Distance to the ski lift is ideal, great ski area. Neither for breakfast, or dinner could convince us. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs were cold or not refilled. In principle, the buffet very carelessly displayed. The salad buffet in the evening was very well arranged, also the main courses are poor. The desserts were for this delicious. In the basement there were a sauna. The steam room is more of a dixie klo-cabin. The jacuzzi is a bathtub, the on demand is filled, place only for one person. Relaxing and enjoying there are after a day of skiing not. For ... children is the small swimming pool great. In sum the hotel is all right, however nothing more. The staff was very bad mood. We decided, a day earlier to leave. read more

A week full amenities we were two friends in alpine resort was satisfactory. Already for the 3. time we chose this hotel completely aware because of its great location, nice rooms, good food and last but not least, the friendly and competent staff. For skiing very recommendable, since schwebebahnen and gondolas right on the hotel in an extensive ski area, the schmittenhöhe, lead. read more

In the catalog were unfortunately 2 saunas and a kneippfad advertised-locally was only 1 sauna and no kneippfad available, what a great shame was, because amongst others we so the hotel booked. The rest however therefor compensated, we had great weather and could the monorail directly next to the hotel use, the mountain to come. The view from the room was also great. Unfortunately went the heater in the bathroom not and soap to wash your hands was also not available. The complaint was received but repairing not running. The bread in the evening was very hard and old, but ... the rest was really nice! Mold under the headrests in the hot tub and in the shower can still fixed -you should not always everywhere crazy look-O we are definitely coming again! read more

The location of the hotel was perfect for us - directly at the valley station the schmittenhohebahn and sonnenalmbahn (and Sonnenkogelbahn )-as well as no 2 minutes to the bus station. Ideal the Waltersdorf - Kaprun card to use the funicular railways up to 3000 meters the kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. For a ride-also to the berbahnen on kitzsteinhorn-you pay 1, -€. About the food you could actually nothing suspend. Good was, that you in the morning a lunch box could put together. However it was a little ridiculous, that afternoon a ministückchen cakes was assigned. Every evening there was the ... lines at the salad buffet. What we in any four star hotel experienced: the tables in the restaurant had no table cloths (only one set). The swimming pool with only 1.30 meters depth of water is not really for adults suitable for swimming. The sauna- respectively Dampfbadeanlage we didn't use it, since they are not very inviting appeared. We had a room with a balcony -though this was only a mini flat -balcony, luckily but the sunny West side. The room was besides that large and clean, as well as the bathroom. read more

This hotel is in a very good state and the grounds are very well-maintained. The cleanliness is very important in this hotel, because it was constantly being cleaned, and the concierge was also constantly some work. We had booked all inclusive and could the whole day feast. There were mainly belgians, dutch and German in this hotel. read more

    The room was with a small seating area and a flat screen tv equipped. The safe in the room was free. Our room was very nice and had a small balcony. The bathroom was not too big, but wholeheartedly enough for us.

    The hotel has a large dining room with an adjoining room. Very pleasant was, that the whole stay the same table. The breakfast buffet more than enough and balanced. One had the possibility from the breakfast buffet a lunch box or in the hotel to eat. For dinner you could under 3 different dishes (1 time vegetarian) or there were 2 times theme evenings with great dishes from the buffet. This kitchen deserves the top marks+

    Already on arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner and it was up to our prior sunday The staff in the food area ( waiter/ in, as well as chef ) was very polite and attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily. The dealing with complaints we cannot judge, because we were satisfied all around.

    In the garden were enough loungers available. To the whole hotel were everywhere places to sit ( at the pond, on the sun terrace, paulanerzelt ). The swimming pool and the wet area was very tidy and clean.

    To Zell am See it was approximately 2a 3 kilometer but it was not a problem at all, because it wrong always a shuttle bus. The kaprun-card was very lots of activities free (use all funicular railways) or discounted ( post bus). From the hotel respectively Zell a. S. You could countless excursions and hikes undertake.

A successful vacation overall. Will definitely come again! Rooms were nice large, modern and nicely furnished. Had view of the cable car-it was also great. Bathroom was wonderful big and in immaculate condition. Staff very quick, especially in the dining room/ -restaurant. Bar in the entrance hall more small and uncomfortable. The ' aufenthaltsrestaurant ' outside of the meal times was rather inconvenient to house and bland respectively elderly. Also almost nobody stopped. Here, a rustic bar with a little music surely better fit. The food was very diverse and very delicious. The choice breakfast was also very plentiful. Completely ... a very successful holiday!     The hotel room we cannot judge, because we because of a overbooking ( in January we had Neckermann booked) in a neighboring guest house stayed in. The zimmerbewertung is therefore for the guesthouse Margarethe.

