We go for 16 years several times on vacation (mostly Egypt) and never had such a nice and big family room. Everything except for the not inclusive safe was perfect.

The food was excellent also in diversity the offered courses. Who something to moan about has, is no more to help.

All of the staff in the hotel they have given their best; considering, most from october to may are unemployed, you can only the kudos. There was no drawbacks.

The music at the pool, in which the children's swimming pool is integrated, was unfortunately somewhat too loud.

A beautiful new hotel directly by the beach; it could have been the höchstbewertung deserves; only the lack of beach chairs and umbrellas tempted me, the hotel 'nur' to give a good. Especially pleasant was the peace and quiet in the hotel room. The children could at any time sleep. Very good processing.

The hotel is directly at the extensive and wide gently sloping sandy beach; to obsor you can easily on foot walk.

The rooms are big enough, are equipped with a balcony with clothesline, tv, sofa, large closet with a safe, bathroom with shower. State of the rooms was good, only the furnishing is a bit boring. A mini bar was with three bottles filled.

There was a main restaurant and two theme restaurants (italian and bulgarian kitchen). Drinks came from Coca Cola and local vendors. Cocktails and spirits were therefore rather of a lower quality. The kitchen was diverse, however not always well cooked, for example egg shells in the scrambled egg, hard rice, not by fried meat, food from the day before new fake. Also the atmosphere in the main restaurant is rather a station concourse.

The staff sparch mostly german or at least sufficiently broken english. There was no problems communicating. Friendly the staff were also, especially at the front desk. Room cleaning was professional and thorough.

Approximately around the large pool was constantly something instead. There was something there for everyone, from sports to dance or games. The loungers are equipped with an individual sunshades and everything was very clean and tidy.

Very well maintained, relatively new star hotel with all-inclusive offer. Rooms were very clean, exactly like the whole complex. Gardners and cleaning staff were the whole day in use. At the time of our visit were exclusively german in the hotel, with an average age of 40 to 70 years.

Beach directly at the hotel, no long paths. The next town is obzor, the especially tourist populated. To see there are place unfortunately nothing. Nearest airport is varna or Burgas (approximately resembles distance). Excursions were offered by the tour operators offered on site.

We had a large double room with the number 1317 on of the lobby. The room is very spacious, missing an extra table with 2 sesseln. Since we the couch bed for our daughter needed, were no seat and storage space available, except work desk and 1 chair. We have therefore a balkonstuhl in the room provided! The beds are of a very good quality, booked through the peace and quiet in the whole hotel slept very well. The air conditioning worked 24 hours spic, here wouldn't be bad if the safe inclusive offered, actually become standard in 4 star hotels! The bathroom is large enough, here we were totally from the ground-level large shower and sufficient shelf space loved it. In the bathroom would be 2-3 hooks behind the door to hang the towels, as well as a large tray for shampoo and shower gel in the shower area advisable.

The dishes were excellent everywhere and for any taste was to find something. For breakfast there were up to 6 different types of sausage (also dose sausage) and everything was good in terms of taste like at home, what your heart desires! Great were the small pancakes, different muesli, different bread, the ice-cream... Only drawback were the coffee machines (here there is also in fact brewed cafe, the tasted better) and no freshly squeezed orange juice. At the lobby bar can the whole day café and espresso, the is clearly better, genossent are. Late riser breakfast gave it in the snack bar with a reduced offer. You could eat lunch in the snack bar and in the main restaurant food, evening in the two theme restaurants (by appointment, delicious) and in the main restaurant (daily different landtypical food). Here each something finds, salad, cold buffet, 2 different soups, pizza, pasta, show cooking, a variety of meat and types of poultry, potatoes, rice... Drinks you had to even the automat or at the faucets (beer) get, here is the faßwein very recommendable. Also here was constantly being cleaned! Critical note, we would like the commotion in the main restaurant (to have therefore also in cool weather the outdoor terrace), here would be to remedy trays not bad (people run to the part. With a plate or glass around). The cocktails were local tasty, who export alcohol wanted leisure pay for it. There is a pool and a beach bar. The beach bar is absolutely suitable for those seeking tranquillity tourists, unfortunately somewhat 'zugig' (possibility for booked halbseitigen conclusion wouldn't be bad).

The staff are very friendly and tried the guests all wishes of the eyes, without a tip was expected. The most important staff spoke german or english. A doctor is in the house. We had a massive problem with a anderstsprachigen hotel guest, here immediately of the hotel management clarified the situation and the misconception the world managed! Here once again thanks to the assistant of the management.

