i picked the hotel because of nice looking internet-pictures. and most of them are true! realy nice rooms (i booked deluxe-room, it's huge, also the bath! incl. balcony), a very nice bar and a beautiful restaurant. now here comes the BUT: 1. tried to go at 7:30p.m. to the restaurant - it's closed, opens at 8p.m. (for summertime ok, but not when there is rain all day at march 30th and 20 guests are waiting infront of the restaurant - very unflexible). the staff was trying to do there best, i asked about roomservice, they have the ... same menu. 2. fine, i ordered roomservice around 8p.m., until 9p.m. i didn't get it. (at the order the waitress addresses me with my name, i only told here my roomnr., so she did know which room!) at telephone she beg me pardon, she forgot my roomnr. - ok, mistakes happens. she told me it's up in 10-15minutes (it was there after 20). 3. afterwards i wanted to try out the wellness and spa area: i asked about a bathrobe ->"no, you are not in our business-category" they denied me to get an bathrobe, thats customer-service! whirlpool -> out of service! sauna(men) -> out of service! boxes to lock your clothes -> all closed, no keys available. BAD! 4. next day check out: no question, if "everything was fine while your stay with us"(or something similar). they didn't asked! but they have nice stand-up displays in the room "100% satisfaction, or you don't have to pay". are you serious with this promise? result: nice hotel-concept, relatively good service, wellness-area out of service and 25minutes with tram to historical centre. read more

Great hotel, spacious rooms, everything you need is available. Very good transport links to the city center, location is good but the area is inviting not really a for a walk something to do. Little restaurants in the surrounding area. Breakfast was super only the scrambled eggs (pulverei) was unappetizing. Overall a great hotel for short stays and city breaks. Very good price/performance ratio. read more

The Radisson Blu milano is a larger meeting and geschäftsreisendenhotel. However, by the value for money also very popular with city breakers. The check in was a bit slow and not really friendly. The staff seemed disinterested. A shame! However there was a free upgrade to a suite for 4 nights. Great! In the whole hotel there is free wi-fi! The hygiene is in almost all areas of satisfactory. As already described, we have a free upgrade to a suite received. This is of course the non-plus-ultra. Great! The suite consisted of 4 rooms together. A large hallway with plenty of storage space (closets) and a room with a couch and seating area. There is also a desk, as well as a 32-inch flat screen tv. The bedroom was also wonderful large and the bed comfortable. The large bathroom had a large bathtub, as well as a walk-in mega -large shower (rain shower). Furthermore had the suite has another bathroom (toilet and sink). The design is mediterranean and warm tones. You immediately feel at home. But also here there are usage. The walls were partly on broken bodies with a wrong color nachgestrichen. Somewhat typical! Mini bar available (but relatively expensive = beer 0.33 liter = 7,00 Euro). There was an espresso machine. That was nice.

  • Gastronomy
    3.0

We only used the breakfast buffet in the restaurant fellini. This was on typical italian 4 star standard. It was nothing special, but it was ok. There was no frills (for example live cooking; unusual fruit, sparkling wine etc.). Apart from that everything was available, that you need (good fresh bread; jam, fresh fruits, yogurt and cereal). The sausage, as well as the cheese were little appetizing serves. The scrambled eggs (pulverei) was terrible. Overall can be said, that one good instruction, with the what was offered. But unfortunately no variation to see. Four nights always the same.

  • Service
    4.0

The service is in all areas of the hotel also unfortunately only satisfactory. No real attention and the staff/inside seemed little interested. The staff/inside the front desk spoke good and clear english. Even a staff with german knowledge. The cleaning of the rooms was always to our complete satisfaction. There were daily enough towels. The staff at breakfast were seemed bored was but if necessarily fast and prompt.

  • Sport & Entertainment
    3.0

The hotel we have because of the good rated spa and, of course, because of the reasonable price (tip: when eBay time. The hotel offers übernachtungsgutscheine at). The spa area was a gem offered. Unfortunately, we had to find out, that this is only partly true. There was strong usage. Furthermore we didn't know, that the jaccuzis per sex are provided. This means, a jacuzzi for the ladies and a jacuzzi for men (the jacuzzi with the men was during the entire reisezeitraums out of operation!). The large pool was a nice size and had a good temperature. Enough towels are available. 5 beach chairs for relaxing. The steam room had a musty, yes almost moldy own smell. A shame! Truth is, that the spa area urgently a renovation the walls and the tiles could needed. If this is made, definitely recommendable.