    Breakfast and dinner offer were good. For children there was a children's menu. Since this our kids not always tasted also for children a meal of meals to order. Lunch we never in the hotel eaten, but always a lunch box made. But you got for breakfast a bag and could then itself rolls reserve. We really enjoyed that, since my son then be beloved nutella toast for lunch could take. Unfortunately there are no drinks to go for the lunch box. Dinner was very good prepared. It was a pity that also for dinner only the simple all inclusive-wine was offered. In some other 4-star all inclusive-hotels ( also in Austria) were to eat different types of wine and one got also the whole bottle on the table. Unpleasant was, that the bar 10 minutes before the dinner time (19 hours) was closed and that you then only in the restaurant received something to drink. Thus, all at the same time to eat ( queue). The 2. bar ( at the front desk) opens only at: o'clock. The all inclusive-hotel deserves no 4 stars. Only 2 kinds of juice, only one type of white and red wine, beer. Fanta, Cola Sprite, mineral water. According to the Neckermann-hotel description it should ' liquor, liqueurs, cognac, whisky, longdrinks and many more ' give. Really there was only 1 sort of liquor and not any liqueur. Drinks, not the all inclusive belong are extremely expensive (more than 4 €for 2 cl). Aperitive and cocktails are not at all offered.

    In the high season there are not enough staff or the people not sense set in. So is for example with the dinner a lady about half an hour almost dormant at the ice bar waiting, until the first guests dessert want. Here you can not help yourself. The children's menu was served, this is no different, as the menu on normal height is appropriate and small children not yet times the food can see. Bottlenecks, there is serving a drink respectively with the clearing of the plates. Salad must get yourself. However there was always a line of 10 to 15 people. As well as for buffet. Since it to dessert besides ice not much was (mostly a sort of mouse) formed a queue. For breakfast there were also flaws. Here were very fast no plates and when which on time, then these were always so hot that the butter instantaneously to molten.     No wellness area. The indoor pool is for the hotel big enough. The counter was during our stay never in use. The jacuzzi -bath tub in the indoor pool was broken. In the back area of the indoor pool was the door to the' sauna'. This was a windowless dark tiled room in the basement with a 2 persons-turkish bath, a tiny sauna and a shower. Resting room I have seen no, at least not in this area of the hotel. Loud Neckermann it should even 2 relaxation rooms give. Since nobody watched each in bathing suits and without towel in the sauna sit. This smells of the whole sauna-area unpleasant chlorine.

    The hotel lies on the hillside above the schmittenhohebahn and sonnenalmbahn. Very quiet. For families is the location great, since it's a massive lawn for playing returns. Unfortunately too steep for soccer. There is also a small playground with a swing and a baby swings and a small slide.

However: in the second week almost identical menu, salad buffet good in terms of taste, but eternal queues in the afternoon a small cake slice, one per person, picky! Drinks only in the smallest sizes-we have ourselves after the hike just 2 glasses ordered-more work for the staff. At the bar was evenings 1 waiter for the guests responsible- Again queues.

    The children's entertainment seemed to be good. We had the hotel also because of the wellness area and the us not at all pleased. Dark sauna, 2 persons turkish, no resting room! The loungers in the indoor pool were sufficient, but who is there, if many children understandably the pool use. The loungers in the garden, and then naturally also again zurückzutragen -was forbidden. The sunbeds were absolutely not and could not be adjusted. We had a very hot 1. Week of vacation and would have the loungers gladly under the tree provided '. The loungers in actually beautiful, shaded back area were old and dirty and were of no use. The free area simply too little protection from the sun

    The location really impressed us, above Zell am See, 2 funicular railways in the immediate area ( no noise ), wonderful view on the mountains. Shops are in Zell am See given, however are bus or car necessary, apart from that 30 minutes hike.

It is a great hotel, food was very good. Only the wellness area leaves something to be desired leftover. Sauna was never hot, jacuzzi only for one person. but otherwise we had a great holiday. read more

Rooms were a disaster equipped. There was no warm water. We stayed in a suite for a family, however there was only one real bed, otherwise one has on a Sofa slept. the quality of the food corresponded to the prices or is it normal, if you gherkins and tomatoes from the night before being at the table for the breakfast rN! read more

Again at any time! The vacation pleased us very well, even our parents! The location of the hotel right on the monorail is both in winter, as well as in the summer ideal. The numerous excursions by car is not a problem. Even our day trip to Salzburg was comfortable to do. read more
