual' people who reserve loungers' and the, the dearest in the shade beach chairs, even though they have no to supervising children. There's about 20 loungers, what all day in the shade are. The beach is very clean. You can own documents and sun screens bring your own, or two loungers and sun screen for 15 Euro on the day.

Very big complex in the style of a village. Pools, restaurant, front desk even from the broad away room/ apartment quite quickly reachable ( minutes). The outdoor areas are every day and almost around the clock. From o'clock are the pools additionally treated with chemicals. The hotel is mostly by scandinavian and German vacations booked, whereby the scandinavians rather are in the majority.

To the beach it are good 5 to 7 minutes on foot. The airport is with a rental car about minutes away. It is rather useful to rent a car, if you are sometimes want to see. There is towards the Alcudia a Lidl and in Alcudia itself a' Müller'-drugstore. Everything not to reach on foot. Bars and restaurants there were many in the immediate environment.

The rooms are small, the balcony also. We had, as with reservation requested, a room in the top floor with a balcony and with a fantastic view in the nature reserve. The furnishing of the rooms is a three-star hotel accordingly.

We had all-inclusive and were disappointed, the food we had definitely expected more, especially the selection.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating. At the front desk spoke German, in the restaurant English. Our bed sheets in the 10 days only 1 time changed, we found that somewhat disappointing. Washer dryer and washing machines free of charge which we found great service.

The pools are excellent. The large and the small. The entertainment was great, no matter wether Alltours or Viva our kids liked both and the entertainers were always nice, but never obtrusive. There was always vacant chairs by the pool and everything was clean. The beach is really great. Unfortunately, that showers on the beach missing.

After the first discontent with the three star hotel we had a nice and relaxing vacation. The complex is clean, nice is the villas style. Disappointed we were restaurant. The international audience we found great.

To beach there were a few minutes walk, shops were available and we are even a day to Alcudia run, this is doable.

The apartment type B was for us 4 barely enough. The kitchenette was unnecessary, the living room (= bedroom for the kids) was ok, the bathroom very small, on the balcony have barely 4 chairs fit and the bedroom was also ok. The condition altogether was getting quite old. The bad review we give but mainly because of the cleanliness, the actually hardly ever there was. As already mentioned the ants only times with swept away, clearly, that you 5 minutes later were there. In the corridor that was not so bad, but when you in bed and above all in the bathroom crawling around are, was the already disgusting. There the room nevertheless very quiet in every direction were convenient and we are not a only mosquito saw, we also did not want to change. We have the ants with autan fight, something else we had not, and ready! :-)

We had all-inclusive and were after the lots of negative reviews here very positively surprised from the delicious and versatile food! In the morning were except for scrambled eggs, fried eggs and omelets and pancakes freshly prepared, which our kids 10 days long freak! =) the bread we found delicious. Muesli and cereal there was also enough, as well as fruits and yoghurt. The lunch we tried, also here gives it at all nothing to moan about! There is not only pizza and pasta, as in many other hotels, but also meat dishes, calamari, and so on The dinner we found it good, even our kids had always found something, although rather difficult ;-) All dishes were freshly prepared and whoever complained, the must also deeper into their own pockets and a hotel with five star. The juice machine for breakfast we thought ok and that one the whole day at the drinks machine ( Fanta, Cola, Sprite, water) itself could use we found top! We hate the, if you in the restaurant have to wait forever, until you a drink found... Therefore for us it was perfect. To mention are still the ice cream and the slush -machine, the at the pool bar is possible, where one also can serve yourself.

The whole staff was very friendly, no matter wether front desk, waiter or animators. With English one can itself everywhere communicate, sometimes also German. The waiter in the hotel were always in a good mood, even though you really the whole day schufteten. The cleaning of the rooms was bad, we had right from the first day ants, against the but unfortunately nothing has been done. Mopped as well as not at all. The balcony was always dirty. As we had evenings left and unfortunately already 12 from our room had, we used the luggage storage at the front desk, as well as the shower room. Was great and worked well!

The Alltours-, as well as the Viva- entertainment was good, especially for the kids. The mini disco took place each evening, buffo was the hit! =) The entertainers were always friendly and never pushy. The pool wasn't very big and unfortunately very cold. We were thus almost only at the sea, the wonderfully warm was. The slides pool with pirate ship was great for us and the reason, this hotel area. Loungers there was both pools plentiful, there were always very many free, however we had also not the best weather.

Nice club complex for a family vacation with children. Clean well-kept complex ( except the fountain), directly adjacent to a nature reserve. The complex is well arranged and not too large, one could reach everything within a very short time. The audience are mostly scandinavians and German. Wireless internet works at the front desk really good and is free of charge.

Only few minutes on foot to the beach, also with children very well manageable. The beach section is super nice, the water very clean and one could go for eternally far walk in. Ideal for kids. Enough shopping opportunities in the area. Directly in front of the beach is evenings a small market.

Size of the room of the apartments (253) is for two people enough. Balcony is large enough. Kitchenette is for self provider well equipped. Safe was not used, since too expensive. The small klotze could already receiving a pension, but the news enough. The air conditioning worked well. The condition the room is because of the cleanliness mediocre (see service) to evaluate.

Food was balanced and varied. Drinks were it was delicious, especially the longdrinks and the coffees (espresso, Capu). Beer was very delicious, only the sangria was not to our taste.

