Pool opens only at 10 o'clock. The loungers are to carry your own. ONLY 30 sun screens! For more than 300 room. Noise and shouting until 2 o'clock in the morning. This is a serious problem also with closed window. Barracks - restaurant with mandatory registration on the on-and nightlife. This form sometimes Queues (we once to 60 persons counted). The offered food is rather modest and the products cheap. The staff are woefully understaffed and the tables remain usually messy of appetizers until the dessert. The stairs and corridors in suites-house during our stay (20 days) not even been ... swept. Nice Russian and not Russian families, many very tatooed British and French guests. Definitely not a three-star hotel. A very incompetent leadership. read more

The target group in this hotel are british, russians and families. If you want a quiet, well-maintained hotel looking for in this hotel not become lucky. There are in the lobby free wi-fi, which is on the old isdn era, in addition one must for the use at the front desk get access data, the then 24 hours are valid. read more

    The rooms were big enough, the furniture is old and are depreciated. A renovation is overdue. The safe for notebooks suitable.

    The food is aimed at british/russians and families. The quality of the dishes is only moderate. If you have different expectations, should pick another hotel. The salad bar was good and visited usually few.

    The welcome at the front desk is very 'sober' /you get the impression gives to be unwanted. You must immediately a deposit-only in bar. If the restaurant staff however easier, that no british or russian is, you will be just treated differently. One is so much nice, get better tables assigned and becomes faster service... Towels were only once a week changed, beds were not at all made.

    There are two main pool with a lot of activities (english/french/spanish) and lots of fun for children (among other things. A pirate ship with water cannons). The loungers can/you have to get them ourselves, there is little shelter from the sun

    The hotel is located on a hill in the outskirts of salou. The intrastruktur is rather moderate-one finds a small supermarket and a small supermarket in the vicinity of the hotel. Good bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity to find. The beaches you to reach on foot are rather small and unspannend. Who the hotel even want to leave, must take the buses or access a rental car back. The parking in the area is limited, the hotel garage, you can for a fee use.

We were very happy in this hotel and will definitely be going back again as soon as we go again after Salou. For our children it was the 'paradise'. Salou itself is very nice and the area was the best. We wanted to extend to two days the hotel was fully booked. read more

Four stars hotel with mostly British and Russian guests! ' It is therefore unfortunately also the selection of food in this vote. spanish flair or if you typical dishes estimates will be disappointed! Our room was in the four floor and beachfront, so we could neither the daily kids-and entertainment, the evening live show programs hear! For couples, the evening Roma table in the bar would like this hotel is not adequate! Room was clean and with terrace. Front desk and staff were very friendly and competent! read more
