The whole hotel area is very spacious and with one of the most beautiful gardens and the amazon waterworld unique. The hotel is wonderful and in very good condition. The beach section is one of the most beautiful in this region. Unfortunately there are at the beach, for the size of the hotel, too few loungers in the shade. The food was very good and tasteful. The drinks were a five star hotels unfortunately not worthy. There was merely turkish Cola and lemonade. The beer was not the widespread efes, but perge and cocktails there was only against an extra charge.
We were together with a friendly family there. Since this vacation our 13. In Turkey was, we had previously ... from the nice, friendly and friendly waiters reported. It was a great vacation but with some minor faults:
- the evening entertainment, as well as the kids disco found in the hotel next door, the kids disco was however nightly also at the pool bar before done, which we as a couple without children already disturbed
- the slides at the aqua park in need of updating! I have in the wild water slide which is several times knee and thigh aufgeratscht and have several children with wounds seen!

The club is a real recommendation for vacationers, the large installations like. The whole complex is very beautifully designed, has wonderful Gardens and a great 'waterworld'.
The sheer size makes the club but also unclear and caused long distances. With small child at the hand took the way from the hotel room to the beach good 10 minutes.
The rooms are newly renovated and modern and tastefully decorated. Only point of criticism the missing lifts in the houses with family rooms. Baby carriages had to go to the open Situated 'stay'.
Negatively to us was the service belched. Lest I ... be misunderstood, the service was oK, but there are the small things, the good holiday feeling concerns. You got the overwhelming number of employees not the feeling gives you, that your job to do. Although the club not fully booked, were the tables in the restaurant slow set and were often not cleaned. We were thrilled by the cleanliness of the hotel. Always it was swept and cleaned. The kids the pool and 'waterworld' simply great. The food was excellent, absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the staff were often unfriendly what the first 2 days quite disturbed, until we 2 waiter come where we always have ordered. Opposite the hotel you can very good shop. The way to the beach is beautifully designed and the beach simply great. The rooms were always clean, minibar is refilled everyday. We are in the autumn traveling by the hotel was already fully what you in the chairs in ... the 'waterworld' noticed. At the beautiful spot we never got a place there in the morning already the towels mood were. Evenings to eat you thought partly there on the next day nothing more to eat are the vacationers on the buffet stormed, which sometimes very strenuous was. Very successful vacation! It was almost everything, the complex is except a few tiny details brilliant:-)!
The food was varied and very tasty! The rooms always really clean and the cleaning ladies very friendly. At the front desk very helpful, even if you itself in the middle of the night ausgeperrt has-) what to criticize and I am very angry, that one definitely at a time where many children on the complex are, starts cats to catch and in cages bundled. Beautiful renovated hotel. Were in October since, had no problems with the chairs! Food was delicious, but unfortunately no Coca Cola, Fanta or Sprite, but local drinks( a bit too sweet). Would this hotel without further recommend it. read more

In all fairness, I must confess, I have a few jitters had, after I some devastating reviews read.
But I was so positively surprised, that bad reviews not at all understand.
The frontdesk employees, as well as in all other areas are more than friendly and helpful been. We were always but also everywhere friendly welcome and service.
The hotel is in an optimal location. It is a big hotel, however get lost a lot and noise and unrest is nothing to feel-except for the food - more about that later.
We had a family room in the house harem. ... We had directly when booking to a quiet room asked and they met our request.
The whole area is clean. It was cleaned, swept and scrubbed.
Our room was a family room with 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms. Everything great, the bathrooms are maybe slightly small side but who wants already eternally in the bathroom. Our balcony was quite large. We could easily accessible by 3 persons place and had a wonderful view on the palms. Our cleaning of the rooms was perfect. A thanks to the cleaning lady. It has us always touches down. Times there were flowers, times were the towels as a swan or heart decorated. Quite really great.
The way to the beach were in lots of reviews criticized. This does not make sense. You walk through a beautiful pine forest. This warms always shade. Even there was constantly cleaned and everything tidy. At the beach offers 2 restaurants, toilets and also showers. Chairs and covers are available.
To the facilities was already much written. 2 large pools. Whereby a pool as relaxation pool ', but 'unfortunately' from the families not always respected. Every pool there are bars and also toilets.
Evenings are the bars partly until 2 o'clock open but always at least until 0:00 o'clock.
A highlight is of course the 'amazon waterworld'. Here children and adults the child remained are its costs. Slides, wave pool, crazy river or just caves, swim or of the pool bar enjoy a drink simply great. Although we in the autumn holidays here were we always got a beach chair in the amazonworld bagged-without that we line up or early get up had.
Now to the 2 large 'no-go's ':
Love German - why must you at 6 o'clock by the complex creep around the best to reserve chairs. The one does not believe. We are on vacation early risers but at 8:30 o'clock were at the pools and also at the beach almost all loungers reserved. At 9:30 o'clock we have at the beach with oh and noise even a couch gets. The bad:
The people who reserve sun loungers will return as from 12 o'clock from their holes-bad. Naturally there are also the gruppenreservierung. A lies at the beach and reserved for 10 people to see, that a second also for 10 people reserved. Bad, really bad and typical German. Unfortunately! This should from the hotel be stopped.
During the day there was every day controls, whether the greeted cheerfully with at the beach it. These were collected. ( towels for the beach respectively pool are included) but unfortunately were the towels from the 'people who reserve sun loungers' not collected.
Main restaurant: these commitments, the offered food tasted. Not more and not less. I would have great find more turkish dishes to find. There is a rich selection, but what I have never seen anything like it: 10 days spinach as a side dish. Breakfast is also okay. Also here a wide selection sausage, desserts, marmelade etc. For the fresh orange juice you pay 1 euros.
The worst here: mass processing and migration. Bad. They make no picture, such as pushed dug and lined up
The waiters are very friendly and hard-working fast to serve and the tables clearing. Everything was good.
Nevertheless: an excellent hotel, a well-kept complex and despite all a peaceful oasis, since a lot runs.
