    Our room was in the adjoining building and in any case recommended. The access is directly on a small side street through the patio doors. The furnishing is approximately 30 years old and not renewed. The mattresses in our beds were so hard, that i one night not slept and me at the front desk weighted. Then the mattresses replaced. The fridge was musty, as the whole room and didn't work. The carpet was covered with marks and in the bathroom were cracked tiles in the bathroom. The doors could at night not be left openly, as the terrace directly on the street. Only the tv was new. The air conditioning was without remote control and ancient.

    The location is about 1 kilometer away from the place, there was a shuttle bus during the day after malcesine Desk are offered in the hotel, near 1 week stay is a cable car ride to Monte Baldo, as well as a journey with the travel agent to Verona inclusive

Great hotel, you should however always a deluxe room book, the others are probably not so nice, as we have heard. Apart from that a really great vacation, especially the food was really good. If you something to moan about has, I don't know. We are definitely coming again. read more

All together we have in this hotel all around felt comfortable. We have enjoyed these days, many excursions around the Lake Garda made. This hotel we could only again and again recommend. read more

Beautiful short trip to recharge for the last few weeks every year. Even when last occupancy, we were to at the end tidy served and spoiled. The rich dinner buffet the meet and abdomen wax. Gladly come again. read more

To the third time in a row, as always very good. With a exception: we face the approaching saisonendes were two large coach parties staying lines taken. Evenings was within 45 minutes the large and sufficient buffet almost completely milled off. Unfortunately for the full-paying guests. Apart from that gladly anytime again in this beautiful hotel. read more

A nice short vacation in malcesine. The hotel is good on average cleanliness and friendliness very good. The location is somewhat außeserhalb of the town. Good traffic connections by local -bus. read more

The hotel is located somewhat away of the historical centre of malcesine. You can either on foot go to the village (about 15 minutes) or with the hotel's own shuttle bus (1 euros per person and ride). The staff are normally friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful large deluxe room with a large bathroom and a great view of the lake and the adjacent lime. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Also the rest of premises were very clean. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening are very diverse and offer something for every taste. in ... the dining room I recommend a place in the front area to choose, because it is a bit quiet. read more

    Large, beautifully equipped deluxe room on the top floor of the nebenhauses with lake views, a four star hotel fair.     Apart from the constant volume in the restaurant ( mensaflair ) we were in the first 10 days evenings with the choice and quality of the food satisfied. For breakfast saw the thing already completely different from (very well arranged). Coffee you had to cups at the vending machine and it was the breakfast constantly interrupted. The last 3 days there not one more time jams ( only packaged and not at all so delicious). Quark, natural yoghurt, as well as muesli we wanted also in vain. The complaint at the front desk said one only, ' but we fruit'!

    Staff in the dining room always friendly and nice, at the front desk unfortunately only partly. Cleaning ladies were rude and did not greet. The clean the room happened only superficially, the carpet in our room was stained and full of dust. The furniture made in the 14 days also no rag seen! The beds was limited to the whip on the bedspread, except for the laundry. On the mattresses the mattress covers, they were merely with a bed sheet changed (very unhygienic!).

We had to initially because overbooking in another hotel ( ASTORIA malcesine-see our review) stay. As a starting point for excursions on the Lake Garda and the area the hotel is well suited. For the hike in the town of malcesine is 20 minutes calculate. The hotel is very well maintained, we felt in the week there felt at ease. read more

    No greeting or sprachmuffel met. Positive despite our late arrival we were very Friendly at the front desk and could in the dining room food. Also were later 'all' very, very friendly there was nothing too much. Languages not a problem, whether German, English, spanish, french and so on perfetto. We had no complaints whatsoever, but I think they would be as all outstanding been resolved.

Kids club good entertainment in the our daughter, despite initial scepticism, however, still gladly went. _wrinkle despite acceptable temperature of about 25 degrees celsius-none of the 3 pools was heated. Unfortunately:-( There is to save a' heated' indoor pool.

    Cable car about 10 minutes on the mountain if the weather is nice recommendable. Price and -15 €. Shore of the lake lake Garda 15 minutes depending on smashed path, back downhill, back uphill (mountain 'relatively'). Shops like shore of the lake, there are a shuttle bus for foot lame from the center Malcesine for hast du time 1 Euro.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, Ensure of the guests very taken serious, very varied food and rich. The cleanliness in the whole hotel is particularly praiseworthy. Our room was huge, with a balcony and beautiful view of the Lake Garda. This hotel we would definitely recommendable. Price-performance ratios in any case. Only point of criticism are the short opening times of the sauna and the fitness room. read more

We have only one night in malcesine stayed in. The reservation was made by HolidayCheck, the settlement at the front desk was smooth. The room was good average, but it was the pool area attractive. Merely the breakfast buffet did not please us. The food containers are were scattered in the buffet-Counters and dearless arranged. read more

Hotel was very beautiful also the pools were okay, just this eternal towel occupancy you should prohibit. There are towels at 7:00 and the guests come only at 15:00 Service was very good and friendly. Breakfast really boring and as already repeatedly here said the café is a catastrophe. The food is okay would be more variety offer. Anyway, overall hotel is okay but if we return to Lake Garda will we become times another test. read more

We were to the 3. male and had a deluxe room. Very big (40 m² ) and very well furnished with bidet, toilet and very large shower. The food is tasty and diverse. The garden and the pools well-kept. Whoever complained here about food or room should rather be omitted or the better room book. All in all a successful vacation. The view of the deluxe room on the lake ( especially evenings) is fantastic. Possibilities for excursions are available or are offered. For little money a large vacation! read more

We were the second time there and it was the family vacation warmly recommend. If you don't too lazy is everything in 15 minutes reach, the hotel offers great excursions and apart from that you can even Lake Garda good with a car or ship explore. We recommend still additionally the Speckstube, which 700 meters away is. For Celiac Disease Affected the hotel is very suitable. Totally pleasant staff. read more
