Have stayed several times in this ferienpark and always loved it. Clean modern hotel, pleasant staff and great. Always had a special offer and it was good.
Are now in this month again arrived, had a special offer.
Already at the arrival it was very busy. Hardly any parking and long lining up at the information. Pleasant staff in spite of the stress. Apartment large and well equipped. On the 2. view but mold in the bathroom and bedroom. Holes in the sheets and not as clean as has been used. A chaos on the first morning. Not enough tables ... for all of the guest, the 8 hours were for breakfast. Sad children not right could have breakfast. Queues at the buffet. With its stuffed tray in the place arrived scrambled eggs and so on cold. Pleasant staff despite stressed-out guests. The time to eat too short. The next group with guests and was waiting for a space. Uncomfortable the bite in the mouth counted to get. Good food. Unfortunately for the end of the week not enough for all. For example finished yoghurts
Only for 'quick' and sad children at other tables to the cup is possible saw and didn't have had. The menu was exactly as in the years before. No new dishes. At the end of the week it was more relaxed at the buffet. In the bathroom was it totally slippery. Children have fallen. Tiles missing and a cover for the basin overflow. It smelled there often after toilet. We never in the years before i noticed. A lot is in need of renovation. The advertised massage voucher has been canceled. Someone was acceptable. Not a problem but by a strong fully booked hotel, there was no new date possible. A shame!. There was a voucher.
Everything together was just not so great as we from hasseroder ferienpark were used. A great shame were always gladly there. read more

It was a very nice semi detached house, a clean hotel in a wonderful neighborhood.
We had nice days in the bathroom and in the sauna spend. The slide was for our 3 children especially great. read more

The apartment was nice and functional decorated. There was no oven or freezer, but we know that from other parks and have already been set. The complex is clean and atmosphere. Only one negative is the artery as the only universal road down to the center/reception. Go there often the cars and with children is then very difficult.
We had a frühlingsspecial use with breakfast buffet (was really top!) And lots of extras (bathroom, indoor, ice cream for children, massage.). There was the value for money really great.
The indoor playground is however rather for small children suitable (for ... our with 2 and 4 years great), but older children bore themselves there perhaps fast. Kinderaktionen such as painting and crafts were great and on our minnis gladly accepted. Brockenbad is for small children great. But unfortunately too few familienumkleiden!
Excursion possibilities are very large and the front desk helps with all questions gladly and friendly.
On the volume we could we didn't complain, since we in the pre-season now in spring were there and therefore not so much the matter.
We would go back anytime. It is a great starting point for all kinds of activities and not so 'covered' as for example a center park. But definitely always the offers use! read more

First i must say that the vacation 'okay' was more also not. Stayed in a apartment. These are located directly in the main building. Must say that was a large advantage, because the weather easy to easter not the straight most beautiful was. So you could also times with a child the bathrobe in the swimming pool and the hair had to not always very dry, it was for me, very relaxing. The apartment was very nicely furnished, relatively large and clean. Wäschepakete we had additionally booked i thought overpriced. read more

We were for the 1. time in this ferienpark and knew on the 1. day, that we'll be back. The cottage was really very nice, in schwedenstil built with darling bedrooms. The bathroom had underfloor heating and the kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher microwave and all the dishes, which one on vacation need. Unfortunately, there was no oven.
The bathroom is a normal swimming pool with a great hoop-slide, the toddler area and a spacious adventure pools. Only drawback: in the shower the pool smell the drains beastly, so we always in our cottage had showered.
The sauna area ... is included in the price and really nice. From 15 to 22 o'clock find hourly varied infusions with various extras like salt and zuckerpeeling, milkshake, ice cream and different.
The indoor play area is for children up to a maximum of 10 years and offers various hüpf and kletterburgen, ball pit, vehicles, table tennis and many more my daughter (3) was daily play for hours and it was great. Next to the indoor playground is a very good and family-friendly restaurant, a great varied offer with high quality food. The prices are in the middle area, for a freienpark and for the great quality absolutely okay.
Overall we were (mom, dad, toddler and baby ) very satisfied and had a wonderful relaxing week. read more