The hotel is about 20 tram-minutes (depending on traffic) from the city center of milan (duomo). The tram stop is only two minutes away in front of the hotel. We found these nahverkehrsmöglichkeit as the best, since the line 12 directly to the duomo (downtown) drives. For travellers on the malpensa airport land, we recommend the following option: malpensa express to central (11 €per person); from main square meter (metro) until lanza (4,50 Euro for a 24-hour-ticket transport per person) and lanza with the tram (line 12) to villapizone. Nearby the hotel, there is some supermarkets. The largest (Billa) is about 6 stops away at diocleziano. Otherwise there is the area not much. Be careful: the area is popular with would allow dogs-accordingly the sidewalks sometimes from... Overall i can location and the surroundings but give no exhaust fan, no criticism soutenant, since one before you a hotel bay, this white.

Great hotel, bookable to a really fair price. Room and bathroom were great. Breakfast is good, but could be better (scrambled eggs/bacon rather unappetizing when we were there). Would book it again, but you should be aware, that there is a whole piece outside of the city is located. read more

We would book again. The accessibility from the airport is a bit inconvenient. The hotel is in very good condition, on closer look something poorly finished. To to the hotel to come, you should from the train station take a taxi. Circa Euro 16 for the trip, the absolutely appropriate. The hotel lies quite far from the city centre. But there is a small and very old tram, the in front of the hotel and about minutes one is at the Mailänder Dom. The cost is just 1,50 Euro. The hotel seemed to be very new. I had a upgrade to a suite received. The room was clean. Coffee and tea are free of charge. And the bathroom was rather a small roman bathroom with ... a rainforest shower. A dream! Room service was okay, unfortunately was the quality the pizza bad and the prices too high. Then rather in the city a small something eat. The staff are all friendly and you can tell the italian Dolce Vita! read more

In the spacious bathroom particularly the large shower with two shower heads to mention.

We had to our night booked breakfast and weren't dissapointed. The breakfast room is like the whole hotel in the asian style and consists both from the typical 4-tables, as well as a rectangular 'bar', at the the guests sit together, (see photos). The choice is large and has a wide selection of bread, various cereals, various jams and other spreads, a large tea & coffee bar and even salmon is required. Only point of criticism the chairs, on the push a loud squealing of. This will generate a certain unease in the breakfast room. However, this is only a slight grievance.

As typical for a Radisson Hotel, there is for the waiters really at all nothing to fault. I was received rarely so friendly greeted and also the helpfulness of the staff beats anything hitherto. So we asked at the front desk because of an urgent appointment after a taxi and were able to have two minutes later and leave. Such a service can sometimes the vacation save. Of course was also the good service in the perfect cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is located in district bovisa, approximately 10 kilometres north of the city center and 40 miles from the airport malpensa. Therefore, you could unfortunately the location not really 'central' call. The taxi from the airport to Mailand with 90€ definitely not just as cheap to see. Cheaper one drives with the malpensa express or the regional course for 11 €to to the train station 'bovisa -north '. From here you have to then about 15-20 minutes in the direction west walk. Alternatively you could also from the airport to the center milan and then with the tram # 1 to station ' c. marcello castelli 'or with the # 12 to the station' c. marcello villapizzone' drive. These trams should you choose, if you from the hotel into town go. To the cathedral is without having to change about 30-40 minutes. The matching there are tickets in all 'tabacci' shops and costs ~1,50 Euro per ride.