Felipe and the entire animation team were really great. Starting at animation at the pool (not intrusive), the 2 kids' clubs, the kids disco and the evening ended, everything was totally super and organized. There were 2 children's clubs (Neckermann and its) the our daughter very gladly visited. In the pool area has our daughter a larger slide miss, as it has the climbing/ rutschgerüst in the 'pool' to babyish was. The chairs and sunscreens are by the pool abundant, only at the beach you had to fight and woke up early to reserve! Only the pool was for september very cold, due to nocturnal water purification.

The hotel offers through its u-shaped architecture, sea view for almost all rooms. It is from the morning until the evening cleaned, hardly is somewhere on the floor it is gone! One wonders when the cleaning crew sleep!? Beach and pool was always very neat. We were there at the beginning of september and there were about 80% germans tourists. On the final day we were of the hotel management addressed and questioned how we pleased, the we found very good and is never happened to us.

The hotel lies directly at the sandy beach, here you can super long walks on the beach. In the sea one can run very far inside laufen, so it is very good for children suitably. The lifeguards were very attentive and the nothing happened. The next town, obzor, is 15 minutes away from the hotel and is easily accessible. For 'people who are poor walkers, ' there is a hotel bus, at different times available (1 leva per way), also it is possible from obzor again back to drive. In obzor are enough options for shopping available, usually cheaper as in Nessebar. There is also in obzor a 'spar supermarket' and numerous restaurants. The excursion possibilities were offered by the different tour operators.

Very large, very nice eingertichtete room with massive wardrobes and furnished balcony. Everything was very clean. Hair dryer, plenty of towels, shampoo, soap etc. Everything was there.

24 hours all inclusive. Everything very tasty and a massive choice. You can even get unlimited many bottles of water for the taking to the room free of charge at the bar.

Very friendly, many speak German, if not indulge in regards effort nevertheless to understand.

The quantity the entertainment just perfect, so that you don't get bored however also not irritated by the entertainers. At the beach there is an open-air fitness area (with thatched roof), where gdp and Step-courses take place and every evening (16:30 ) Zumba dancing. Children's entertainment is for lots of different age groups made-to-measure. The children's disco every evening was perfect!

The hotel is as good as new, has very large, very nice eingertichtete room with massive wardrobes and furnished balcony. Everything was very clean. Massive srht beautiful pool area with extremely clean water. In the hotel there are also 2 stores, the suntan creams, toys, sweets etc. Sell. Tip: towels for beach and pool you get free from the hotel. If you evenings supplying, you can fresh in the morning washed pick-up.

The hotel borders directly at the dreamlike beach, the sea is unbelievably clean and warm. The next town obzor is 15 minutes away on foot or hotel shuttle bus reachable.

Food was varied. Always enough there. And a great choice. And also the themed evenings were excellent, The Italian local was very good, and the bulgarian also pleased us. You could not that much at all eating and drinking, which was offered.

For the service we can't other words as: super, kjlasse, great and great. No matter who. Always helpful, polite and also a joke. One was as a guest and man treated. The front desk: amazing. Thanks to petia, stanislaw, Ivan and all other. You are great. sdali at the pool bar was a poem. And ani in the lobby area simply brilliant. But also all other we would like a very warm thanks say. The manager ivelin mitev and denitze are a dream. Should people are a model for other.

Sports and entertainment we did not take part in, but sometimes watched. The peace pool and the large was for unsreen young great. But the best was for us the sea. For relaxation than in the pool.

We were never in a hotel, where you so warmly received. We have a disabled son of 36 years. It was very comfortable, and nobody has reported a moron treated. On the contrary. This hotel is also something for disabled people and also for older. Who children's noise does not like, should in may - June or in September go. But you can hear them. The complex is so big, that it is. And children are our future. It offered a lot. For us were the offers for older a bit too late. However there was something there for everyone and also each evening something going on. A really clean hotel, a terribly great staff. And the manager and his deputy are great. If one a desire or a question or problem had, it was immediately helped. And our young was a great birthday required.

The beach great. Always clean. It was always cleaned. And a little bit alone lag, was great. You heard the other hotels not. Into town was a shuttle bus offered, the very preiswedrt was. Or you use a horse-drawn carriage to obzor to come. And on foot it was just about 15 minutes. Comfortable go. The area itself, is for Bulgaria typical. And the scenery is not yet completely so broken.

