After a prepayment of almost Euro 300,- including breakfast for one night (3 persons) we are happy expectation on a extraordinary hotel and the comfortable family room we went on our trip. We arrived in a high, dark building hidden behind a really beautiful ***star hotel, which is directly at the beach is. The alleged ****hotel Coppe turned out then middle disaster. The announced family room turned tiny filthy and shabby small room dar, which additionally a dirty and moldy bathroom included! The breakfast then more than to be desired: hard rolls, no fresh fruit or vegetables, one sort ... of cheese and the dried cakes undoing I would have not at all mention! On demand at the front desk as the price for this room and this service as justified, we were told, that booking. Com the prices and you can't do anything about it! Many thanks for these crappy rip-off!

The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Balcony is too small, not times square for 2 people. For a four-star hotel too expensive, felt a bit expected more... Would this hotel never recommend, you can also a three-star hotel book! read more

For an occupational Schiffsbesichtigung in Venedig over the weekend we stayed in the hotel Coppe.
The hotel entrance made a clean impression. Also the receptionist was very concerned our entire group to check.
However were as already in the other reviews mentioned, the rooms are very small. As a couple it is over the weekend in the rooms space, only if you are 14 days spend, you felt like in beach vacation on a submarine. Also the balcony it was very close, if you as a couple sit outside wanted.
However we have to say, the room was clean cleaned ... and the bathroom newly renovated.
From the breakfast forth typically Italian, but quite tasty and sufficient.
In short; for a short weekend stay the hotel you can because of the small rooms recommend. read more

Great Hotel! Good location (right next to the shopping street, only few hundred meters to the beach)! Many Free Time Possibilities! The pool was very cold! Room and bathroom was very small! Dining room very dated and little choice! read more

Unfortunately, the hotel was at this time of year (all Saints' day) only on the release of (cheap) buses all equipped. It was very loud in the hotel and the breakfast was four stars very weak. read more

Was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel, since I had expected something much worse, I have no idea why this hotel was so bad.
Balconies are really very small, that was the only negative in my opinion.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, always very good care of us (taxi, etc.)
Breakfast was great, but it was not very often used as it was too tired.

Be Careful! In this'four stars Hotel' worked as well as nothing: in the morning there was no hot water, fan and jacuzzi in the bathroom were broken, fridge was broken, ac only partially and... The reply from the owner of the complaint-unbelievable, but true :-' if it does not suit, then out!
In this' hotel ' you really had the feeling of jungle stay. Recommended for all guests, with civilization nothing do not want to be. read more

The location of the hotel is good. It is located right next to the shopping promenade and close to the beach. Park possibilities available. The rooms are rather small, but clean. The bathroom was obviously recently remodeled-perfect! Therefor the balcony is tiny-two plastic chairs and it is fully posed. The view of the sea pursuant to an adjacent hotel will be unattended. The Special Offer at the Breakfast buffet is very'offering a clear view'. With austrian standards four stars Hotels not comparable. The quality of the food and drinks is ok but not outstanding.
The pool is on the first ... floor, quiet, clean and well-kept. The staff are friendly and concerned about the well being of the guests hard. Only the lady at the front desk sometimes a little 'absent'.
Conclusion: for a couple of days Beach holiday ok. read more

With my family of four persons we spent four days in Hotel Coppe. Room was large and nice. The hotel is close to seaside. Dinner was good. Yet we NEVER go there again. Though breakfast was far below expectations (certainly not at a 4-star, maybe rather a weak 3-star level) the reason is different. To understand this I have to mention that during dinner the hotel offers antipasti and deserts in a BUFFET system. Or at least that is what they pretended when we booked the hotel. Then during the dinner, the hotel manager simply did not allow (!) our ... children to take further deserts. (She did not bother to say a word of warning or give explanations to us, parents, just sent away the children from the buffet table. When I questioned her she argued that it is normal to take '1 max, 2 deserts per person' (they had actually very small portion of deserts) and that we had already taken more than that. I asked what kind of rule was that and where was it written. Then she said it was not written anywhere but she was the boss and she was just telling that this was it! Then I moved away without telling anything else to her, but she followed me back to our table (!!) where she acted like a drama queen and she even said that 'if we do not like her rules WE CAN FIND OUR LUGGAGES OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL ROOM'!!!
The little issue about the desert is nothing in itself and she could have solved it in many friendly ways. (Though it remains a fact that they DECEIVE their guests claiming they offer buffet when in fact they secretly count every piece of watermelon or cookie you take). But what makes us NEVER GO AGAIN to this hotel is the extraordinarily rude behaviour of the manager. read more

During our office outing in the hotel Coppe. In total good hotel had adequate transport connections and excursion options. Only the staff at the front desk are not one hundred % on wire for the return trip with the bus was a nearby shopping centre and specially in the internet singled out-this purchase centre was the surprise of all closed. read more