Unfortunately we were only there for e night in this hotel, therefore I can't really comment. The room was gorgeous and very big. Bathroom very luxurious. Contains many towels in all sizes and a well-functioning hair dryer. Room contains a large closet with lighting and body mirror. Also in the room included are a mini bar, filled up, glasses and coffee bar. Bed something different but nevertheless very comfortable. Breakfast and spa area was included. Breakfast was more than enough, however nothing special. Scrambled egg was totally off the mark. Garage is not included and costs a night 15 € ..., is ok, because it otherwise no parking gives, you gladly in purchase. The hotel is located somewhat away. The center is however by bus or train easy to reach. Both bus station, as well as station are in a couple of minutes to reach. The guests are mixed, all nationalities, different age groups. They were mostly as a couple, some to several in a group on the way, only families with children we had 2 times breakfast not seen. Unfortunately we could the 3. Breakfast not in use, as we were early left. We had only with breakfast and could also easily a non smoking room. The welcoming at the reception was ... very warm and I had the feeling, that we a different room got, as I asked, not in a high floor to come, because I usually the stairs take. That we were asked, whether the 3rd floor pleasant was. I found it very nice. read more

The room was big enough, the bathroom nice large and all together also clean. It is simply not easy, a bathroom without windows no mold to find. But you can tell, that against agee. It would be easier, if the small Macke in the door the shower notice would be, because it is also not the floor underwater set. The bed was apparently clean, no bad hair of housekeeping, but my nose was immediately, as soon as I the bed put and I had 3 times at night nose spray walkest (I had luckily because of the flight for everyone). I already for a very long time not so bad. Normally in this category even extra allergy sufferers bed sheets.

We speak abroad with other basically English and will only rarely German identified, therefore I can not at all say, whether many also German. Only a receptionist asked time, if we also speak German and then went the communication in good German.

The welcoming at the reception was very warm and I had the feeling, that we a different room got, as I asked, not in a high floor to come, because I usually the stairs take. That we were asked, whether the 3rd floor pleasant was. I found it very nice.

Hotel lies circa 30 minutes s -train trip from the center ( dom) away. Tram drives frequently-it is thus unproblematic, back and forth to come. Beautiful rooms, quiet, clean. No knick-knack in the hotel - however four-star standard is met. Very good breakfast buffet. In short: very good value for money. read more

A fantastic support from the staff as we were traveling with 2 month old baby - very quick setup of baby cot. Large rooms. And a fantastic dinner at room was served. Tried a simple pasta as well as 'Insalata Caprese' - both dishes at the top level of gourmanism. read more

The hotel is very attractively decorated. The location is slightly on the outskirts however from the S-Bahn station Villapizzone one comes with line S5 or S6 very quickly to the center, where you can get a migrating within 20 to 30 minutes the Duomo is. In the area surrounding the hotel, there is some shops and restaurants. Especially to be recommended the dinner at l'immagine bistrot what a great and fun experience. The rooms offer any comfort and very comfortable beds. Only one negative were somewhat bad cleanliness in the bathroom and defective fittings in the shower. Breakfast is sufficient ... and good. The temperature of the warm meals for breakfast could be better. read more

We are three of us travelled, for one day we were as a stopover in Mailand, and in the Radisson as a place to stay taken. The hotel is great. The bathroom was very big, the extra bed rather simple, but comfortable and the ambience altogether attractive. The pool and the sauna we also used, simply nicer. Deserves praise also the breakfast, it is everything there, tasted good, but we the coffee tasted best. Great we found the access to the town center. We have the S-Bahn taken, easily reachable on foot about minutes. With the S-Bahn there are only ... a few stations. But the tram will take you get, great! It is no hotel directly in the center, that should be clear one. It is the price oK, it is quiet and a parking in front of the hotel free of charge really easy to get. We can recommend this hotel! Mailand however only conditionally. Since September there is a city tax: four star hotel makes 4 €per person and night! Insolence, this Italian. read more

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are large and spacious. There are 10 floors and the staff were always helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Very varied offer of cheese over sausage, muesli, fruits and sweet treats. The spa area is included and we enjoyed it very much. The jacuzzi is unfortunately cold and the sauna intended to cooling. There were a steam bath and a 90 °C sauna. There are a lot of business guests on the way. read more

The location is not bad. It is on the tram 12 or s6 and s5 zum dom within 10 to 20 minutes the tickets are cheap. We have an 10. Card use for 13.80 Euro. The area is not bad. From the S-Bahn station bovisa, the more than reachable on foot is, we have a daytrip to Como made. The malpensa express also stops bovisa.
