After a few years was not there-i am in january 2013 again.
Years ago, the still another 2. the hotel building is fitted and 4 years ago completed. There were too few beach chairs and if you don't early revolt had as on Mallorca with towels reserve!
Then were missing umbrellas and trees the little shade.
This year that was different. More beach chairs available-perhaps there were also a few guests there.
The rooms are - always clean - relatively large and d the value for money is still very good.
The breakfast buffet is for the price herborragend even ... if the it not understand the restaurant with little more atmosphere to. Little train station atmosphere.
I have in the last years always in the 'older' main building and was pleased.
The hotel's location is excellent. Ch ulna access to taxis (tuk tuk) and the german restaurants
Are as well 2 minutes away.
Still in a quiet in the hotel.
The conditions for several weeks is already good. read more

If you are passing through a good and cheap hotel in naklua road is well cared for here. Rooms are comfortable equipped, service and so on without any drawbacks.
pool is clean and well maintained.
breakfast everyday, my 3 nights no choice variety but okay.
for a single well located the the nightlife and you want to have fun, bars direct in front of the door or just distant, or with the taxi easy to reach.
for families with children definitely not suitable.
for relaxing and a family vacation with children there are better in the surrounding area, since it ... at night occasional loud (due to the bars) in the immediate environment.
short in short:
good and convenient, service good, if on a city tour and experience is what I highly recommend.
good German bars and food direct in front of the door. read more

beautiful hotel. Large pool everything was clean. Rooms are nicely with plenty of space and clean. Stayed in the 1 floor building on the other side of the pool used, was very pleasant. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced! You can of 7 hours until 13 o'clock breakfast. Drinks in wet bar very cheap. Very good value for money

I'm currently with my wife at this hotel. The hotel can only be regarded as a single disaster. Unfortunately, we stayed for three weeks. The pool is not heated. The rooms are very noisy and the breakfast was disgusting. On my question whether it poss ivch a second key from the room the Anrwort was only negative, but very unfrerundlich (aggressive) reviewer.
We will see that we find another hotel although the booking money back. read more

3 years come in the hotel. Four times per year.
the price/performanceproportion in this hotel is correct.
But with the cleanliness by the pool, in the rooms-bath, there is still much to be improved.
I agree with the guests' Kornelius' not at all.
the rooms and the bathroom were clean if you want a sunglasses on.
One should look not only in the middle of the floor, but also in the corners and under the bed.
The pool is not much clean (was not so in the past).
Beach chairs and sunshades enough!? But only if very few guests in ... the off-season there.
In the high season (winter) for eight o'clock in the morning all occupied.
The staff: the friendliness of the Thai completely lacking here!
The greet a guest, the only know the maids and the staff in the breakfast room.
It is time that the management of the hotel times intervened.

Free Towels for those Pool! Air conditioning and minibar in the rooms! Breakfast buffet is consistent! Is okay but nothing exceptional! Good hotel just the doors close very loudly always!
and if you want to sleep a bit longer, put in the ears cotton ☺.
Pool area would have better if over a few because it could get very slippery (dangerous) to be!

As the Hotel has no official rating I would say 3-4 STARS would be correct. Lek Villa has 2 buildings, located on spacious ground with super large Pool, 50 m long with 2 sep. basins. The 1 st building is about 5 years old and the 2nd one behind the pool was only opened in Nov. 2008. Both buildings have 4 storeys with lift and spacious rooms mostly with King size Double beds but each building has 5-9 twin bed rooms as well. All 79 rooms in each building have balconies and are well furnished with bath and combined showers ..., the new building has sep. showers besides the bath tube. Air Condition in every room, mini bar, good quality SAT TV with Thai, English, French, Italian and German language programs. Rooms are big enough and have 2 wooden arm chairs and table. The cleaning in the rooms is well done in the bath, bedroom and balcony every day incl. towel change. Minibar is filled up every day and prices are well below average in Thailand. Beer, small Shinga bottle Bht 35,-, Cola, Sprite etc. Bht. 10,-, mineral water Bht 10,-. So it is not worth to run to 7 eleven for cheap refill! Internet in Lobby with 6 modern flatscreen PC's Bth 60,-/hour. WIFI avaiable. Free daily newspapers in Thai and English in the spacious friendly looking Lobby. Free safety boxes in the Lobby near front desk.
The very best is the breakfast buffet, ALL YOU CAN EAT, 25 m long with hot and cold offers, incl. juices, tea coffee etc. etc. which is in the hotel room rate included for 2 or 1 person. Open from 7. 00 to 13. 00 h!! Friendly and competent staff is always at you attention. Large comfortable Restaurant for breakfast and for dinner buffet. Very good Dinner buffet Bht 180,- only again ALL YOU CAN EAT. A la carte food is served all day/night at reasonable prices. Guest are very mixed, Thais, mostly younger and with families, and Europeans, more Seniors, seldom with kids are very happy with the standard ot the Hotel. read more
