At night often loud the slamming of doors, very noisy, can hear tv from the neighboring room, often drunk guests, the noisy at night, and cry. The first bed sheets-Linen was under the pillow a larger black Stain and Oberleintuch a crack (about 3 centimeter long). in the dining room it had little choice to eat, almost always only one type of meat and a sort of fish, only a vegetable dish, almost always only potatoes and a Teigwarengericht, the already with sauce ready presented. The size of the area is completely okay. The rooms were however quite small. Cleanliness is in this hotel apparently not so important. The cafeteria was on the floor dirty and the rooms were only partially cleaned since the cleaning ladies a strict timetable had. We had booked all inclusive but we would also skip since we only the breakfast noticed. Everything else was not enjoyable! The visitors are rather mixed. There were some families there (which we didn't understand, noise, environment and so on). Young people and older people were also in the hotel guests. read more

    The rooms are in my opinion way too small, old and dirty. The furnishing is simply, but ok. From the wall, the plaster partially down and the doors to the balcony looked very hard to get used to. In our room it was always very loud and noisy.

    There was a cafeteria and a pool bar (10 until o'clock open with small snacks, but very strange appeared, therefore we ate nothing.) The cafeteria was rather small and the selection of dishes also accordingly disappointing. The salad buffet was all right however there was only vinegar and oil dressing. Main dishes, there were 3 piece selection rather without any taste and also for the eye not very appetizing appeared. The restaurant itself was also only superficially clean. If you looked more looked it was a not really so beautiful sight (see also pictures).

    The staff were too many friendly. Especially the cleaning ladies were very friendly. However these were under such a pressure of time, that our room on one day not at all cleaned (no fresh towels!) and the other days only superficially. We had hair in our towels discovered, the bathtub and the shower curtain were dirty, and the floor was also not cleaned. The frontdesk employees could relatively good German and for the guests good cared.

    An animation during the day we have not at all received. Evenings there were from time to time a magic show or a quiz. For the wi-fi access you had to pay. The pool was small and not very clean. Therefore we were here rather far held and are to the beautiful sandy beach.

    The distance to the airport was short. Within 10 to 15 minutes we have our hotel reached. The wonderful beach ( on Ballermann) is approximately 5 to 7 minutes away. One must a small mountain down to run around to get to. On the way there not a problem, but home was already sometimes strenuous. Shops you have on the doorstep. The Ballermann, as well as the Schinkenstraße and so on were however somewhat far away for our taste. We are therefore mostly with the taxi dangers (costs during the day around 6 to 8 Euro and at night mostly 8a 10 Euro). We were 4. That's why we have the costs shared then it was already.

    A normal, very small pool, however it is completely from conifers floor, so that one half of the day in the shade and furthermore everything full of needles is.     The rooms were quite small, but sufficient and clean. The beds were comfortable and except for a few ants in the bathroom we had no animal roommates. The room key you can, if you at the beach or partying goes at the front desk when you leave. Only the safe key must one or take in the room hide. All rooms have a relatively big balcony. The walls are very thin, so if you a room nearby the stairs or lift has, you can hear everything and everyone!

    The hotel lies on Ballermann. To the beach it are around 5 to 7 minutes-depending on which beach section you wanted. To to the hotel to get you had to a quite steep hill, but the hotel lies almost at the start the street. The airport in Palma we have by bus about minutes reached. Unfortunately the hotel is one of the last, the route. There are shops as sand at the sea, alone on the way to the beach. There is several kebab shops, smaller restaurants or pizzeria, recommendable the restaurant is 'del sol', the circa 300 meters on the beach promenade along to reach is (at lots of different länderflaggen on the roof - Italian cuisine and also German dishes). To the Ballermann ( Bierkönig, Oberbayern, mega arena ) on foot it are about 45 minutes, with the taxi tight 10 minutes. You pay for, if you are a good negotiation 8,00 Euro;-)

    Rooms are really small, but as already described above with the coerced equipped. The bathroom also had a sufficient size for 2 persons. Bathroom and rooms were very clean. Room amenities is also a bit outdated already, but nevertheless well-kept.

    There was breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form. The food wasn't very diverse and only partly enjoyable. However we have always found something, what to do with a bit of seasoning could eat, since at spices was saved. The desserts during dinner were great :-). Large variety of drinks ( Cola, Fanta, Sprite, water, beer & wine, as well as juices). Drinks were good. The cleanliness in the restaurant left nothing to the imagination. Dirty plates! Tables were partly not newly restocked and so dirty. English breakfast apart from that German, as well as spanish dishes. Dining room is big enough, so you to everyone time of day find a space. During the day until about 5:30 P. M. you can at the pool bar delicious fries, burger, toasties and of course drinks order.

    When we on the day of arrival completely exhausted at o'clock in the evening in the hotel arrived, we were as a matter of course for one night in a different hotel outsourced, we were told, that we on the next day around half 11 into the room could. On the question, when a contact person of our tour operator in the hotel there, the receptionist said, he does not know. Staff were not kritikfähig and was not really on our concerns. For example has a day our air conditioning not working. This has initially only dripped, so we had a huge puddle of water in the room had, after half a day has then not any more works. After we reported it, we wanted to on the next day inform, if the technicians already was there. Then we were rudely rebuffed.