We had a suite, the is basically 2 double rooms with a large connecting door. The apartment has direct standzugang. The furnishing is very beautifully and sufficiently.

Now, it was just excellent. There was a big restaurant, in the morning, at noon and in the evening a large, extensive buffet was offered. The further 2 more restaurant, 5 bars and snack area.

The staff were without exception very friendly. Understood has always somehow ;-) the rooms were cleaned daily extensively. Laundry could need to be cleaned. In the hotel there are a doctor and the child care went from 0A 17 years.

Daily. For each age group animation offered. The pool area is huge and cleaned daily. There is enough chairs and if at the beach once all were full, you could at the pool put. It is also directly at the beach.

The hotel lies beautiful directly at the beach. The area is large and on the needs for everyone laid out. One comes problem-free with baby carriage in every area. For cleanliness is very important. It is a pure all inclusive-complex (24 hours eating and drinking!). Next to German tourists were also austrians, scandinavians, east europeans and other guests.

For us was the location excellent. Excellent quiet! At the beach couches 3-4 more hotel complex, the far are separated from each other. So nobody in the way and the beach become more private beach. The small town obzor is 2 kilometer away. Until Burgas about 1 hour transfer. From obzor, you could excursions to Nessebar or varna undertake. We did this with public dared and weren't disappointed.

All meals in buffet form, very tasty, a grand variety of dishes.

Lots of friendly, helpful staff. Any request (a 2nd matress, more towels) fulfilled within an hour.

Animation was good, man good ideas for all ages - and you could have your peace if you wanted to.

Big entry hall, fine decoration. Everything adapted to handicapped people (I am in a wheel chair) and children. 24h reception friendly, capable of many languages.

Situated Directly on the shore. There is a very visible tide, the water is clean. A little outside of the town, with a bus connection every hour. Outside of the hotel all very quiet, but clean.

Had here the reviews read and it is incomprehensible to us, as you can about the food complain about! There was everything fresh pizza, noodles, about 25 salads, different types of bread, warm dishes, meat, children's buffet and a huge desserts buffet. Who there nothing finds is probably at home only tin! _ caution food is not hot just warm _ is however standard in many other countries only warm and not hot essen_ if it was too cold, there are microwaves at the buffet / also for baby food

The service leaves nothing to desire! Super kästebetreuung, staff understood German! Laundry, rental car service( car seats available), great dealing with children. Our small had once at night (0:15 A. M.) broken (heat/excitement?) and already arrived two maids and everything new changed and cleaned.

Everything was great. You read a lot of complaints, there not enough sunbeds-if the vacationers not in the morning the loungers with towels ( often 1 by the pool and 1 at the beach) for the whole day reserve would-there not a problem! Child care came for us into question uS were the caregivers of Neckermann highly unsempatisch, loud and imprudent-we didn't notice, that a around 4 to 5-year old young selfconsistent to his parents by the pool left-only when they could back brought. Kids club (for older) of its, very nice animator!

We have abroad never so a clean hotel had! Beautiful big room with great bath. One needs with a child no family room, the normal rooms are large enough for families with a child. Pools were every day cleaned and even with the toilets by the pool/ beach we had not a problem our 2,-year-old daughter mood to sit (not wet or sandy). There was always something to eat respectively what to drink a lot of selection and great quality. There was even a extra children's buffet ( more than sufficient high chairs). In the hotel are many families and older the are aware, that there is a family hotel is.

The hotel is directly at the beach is however otherwise quite peacefully located until the next small town is approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot at the beach or a on foot. If you like it to be quiet is in good hands here- not ring around only massive hotels. You drove about 1 hour by bus from the airport ( varna and Burgas)

We had room and the feeling, the abwasserschacht of the total building in our room misplaced was. Since helped only, the bathroom door because of the flushing noises at night always was closed. The room was however always clean, daily fresh towels, the sheets were changed after 8 days. Only once seemed the shower not to be cleaned, well, we were ignored. To the safe: unfortunately subject to a charge (60 leva for 2 weeks). The fridge / mini bar make only noise, pure stromverschwendung, the beverages had around 17 degrees. The tv ( old tube) was not used by us, had finally vacation, and the current messages you could over the internet experienced. For a four-star hotel missing in the bathroom, a make-up mirror.

