The hotel is to 90% in russian or, eastern european hand! The rest were german and austrians.
We had all-inclusive, like all other guests also.
The area is wonderful and very neat. Many hands made the whole day for this. read more

The hotel complex is noisy indication of the tour guide since 5 months a construction site and this is the tour operator also known. Therefore it was especially the food so loud (in the main restaurant), that one with the people with whom you sat at a table could hardly understand. Additionaly where part only of the restaurant used, in the other half we lautstarkt built, so you in spite of the low utilization had to wait to get a table.
About 80% russians, the from the staff preferential treatment. The staff understand hardly let alone could speak english, with ... russian one gets ahead here! read more

Was definitely a great stay. Value for money is okay and there were also not to many russian citizens. ☺ lediglichen once we were at night briefly with their folk songs vollgesungen but it was not further tragic. The friendliness the staff is the hotel and the atmosphere just from. Everyone strives around the hour the guests make the vacation as pleasant as possible. What impressed, was the performance of the all-inclusive part in this hotel. For sol parque san ... antonio is the option the late dinner until 1:00 a. m. morning to play. The order a drink free of charge until 1:00 a. m. in the night. Thus ends the all-inclusive and the bars closed. It was missing a really for nothing at all. For athletes offers the hotel a tennis court, a variety of activities, which the entertainment team the day offers, and a gym with new equipment, the in top condition are. We are already the 2. time in this hotel, to Nile-trip, we can't understand, why it so bad reviews. If you don't other nationalities in his vacation in the hotel like, you have to stay at home. We had german, the goods annoying. (all inclusive in terms of alcohol),there are not always only the russians. read more

We visited the hotel at the end of a wonderful 1-week Nile-cruise.
The hotel itself is in our opinion the substance really good. Rooms okay, facilities okay, for 4 stars actually adequate. A great shame is, that because of the abnormal behavior the lots of russian guests the level on a lowest level is. Unfortunately is from the hotel here not at all ' action ', on the contrary, the russian guests will be treated preferentially. In one of the restaurants have during dinner even the waiters with you alcohol drunk. You had to seriously be concerned, that no drunk ... 'into the food falls '. This experiences we were very shocked. We are loyal and for a lot open. But it was too much. Furthermore very negative was the offered food. Very monotonous, very russian and which the worst is. Constantly way too cold. It's not nice to look at, as the most russian guests the plate full shop, briefly costs and the rest leave. The tables see afterwards from, as if a herd of pigs there one. As does our money very sorry, because this is also the food for this people without any behavior and culture funding. We are so disappointed, that we Egypt (in any case specially this hotel) will not any longer visit.
To very positively evaluate is the dealing with our complaint in the tour operator, this immediately cared about it, that we on the 2. day a different room (bungalow) got. The check-in at the beginning of our vacation was very problematic, since we are not the booked room type got. After the 3 move we decided the room until to Nile-cruise to keep. The staff at reception was not helpful and not very friendly.
The hotel is located far about 7 kilometers away from Hurghada and the 3-6 shops nearby are not recommendable.
There are nearly only new build/ruins in the immediate area.
By replacement was the restaurant half closed and the food mostly lukewarm.
The rooms over the front desk are not recommendable, unless you like with the russians ... until far after mittenacht partying - too loud music (bass) so that sleeping was impossible. Complaints at the front desk last! read more

At check in we were from the staff at reception very unfriendly welcome.
By replacement was a restaurant closed and the other on half deziemiert. This meant there was no capacity for the guests and the waiters completely overburdened were. This was then the guest to feel. The food was very monotonous, these are we not used because we fly already for 15 years to Egypt and so bad is you rather rare.
The entertainment to 90% in russian style. This was no wonder because the hotel management on russian guests specialized. German you hardly saw any there. It was ... nothing special nice to watch drunk guests with whole bottles of vodka in hand the complex ran.
The rooms are have already gotten very old if you however only for sleeping into the room then it is okay. The room was always well cleaned however the patio door never closed, so we were forced our computer constantly to lead because this not in the safe fit.
All together i would this hotel not recommend to anybody. read more

Smaller hotel plant; saisonalbedingt not full which very pleasant was!
We wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation! And experienced exactly that.
Spacious rooms, with a view of the sea:we lived exactly at the beach.
Very clean and well-kept complex/daily change of bed sheets.
Friendly staff/staff at the reception are equipped with german.
Average age: from 40/a few young people or families with small children.
60% russians, the rest german and Switzerland-there were no problems.
All-inclusive performance:
Absolutely great: german breakfast with omelet/cereal/different rolls/teas
In the evening: typical of the country and something for everyone.
At the pool bar: various mixed ... drinks/alcoholic free delicious
Different animations are performed
Especially:diving school aquarius at the beach with great offers at reasonable prices-really use it!
Small shops in resort expensive-better outside buy.
In Hurghada:buy nothing without taking action.
Private taxi-service in the hotel:good punctual service -facilitities are about 20 minutes. From Hurghada away
Definitely recommendable:Luxor anschsauen.
Highlight: in hotel's bay is regularly a dolphin /really close by to the beach i could several meetings with him swim- wahsinnserlebnis!

We were last week to the beach vacation in the Palm Beach guests. Our stay in the Palm Beach Resort, was not the yellow of the egg. After we before from the Nile-cruise very satisfied were, we had to in this hotel bad experiences make, which i briefly list would like.
Begun with the dinner, with the lots of russian guests fall drunk next to us at the table sat. The drank whiskey relaxation from the bottle and made the dining room to the boxing ring. This was a guest with serious injuries in the hospital, where it a week ... later your vacation spent. Luckily it was a russian guest. Despite all had police report and quiet spots. This is only a small foretaste of events in this mostly russian friendly hotel. Even a chef was from Russia. The only Gulasch in 10 variations afternoons and evenings could offer. The food was in principle cold. The pieces of chicken the as to Gulasch gave, were only half ready cooked. Caution digestion problems!
Furthermore you from and to time puke in the morning before its door found. Should probably the first breakfast are. Of course from russian origin. The waiting times to you on a table sit down could, were in limits. These were for a rebuilding necessary. But not bad is.
The travel guide whereas was very good. The tour operator can nothing for the poor behavior your russian guests. We were always very good from the particular tour operator cared for.
The hotel itself ( cleanliness and appearance) made in the all in all a good impression. It is unfortunately, that this hotel as russian stronghold be stamped must, as there are too 80% only russian guests there is. The remaining 20% share locals and german guests.
Therefore also the kitchen in this hotel the russian eating habits adjusted. The unterhaltungslevel the entertainers was the principle was very good, but also mostly only russian language to find.
In short: this hotel is in our opinion, no hotel for german speaking guests, the a quiet and relaxing beach vacation would like to spend. Despite the hotel is of the hotel and the rooms satisfactory. The beach was for our taste also neat to find. Whether here couple boats and a wall anyone in the way were, is pure matter of taste. The pools were clean and reasonable. One of them ( unfortunately the russenpool ) was also with 27 degrees.
For a good vacation in Egypt is recommendable a Nile-cruise on one of the isis ships to book another russenfreies hotel renting out.

Never again this hotel. The same every day so great food, no relaxation by drinkers russians,the drinks are very poor and boring.