It is nothing special large, but we can not understand, what a huge pool need, if you right next to the sea is. ;-) there are some loungers, as well as some trimmings by the pool. Otherwise there are a shower.

    The hotel is on a mountain, right at the port s' Arenal ( Ballermann). Transfer time from the airport 10 minutes and by bus to Palma 10/15 minutes to the beach, directly on the Ballermann, one goes about 10 minutes however the beach very crowded, so we always to Ballermann went (circa 20 minutes). Purchase- and entertainment possibilities were numerous nearby detectable. To the Palma aquarium, as well as to the Palma water park are just a few minutes with the taxi. Up to the party mile one needs good 20 to 30 minutes and then, you were only in the mega park.

For sleeping the hotel has enough, the staff were very friendly. The food wasn't good. At night it was pleasantly quiet. Rooms were clean. To the beach it was close, only to the party mile it was very far to walk. read more

Really nice and cool staff, almost everybody speaks German, unfortunately the rooms are very dirty and outdated, swept almost never. Changing only after 2 days possible. The hotel lies on a very steep street. But at the start the street. Buses everywhere and in the 10-minutes tackt. To the beach one must 7 minutes laifen. Discos 30 to 40 minutes it takes a while. Apart from that however reasonable if you only for swimming and partying there is. read more

We were from 16.-19-06-2012 with the football team the Isla dorada, as we this hotel already knew. Would only teams etc. This hotel visit, then the reviews certainly better! I mean, if you this hotel in El Arenal with bag and baggage bay, has from the outset made a mistake! What to expect because some of my previous speaker the Isla dorada? It is a party hotel, which was certainly a bit suffered under its guests and the 'tooth the time I found the stay the circumstances pleasant, completely enough for a mannschaftsfahrt! On day of arrival we could ... morning directly at 9 o'clock at the breakfast buffet strengths. Really you had to once a clean plates search, Na and? And the food you should also take a closer look under the microscope, before one for a decision.-) bit salt and pepper ran and is good. Our rooms stood at 12:30 o'clock available and fulfilled their purpose. Okay, with us dripped it from the ceiling and the shower hardly came water. But we have the with humor, what is it!? The distance to the beach is short. 5 minutes perhaps. To the beer whereas it is minutes 40 minutes. But also this is not a problem, to watch, there are on the way there enough. At the pool bar you can burgers, fries or sandwiches strengths. The drinks are okay. Safe costs 3 Euro on the day + 5 Euro deposit, completely reasonable. Our room during our 4 days cleaned once. The before and after condition was impressive.-) So for all party -tourist: with the hotel are you doing anything wrong! We will next year maybe go back there. Merely the distance to the party is a bit far. read more

During our stay the hotel was to 90% with young people there, the supposedly their ABI celebration after there did. As we were in advance very uncertain, because indeed quite a lot of reviews were bad. The hotel was then itself but OK. Our room was unfortunately on arrival almost not at all cleaned, the days afterwards usually already. Especially the location was very pleasantly, since it is on the Ballermann just on the edge of the party area and the way home from the Ballermann at night really really funny was, even if about 20 to 30 minute walk. read more

We were with 18 man from the sports club and must say it with one of the better Kind of three star hotel was where we were. Positive was - the all at the front desk worked well with carpentry division - friendliness of the staff was always great - animation we had not done so, but the 'Dutch' entertainer has a great job The only negative was - the rooms are very small. At the beginning we had an odd number of persons the we had a room with extra bed would have needs, but where should it is ... possible? On the balcony? So if you booked only double room (unless you call before and ask, whether the rooms where a extra bed in addition to larger I can't say ) - the food was yeah probably in 'almost' all 2a three stars party hotels in El Arenal. So it was really huge large hunger has okay, but more also not. Some you could eat ( vegetables was OK) but some (as amongst others the salad dressing) you could not really so food. There was just a small beer more at the counter-) read more

had a great short break here with mum and sisters! Hermon the barman is a great asset to the hotel. he was lively, fun and friendly. Food was basic but enjoyable and there was always plenty of choice. Not sure if i would bring my 4 kids here though as the pool area and rooms are a little on the small side but perfect for an adults cheap break. Very clean and close to the beach. Try to get a room at the side or back of the hotel as the rooms at the front can be quite noisy at ... night. Would definitly visit here again. read more

The rooms are for one alone enough, they were small, but you would not want to the whole day there. read more

    the hotel is more than 350 meters from the beach away and is located on a very steep Mountain. Therefore I can the hotel not at persons recommend the physical restrictions for example a wheelchair. The first part of the mountain has a slope of about 50% and the second part is about 20%. In the street there is a spar-market of has drinks and sweets, a little further up the hill, there are souvenir shops which are very cheap in the comparison to the beach promenade.