For dining, there are other criticisms: here there is obviously the subjective issue of taste. There was the neighboring hotel Riu ( compared to the previous year) really significantly better, which variety and also quality subject. OK, we have always found something, really delicious, but it was that certain something. There was often/daily meat on hackfleischbasis. A catastrophe the napkin dispenser. There are napkins in known almost restaurant qualitatively much better and larger. Also there was often dirty tablecloths of the previous guest. All these criticisms we had on demand management on site directly at the same staff ( Stanislav does he think I) further given. Done but nothing. As many reviewer the quality the filterkaffees complain about: here my positive opinion, this coffee was the best, I have ever in Bulgaria had, I am speaking here for more stay in Bulgaria from experience. Really recommendable are the Italian and the bulgarian topic evening à la carte, really delicious, however definitely on time reserve!

We were from the management with our visit ( in the short term were 2 work-mates from Bulgaria, the us meeting wanted) was friendly but in the hotel lobby out, since visit not allowed here either. It was called then, the visit would be next year gladly welcome, after posting of course. It was anyway planned, our meeting outside of the hotel take place to leave. Never have I experienced across europe in any hotel experienced. There are from us definitely deductions. Apart from that there would be of us the note perfect, a great shame, there really all of the staff super nice, it was constantly cleaned, nowhere was just an abfallstückchen to see.

The facilities were not used by us. Beach absolutely great, about 6 kilometer long. The pools were way too cold ( but it was in advance ), the sea very pleasant and clean.

The hotel has approximately 500 rooms and appears in spite of the spacious complex when fully booked in the peak season 'crowded'. We were from 29-08-2012 until 12-09-2012 for 2 weeks. In the second week has the location relaxed, because the hotel probably only to 2/3 was occupied. Altogether we were with the hotel however very satisfied, also, because we a comparison to the neighboring hotel ' RIU Helios Bay' ( vacation in September 2011) had. Some points of criticism we have nevertheless, see below (under service / dining/ room). Wifi is in the whole complex for 30 leva per week available, no problems thus, stable and quite quickly. Water bottles there was at the lobby bar, as much as you wanted, for brushing your teeth and so on Should be emphasized of course the perfect -location at the beach, really wonderful. The complex hindernisfrei leave and already one was at the black sea ( about 25 °C water temperature ), chairs and an umbrella are also free of charge available, as well as a beach bar, the due all inclusive of course always free of charge. Super: the world-wide usual people who reserve sun loungers are reasonably effective thwarted, because the reservierungsutensilien, the until o'clock were available, just in the beach sand were put. The same action is it at the pools. We have made in any case always a free beach chair, even at o'clock. Is inadequate for the number of the guests the number of toilets, in particular, close to the beach, but also in the whole complex much too small. Otherwise there is only one access to the beach ( with 3 existing ) a shower and a fußbrause.

The place obzor isn't very large, everything worth seeing is within less hour canvassed, is sold almost only, I call it so, junk (imitations and goods). A spar -market with moderate prices is however available, where you can get almost everything. Several times daily drives to fixed times hotel's own shuttle bus for 1 leva per person and direction from the hotel after obzor and back. We have for the way back also once the horse-drawn carriage for 15 leva dialed, was a little romantic and something else.

The rooms are also fine and large we had lateral view of the sea. There was an airco, fridge with soft drinks these were included the cleanliness of the rooms was also good. The balcony was also large enough with a drying rack there could one well the things dry.

There were intalienisches and bulgarian restaurant this one were not allowed with reservation 1 * use Buffet restaurant you could also afternoons and evenings use at noon could one also well at the pool bar eat. It everything was very good and for any taste about. The staff respects really for cleanliness in complex.

The staff's hospitality very good and the cleaning of the rooms is also very good. The lifeguard they really are very good, whether at the pool and the beach are immediately to the place.

Enough sports and entertainment possibilities there is also ( for young and old) Beach is very clean and pool area also. There was a shallow pool, active pool and quiet pool. Sun loungers were sufficiently available and also included there was extra for the pool/ beach towels this could one each morning aholen and evenings give back.

The hotel is very good. It has approximately 500 rooms and very large and clean rooms. The all inclusive benefits are well by liquer, cocktails, wine sparkling wine until alkoolfreie drinks etc. It were end of September to 80% germans tourist otherwise also swiss and dutch.

The beach was right on the hotel and very clean. Beach chairs were also enough available. From the airport to the hotel one drives about 1 hour. The shopping facilities are about 15 minute walk away but they were not so good, that is however because of it that we are now end of September and 80% of the stalls were closed.