We have for the 3. time the winter holiday here and were again completely contented. This time, we had us for the breakfast buffet decided. The best idea! So a lot of variation i would have been as self provider not on the table can bring. Here a small selection: different rolls, sausage, cheese, cream cheese, salads, boiled eggs, scrambled egg, roasted bacon, sausages, jams, Nutella, honey, syrups, fruit, vegetables, vanilla, strawberry, banananmilch, choco, juices, coffee, tea and so on, in any case stayed with us nothing to be desired. Evenings you can in the restaurant great food. The prices ... are absolutely as a part of and in my opinion just. If the children ready, in the game world rage. The complex dea for emergency hasseröder ferienpark is very big and divided into two parts.
The houses are right where the main house is and he has other part about 400 meters further away.
In the holiday time it was very busy.
The apartments are nice and big. It depends what you book. We had a semi detached house.
Only the houses so close to each other and the houses are clairaudient is not so good.

We had a house type c, which we actually very satisfied were, as only mango the bathroom the top was so small that i am simply not didn't dare (personal indisposition ), but otherwise absolutely great.
The bathroom downstairs was very good.
A further disadvantage the restaurant is (or the abendkoch )
We had evenings a Schnitzel, about as big as a slice of toast (was probably rather a half Schnitzel) and next it was more than twice as large.
And to Gyros the fries were really cold, (as if one would have forgotten the food on the passport supply). ...
The breakfast buffet was in my opinion, have been better, more than enough.
Otherwise it was a beautiful short vacation with have fun, since even with rain no bit boring, since everything under one roof there is. (swimming pool, sauna, indoor -playground.)
So just for new families with very young children, not long car or to Spain want to fly, a real alternative.

Nice holiday park for families with small children. Very much is offered as arcade, arts, large swimming pool with slide, playground outside. We were there for the 2. time and will definitely stay again. The building we have stayed in was at the feed clean and warm. Because we a week before christmas were there, there were not a lot of other guests in the hotel. Very quiet. read more

Were with two kids (1 year and 4 years) there and we loved everything. Play paradise for the 4-year-old super and the swimming pool with reifenrutsche upgraded, hot tub, waterfall, and toddlers area simply superb!
The possibilities for outings are often and also all with public transportation easy to reach!
Room the walls are actually our only point of criticism. (it fell the plaster was peeling from the wall and there are infinitely many cracks in the walls)
Service for family with two children absolutely okay if we once the small leather couch foresee! In the kitchen missing an oven ... but apart from that everything there and clean that you need.

We were the 4. time in hasseröder ferienpark and it was unfortunately one of the worst stays there. The service quality has unfortunately very diminished. We were 8 adults and 2 fw guy c booked. Were these very quiet location however too small. Hard wooden chairs and a small bank at the table, very uncomfortable for longer time to sit. The furnishing wood is functional, but has many signs of wear and tear. The mattresses are unacceptable, way too soft and partly by location, for people with back problems not recommendable. The swimming pool and the sauna area are very ... nice stockpile, be but also many of outside guests used. In the sauna and relaxation area is very rough, since children are permitted. The door in the absolute relaxation room is the opening and closing so loud that relaxation is not possible. On a nice hotel but unfortunately with small defects. read more

Houses are fairly new and well maintained, but the furnishings rather poor. Are missing just simple things such as potato mashers, grater and so on
Mediocre is no oven in the kitchen is,it's not possible rolls recook or a pizza in the oven to throw. Only 4 burners, furthermore it is a must in such a new-fangled area or cottage in the fridge a freezer to integrate.
Terrassenbeleuchtung not available for example haus 13.
Parking options is an absolute disaster, if you have 2 or more cars to arrive. In front of the house no possibility parking, if you ... park on the road risked was almost tangible arguments with locals.
Ways to the ski areas are too far.
Only positive is the one the swimming pool use.
My or our summary is, rather in a altbewährtes cottage again than in a resort with overpriced prices, where we also oven, parking on the doorstep, no trouble with the residents and short ways to enjoy tobogganing and skiing.
To note, we have 6 adults and 4 children 7-12-years-old, over new year's eves 2012-2013 dangers.
As mentioned, it's good value for money simply not.
Decide yourself, better a couple of days schnupperurlaub make.
