A hotel in the guest really feel at home. It is always a home if one into the entrance hall comes after the short drive for us from good 3 hours. It's all true in this hotel. read more

For new year's we were with both of our children (8 + 5) at the schlosshotel and were pleasantly surprised. In spite of the size is still the feeling in a family business with an individual service your vacation to spend. Also the location right next to the ski slope is very comfortable. Like gladly come again. read more

Everything was absolutely perfect and unbeatable - but also the price. Unfortunately we had to for our daughter (12 years) in extra bed 100% pay, since the same extra bed also still another paying child rather would have been... Was so fast but to arrange... read more

This is a hotel the superlative! Very friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel has a dreamlike location right next to the slope. Over the rooms, the gastronomy and the wellness area there is nothing to complain about. The check in is a star hotel. During the welcome aperitif enjoys, is the car unloading. Ski in ski room, suitcase in the room. The hotel has very lots of regular guests, what is already a clear statement is. We look forward already to the next ski holiday. But since this hotel an inside tip is, please do not whisper! read more

We are the 3 time at the schlosshotel and will gladly come again. The value for money is very good. We were the 1 time for christmas at the schlosshotel it was very pleasant designed with a weihnachtsansprache, fisser blässer and no christmas meal was offered. It were very nice christmas without stress. The hotel was very beautiful and tastefully decorated. read more

    We had a suite which is very generous approximately 55 meters². Huge bathroom nice dressing room. With a balcony, minibar, tv, Very decorated up to date. The suite was every day perfectly cleaned. Dry cleaning -staff is very friendly and clean.

    Breakfast is very plentiful and something for everyone. From fish, meat, cheese, cereal, fruit, jam, different types of eggs, bread, bread rolls and different kinds of pastry. Afternoon snack was very spacious. Dinner different issues. For vegetarian, meat and fish was something for everyone. Dishes were for the eye lighted very decoratively. Very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.

    Beautiful large swimming pool everything very clean, many beach chair possibilities. 7 different saunas for the steam saunas are there since this year hygiene towels. Sports offer, from Zumba, water aerobics, pilates, back exercises and so on

The perfect hotel for skiers. Although a family business, the hotel is quite large and when fully booked is very 'busy'. Wireless internet : the hotel consists of a 'old' and 'new' part. In the old, there is no wi-fi. Supposedly from ' strahlengründen'. Completely nonsense in my eyes. Today runs each with a mobile phone around. If a a problem with rays has, then his holiday home in the bunker spend. Guest structure: many dutch-, whether the in Holland somewhat cheaper book as we 'stupid' swiss? :-) read more

    The rooms are beautiful - however too small. If you want a large suite is accustomed, one must the panoramesuite or bernsteinsuite book. But! In the peak season Euro 2000 a night! Suites for 4 people simply have two toilets. In this price category a must.

    Of the finest quality. Plan your holiday please no diet. On the first day we have the whole menu dinner-but had to soon the flags and us parts of these comments. It is super good and plentiful. The restaurant offers again and again different styles. Often also with appetizers and/or dessert buffet. Nice is, that you as a repeat guest the same table zugeweist get.

    Very friendly and competent service. It is still a mystery Thomas all the names of the guests notice. Probably if he the hours by heart ☺. Is however a pleasant feeling with so many guests always with the name to be addressed. The cleaning of the rooms is good. Once you wanted to the room clean, although 'do not disturb' on the door. But exceptions as you know, the rule. Childcare: super-a kids club and a jugentlicherclub. Very many children in the hotel. Even a private, small cinema.

    Pool: nice pool area - lots of space. You will find almost always a spot. A slide for kids is a highlight. The small bistro on the 1. floor right next to the pool area adjacent is very pleasant. Drawback: unfortunately there are! Lots of people also means much water on the slabs. Unfortunately here not enough value on the cleaning put. The stone tiles on the steps are often wet. With the slippers developed to gefählichen slide. It is sufficient (legally) not a 'attention danger of slipping' sign and then the cleaning could be avoided. I'm mean, slipped. The back hurts still. Clear-mostly your own fault. Whether this verklagungswilder americans also sees it that way?

    With a lot of snow on the street is fiss not so easy to reach. The valley has a normal main street distance. At our last trip home was the road because of falling rock blocked. Result: standing kollone kilometres and hour. We were lucky and could over davos back.

From the first to the last moment for our well-being taken care of. Definitely very recommendable. It will be every still so small problem immediately and immediately cared. The staff is extremely friendly, no matter wether in the wellness area, service, kitchen, front desk, bar or room! Relaxation was necessary, and we are got our money's worth... As always we could 4 very nice, relaxing days at the schlosshotel spend. We have been struck by the, that we on the day of departure for the wellness area nor 20 Euro pay need. Until now was the always free. But apart from that is everything is great and I was definitely not the last time in the schlosshotel. read more

We spend our 3. Vacation in the schlosshotel. Also this year was the whole vacation to our complete satisfaction. The mixture between wellness hotel and family hotel manage excellent. Wether of the child care and offers for children we could only be amazed. In summary an all-round recommendable hotel, both for couples, as well as for families. Only was our room very dusty. Our week was simply great in fiss. Despite bad weather from the variety of the hotel benefit. Staff was very friendly, food very tasty and the selection huge. Only in the service, the attention in the evening a little after. The wine was decanted, but then not more refilled, respectively only after asking. Nevertheless the schlosshotel and its location for us ideal and we would gladly come again. read more

Pleasant hotel with great swimming pool, separate children's area and a small but fine sauna area. The hotel fulfills all expectations a four star superior hotel. Value for money is very good - more of an upscale price level for the more beautiful room, but in the guests pleasantly reflects. Very suitable for children, but upscaled level. read more

Very nice hotel with sensational kitchen, beautiful rooms and a great wellness complex. Unfortunately had our single room no balcony. This is not the largest problem, nevertheless it would have been nice, since we smokers among us had, the on the terrace in front of the sleep or whatever a smoked. read more
