Nice hotel, service ok, no wellness

i picked the hotel because of nice looking internet-pictures. and most of them are true! realy nice rooms (i booked deluxe-room, it's huge, also the bath! incl. balcony), a very nice bar and a beautiful restaurant.
now here comes the BUT:
1. tried to go at 7:30p.m. to the restaurant - it's closed, opens at 8p.m. (for summertime ok, but not when there is rain all day at march 30th and 20 guests are waiting infront of the restaurant - very unflexible). the staff was trying to do there best, i asked about roomservice, they have the ... same menu.
2. fine, i ordered roomservice around 8p.m., until 9p.m. i didn't get it. (at the order the waitress addresses me with my name, i only told here my roomnr., so she did know which room!) at telephone she beg me pardon, she forgot my roomnr. - ok, mistakes happens. she told me it's up in 10-15minutes (it was there after 20).
3. afterwards i wanted to try out the wellness and spa area: i asked about a bathrobe ->"no, you are not in our business-category" they denied me to get an bathrobe, thats customer-service! whirlpool -> out of service! sauna(men) -> out of service! boxes to lock your clothes -> all closed, no keys available. BAD!
4. next day check out: no question, if "everything was fine while your stay with us"(or something similar). they didn't asked! but they have nice stand-up displays in the room "100% satisfaction, or you don't have to pay". are you serious with this promise?
result: nice hotel-concept, relatively good service, wellness-area out of service and 25minutes with tram to historical centre. read more

Great hotel, spacious rooms, everything you need is available. Very good transport links to the city center, location is good but the area is inviting not really a for a walk something to do. Little restaurants in the surrounding area. Breakfast was super only the scrambled eggs (pulverei) was unappetizing. Overall a great hotel for short stays and city breaks. Very good price/performance ratio. read more

A good 4 stars hotel however in the restaurant you should not eat out unless it has won in the lottery!
The pool was for the cold season unbesucht and too cold. And something in need of renovation!
However 500 meters circa away limmagine ristorante bistrot a dream, but book in advance!.

The Radisson Blu milano is a larger meeting and geschäftsreisendenhotel. However, by the value for money also very popular with city breakers.
The check in was a bit slow and not really friendly. The staff seemed disinterested. A shame! However there was a free upgrade to a suite for 4 nights. Great!
In the whole hotel there is free wi-fi!
The hygiene is in almost all areas of satisfactory. There is now and then places where you should better clean could. read more

Great hotel, bookable to a really fair price. Room and bathroom were great. Breakfast is good, but could be better (scrambled eggs/bacon rather unappetizing when we were there).
Would book it again, but you should be aware, that there is a whole piece outside of the city is located. read more

We would book again. The accessibility from the airport is a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is in very good condition, on closer look something poorly finished.
The speed of the tram (stop is directly at the hotel) varies emotionally around 10 minutes.
Nearby there is in the side streets of small restaurants, the very cheap (brick oven pizza around about 6 €) read more

To to the hotel to come, you should from the train station take a taxi. Circa Euro 16 for the trip, the absolutely appropriate.
The hotel lies quite far from the city centre. But there is a small and very old tram, the in front of the hotel and about minutes one is at the Mailänder Dom.
The cost is just 1,50 Euro.
The hotel seemed to be very new. I had a upgrade to a suite received. The room was clean. Coffee and tea are free of charge. And the bathroom was rather a small roman bathroom with ... a rainforest shower. A dream! Room service was okay, unfortunately was the quality the pizza bad and the prices too high. Then rather in the city a small something eat.
The staff are all friendly and you can tell the italian Dolce Vita! read more

In october 2012 we decided for the Radisson Blu as a base for our weekend break to Mailand. The hotel itself offers 250 guest rooms and some suites, all fully equipped with free wi-fi equipped. As code, the room number and last name. There was also a small swimming pool, saunas, and a sports area. Parking spaces are for a fee available. read more

Unfortunately we were only there for e night in this hotel, therefore I can't really comment.
The room was gorgeous and very big. Bathroom very luxurious. Contains many towels in all sizes and a well-functioning hair dryer.
Room contains a large closet with lighting and body mirror. Also in the room included are a mini bar, filled up, glasses and coffee bar. Bed something different but nevertheless very comfortable.
Breakfast and spa area was included. Breakfast was more than enough, however nothing special. Scrambled egg was totally off the mark.
Garage is not included and costs a night 15 € ..., is ok, because it otherwise no parking gives, you gladly in purchase.
General I can say, that the hotel super nice, and I definitely again gladly again would, however this time for 2 or more nights. read more

The hotel is located somewhat away. The center is however by bus or train easy to reach. Both bus station, as well as station are in a couple of minutes to reach. The guests are mixed, all nationalities, different age groups. They were mostly as a couple, some to several in a group on the way, only families with children we had 2 times breakfast not seen. Unfortunately we could the 3. Breakfast not in use, as we were early left. We had only with breakfast and could also easily a non smoking room.
The welcoming at the reception was ... very warm and I had the feeling, that we a different room got, as I asked, not in a high floor to come, because I usually the stairs take. That we were asked, whether the 3rd floor pleasant was. I found it very nice. read more

Hotel lies circa 30 minutes s -train trip from the center ( dom) away. Tram drives frequently-it is thus unproblematic, back and forth to come. Beautiful rooms, quiet, clean. No knick-knack in the hotel - however four-star standard is met. Very good breakfast buffet. In short: very good value for money. read more

A fantastic support from the staff as we were traveling with 2 month old baby - very quick setup of baby cot.
Large rooms.
And a fantastic dinner at room was served. Tried a simple pasta as well as 'Insalata Caprese' - both dishes at the top level of gourmanism.

The hotel is very attractively decorated. The location is slightly on the outskirts however from the S-Bahn station Villapizzone one comes with line S5 or S6 very quickly to the center, where you can get a migrating within 20 to 30 minutes the Duomo is. In the area surrounding the hotel, there is some shops and restaurants. Especially to be recommended the dinner at l'immagine bistrot what a great and fun experience. The rooms offer any comfort and very comfortable beds. Only one negative were somewhat bad cleanliness in the bathroom and defective fittings in the shower. Breakfast is sufficient ... and good. The temperature of the warm meals for breakfast could be better. read more

We are three of us travelled, for one day we were as a stopover in Mailand, and in the Radisson as a place to stay taken. The hotel is great. The bathroom was very big, the extra bed rather simple, but comfortable and the ambience altogether attractive. The pool and the sauna we also used, simply nicer.
Deserves praise also the breakfast, it is everything there, tasted good, but we the coffee tasted best.
Great we found the access to the town center. We have the S-Bahn taken, easily reachable on foot about minutes. With the S-Bahn there are only ... a few stations. But the tram will take you get, great! It is no hotel directly in the center, that should be clear one. It is the price oK, it is quiet and a parking in front of the hotel free of charge really easy to get. We can recommend this hotel!
Mailand however only conditionally. Since September there is a city tax: four star hotel makes 4 €per person and night! Insolence, this Italian. read more

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large and spacious. There are 10 floors and the staff were always helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Very varied offer of cheese over sausage, muesli, fruits and sweet treats. The spa area is included and we enjoyed it very much. The jacuzzi is unfortunately cold and the sauna intended to cooling. There were a steam bath and a 90 °C sauna. There are a lot of business guests on the way. read more