The staff were always friendly, especially at the front desk ( jasper) and restaurant ( felipe, Teresa). The cleaning of the rooms (253) is extremely to be desired ( dust bunnies, hair, sand in the corners). Despite regular tip the cleaning the room doesn't get any better than this.

Entertainment was all right. Unfortunately the one regularly with the Viva-songs was bombed. Pool area is properly designed. Enough chairs are available, whereas some very fubar are (dirty, broken). The pool was because of the beach we didn't use it. You can simply say, that the pool should be better maintained ( rock by the pool reason, tile grouting dirty). The sports program can be no assessment delivered.

Hotel is already a bit outdated. The cleanliness the outdoor area ( except the fountain) is good. The all inclusive benefits are varied (free towels for beach and pool ( against deposit), sports program, tennis racquets, Midget golf).

The clean beach is depending on lauftempo in about 7 to 9 minutes reachable. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are in the immediate vicinity. The tour operator( Alltours) offers some excursions at.

We had the apartment type B with a separate bedroom. For two people very pleasant and quite sufficient. The furnishing is getting quite old, but it was nothing damaged. The kitchenette is fully equipped (wasn't used by us). Safe costs per week 15 Euro. Towels 5 times the week changed. Tumble dryer for clothes was on the balcony available.

We had all-inclusive and there was no reason at the quality of the food and drinks herumzunörgeln. All dishes were freshly prepared and whoever complained, the must also deeper into their own pockets and a hotel with five star. The staff paid attention for cleanliness both on the tables ( in spite of the many toddlers).

All hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. Also with only little English one can inform oneself. They speak German fluently at the reception.

As already mentioned, for families really recommendable, but unfortunately only for this. There was always vacant chairs, but could you at the back rest not adjustable ( unfortunately). The pools were always cleaned. The tennis courts were surface tennis courts and therefore not recommendable.

The complex is well arranged and is not the big hotel complex. As family hotel with small children very recommendable, but unfortunately were we not to this category. Therefore, there was no possibility both at mealtimes, as well as by the pool awesome. 95% of all tourist had at least one small child. We have nothing against children (even grandparents) but this should be done in the offers of Alltours also bear. The hotel is a three star hotel ( it is from the Viva-chain run) but Alltours describes it as four star hotel. The rooms were clean and were as described five times the week cleaned.

The distance from the beach is ok. One goes the way in about 5 to 7 minutes. There are shops in Alcudia more than enough and an evening stroll is in any case a alternative. The hire car are not too high and it is also no problem on own fist things to do to start.

The rooms for 3a 4 persons too small. Such furniture I stayed in the last 15 years I vacation not seen. Bathroom are already long not more good. ( mold, lime and rust ) air conditioning is also getting quite old and cools only very moderate. To tv I can only say scrap. Balcony was all right. The cleanliness in our rooms also left to be desired. Dust and amphibian under the beds and thousands of ants. ( needed 2 cans insect repellant). Is not pleasant straight if the ants also in the beds party partying.

Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant lunch at the pool bar. After 2 weeks lunch at the pool bar we could no fries, pizza, noodles and salads see more. Was always repeated itself. Variety there was at least on the grill. Breakfast and dinner were reasonable. For cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and pool bar put much importance. Kitchen style unfortunately to German. Atmosphere was fine for us.

To the serving staff I can only say great. If you are on the hour is the they work. In the evening still very polite, nice, and patient especially to the small guests. In the communication we never had problem English and a little German. Cleaning of the rooms ok. Had but only 2 times bed sheets fresh and not 4 times in 2 weeks as described in the catalog. Complaints are polite but I do not think very gladly heard. After our complaint was me at the front desk polite said I should the next time when booking no extras more if I didn't use.

For families with small children I would not consider the animations really good. Evening animations and communications I have stayed very much better seen. Internet and wi-fi only at the front desk. Beach very nice but the chairs and screens I think too expensive. With the pool we were overall content however not very big. The only positive by the pool always enough sunbeds and you had to not always in the morning a marathon place around which to get.

Hotel itself was nice, manageable and well-kept. Room a catastrophe. Had the first room 127 already problem, because we refused. Has very stinky and strong urine smell. ( mattresses-control would be appropriate ) in short 3 days in 127 and then another or room 282 we then 2 weeks had to take. This was exactly waiter the front desk. Day and night arriving and departing guests. ( sleep ade) no other possibilities exchange available. Cleanliness on the complex ok in the rooms went sunday With the guests true we mixed. Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and a few austrians.

The distance to beach was ok. However with small children but a bit far away. Shops directly opposite but not cheap. ( drinks from the refrigerator about 10 cents more expensive than from the shelf). Possibility the entertainment we have 14 days enjoyed, since exactly opposite a restaurant with live music was and the music extremely loud true. ( room 282 is located on the streets-side). Excursions we have even designed as you cheaper real.

The amenities in the room well... Run-down, rickety, completely scratched, spakige mountings, yellow/brown edges on washbasin ( what you need eighth had if one on the toilet sat). Who the toilet door from the inside close to massive be careful that he only on the handle the door pulls, not on the door itself, since one pushed otherwise between washbasin- umbauung (or we get the call,) and door frames very sound the finger wedged. That is in my eyes no case for the cleaning lady, but for bulky waste, as well as the rest of the rather needy of renovation amenities in the room. The tv had the extent a tupperware tin for traveling. Very small, very old, it was very hot and the only program which we on German could see was sat. 1 with tons of pixels, no color, just in between. We see always gladly after a day of vacation the German messages. Here it was only hearing with the see was there such a thing.
