The hotel is amazing and there were actually nothing to moan about. Were the 2. time there. The 1st time we had a nice quiet place, which we also in the reservation this year as desire again information. Unfortunately we got another house and on demands for the reservation said, this is not, ready, of endeavour no trace. And peace was nothing more to remember, until 2 o'clock at night heard the entertainment from the neighboring hotel and was at 6 o'clock in the morning of the mosque aroused.     The food and the quality were great good, but it was unfortunately only lukewarm. The hotel is wonderful and in very good condition. The beach section is one of the most beautiful in this region. Unfortunately there are at the beach, for the size of the hotel, too few loungers in the shade. The food was very good and tasteful. The drinks were a five star hotels unfortunately not worthy. There was merely turkish Cola and lemonade. The beer was not the widespread efes, but perge and cocktails there was only against an extra charge. We were together with a friendly family there. Since this vacation our 13. In Turkey was, we had previously ... from the nice, friendly and friendly waiters reported. Unfortunately were exactly this in the absolute minority (but there were of course also, for example Hüseyin gram). Most crept unmotivated and completely unmotivated through the dining room. Again and again a vacation worth. We are the 1st time in this complex and didn't regret it. The whole hotel area is very spacious and with one of the most beautiful gardens and the amazon waterworld unique. Only when the election the room we would the next time to eighth, not only the indicated in the catalog smaller family room ( fut ), but the grßeren (fu) to choose. The choice of food the first day will soon hit and soon we will have the lunches quite hopping around breakfast and dinner more to enjoy, but in the course ... of the time repeated also lots of offers. read more

A very well maintained and beautiful hotel. Although the hotel is quite large (500 rooms), the paths are, for example in Amazon Wasser World or to the beach, not very far. The rooms, as well as the whole complex, are very clean. While we were there, there were many germans families (autumn holidays ) in the hotel, but it was never overcrowded.     Our double room had a very good size and a very nice bath. The furniture was new, every room has a balcony. The mini bar was replenished every day. There was a kettle for tea or coffee. There was sufficient closet space (even with drawers). Like the entire area were as well the rooms in very good condition.

    The transfer from the airport in Antalya is about 1 hour opposite the hotel there are pharmacies, a bazaar and various bars/restaurants. With the Dolmuş you can very quickly in the surrounding places (for example- Manavgat, side and so on.) Drive. The way to the beach is not very far and also with children easy to reach. It was a great vacation but with some minor faults: - the evening entertainment, as well as the kids disco found in the hotel next door, the kids disco was however nightly also at the pool bar before done, which we as a couple without children already disturbed - the slides at the aqua park in need of updating! I have in the wild water slide which is several times knee and thigh aufgeratscht and have several children with wounds seen! - the restaurant is for the number of guests and the the neighboring hotels, there also numerous to eat ... come, clearly too small! You have to several swim laps, before you get a table and 2.! - food was was delicious, but not very varied! - in case of bad weather are the possibilities in the hotel very limited What really posiv emphasized should be, the rooms are! Great hotel. Beautiful slightly sloping fine sandy beach. We had a wonderful family vacation. Shops in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately it was in the children's pool very sharp edges and our son has therefore a hole in the head in/out privileges. The medical care but it was guaranteed. read more

All together a super ferie hotel! The 35 meters² family apartment has unfortunately too few closets and is a little cramped. Apart from that should the rapids, above in the entrance, new are not cleaned in addition. Children the hips ripped and bloody hurt! Not so good! read more

The club is a real recommendation for vacationers, the large installations like. The whole complex is very beautifully designed, has wonderful Gardens and a great 'waterworld'. You had to for a long time at a dirty table to a waiter this' over ', reset the tables new. Often walked it several times past and cleared empty tables from, instead of the new guests to operate. Also for example ordered drinks in the food area and in the bars in the pass without the guest a view that 'slammed', what a no-go is. As already mentioned above, the service was basically OK. Comparisons but we the stay with our RIU Club and Magic Life vacations we have to say, that the staff in the other clubs clearly motivated appeared and the slogan ' service at the customers' internalized had. A wonderful family hotel for good, sunny weather. Near for example rain does not exist a lot to do and the restaurants/bars are crowded (as the beach bars not be used). Beach and Amazon Wasser World our child really enjoyed. read more

We were thrilled by the cleanliness of the hotel. Always it was swept and cleaned. The kids the pool and 'waterworld' simply great. The food was excellent, absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the staff were often unfriendly what the first 2 days quite disturbed, until we 2 waiter come where we always have ordered. Opposite the hotel you can very good shop. The way to the beach is beautifully designed and the beach simply great. The rooms were always clean, minibar is refilled everyday. We are in the autumn traveling by the hotel was already fully what you in the chairs in ... the 'waterworld' noticed. At the beautiful spot we never got a place there in the morning already the towels mood were. Evenings to eat you thought partly there on the next day nothing more to eat are the vacationers on the buffet stormed, which sometimes very strenuous was. However all in all a very nice hotel the one absolutely recommend can. read more

    Were now the 2 time and unfortunately, i must say that the service very has deteriorated. It was on staff saved. Thus one waits for example with the food times 10-15 minutes to get something to drink or table to be cleaned. Some waiters have just not in the mood and are quite rude. This is also at the other bars from. A shame, that has been. Before 2 years, it was so great, but somewhere, one had to yes after the renovation save. Unfortunately at the wrong end.
