A beautiful quiet hotel with a pool. Different room and suites in terrassenartiger complex with a small private church. The condition made a gepflegtenund clean impression. The rooms were depending upon choice well equipped, also with a fridge, flat screen tv. Every day it was cleaned. The benefits were depending on your choice of breakfast over all inclusive. Many bulgarians and russians with children were at this time there guests. Mostly were couples and families there, the a quiet relaxing vacation were looking for, in the middle of a nature reserve. read more

    The size of the room was for a -day stay adequate, clean and partly spartan. 1 flat screen tv with 2 German. Programs, a fridge, balcony, telephone. But only a chair as possibility to sit. The hotel is now about about 3-years-old, but seemed well maintained.

    The location at the beach leads approximately 400 meters a well laid out brettersteg to hotel's own beach. The hotel is very near to a basis of the naturreservates and is not crowded. It lies between sozopol and primorsko ever about 12 kilometer and up Burgas it was about 40 kilometer. In the hotel itself there is only one store, the most necessary things leads, to raised prices. Excursions are nearby located ropodamo river, the black sea leads. A boat is worthwhile very. The entertainment possibilities, as well as shops sin in sozopol and Burgas, as well as in primorsko.

    The hotel lies rents in the nature reserve in Bulgaria. The next city is 20 kilometer far away. The city bugras is 40 kilometer further away. Besides beach and nature there is the hotel nothing! Therefore for single Traveler not suitable, or you love the nature. In September it is very cold, rain and gusty! You can bathe not more. The hotel lies on the hill so complete with stairs, so for disabled this hotel is not suitable! I have a walking disability! The stairs up and down very cumbersome.

It was our first time staying in this hotel. The complex is very clean and nicely laid out. There were several building in which the rooms were accommodated. We had all-inclusive. I personally found the food not really good. Everything was cold. For certain food you had to be quick to get. With English can bulgarians nothing start.     For children there was always animation at least there were posters have pointed out that. In the hotel there was also a gym, the we however didn't use. Access to the internet there were ebernfalls. The pool was also beautifully put on. But we use only the sea. The way to the beach led by the dunes and was nice. There was always enough chairs and sun screens. The beach bar was for my taste a bit small but already completely reasonable.

    The location was very nice. A trip is sozopol you should definitely make. This city is ten kilometers away. The shuttle bus is not so recommendable. The price depends on the number of people. He also drove only once a day. The hotel is in large and whole okay, it must but unfortunately first be said, that it in our opinion ( and also in comparison to other four star hotels in the area) no 4 stars... ( s. other texts) It is located on a small slope, there are a lot of steep paths and stairs to go. The rooms were always clean, the restaurant whereas unfortunately not... ( s. and review in gastronomy) For the most part they were German and locals as guests on location. read more

    On pictures, we have from the rooms saw, was the room/ the rooms clearly bigger. We got a small, narrow room with bed, small schreibtischchen with chair before, closet, balcony and bathroom with shower. I have unfortunately somewhat other expected, but it was generally okay. Nevertheless were the cleaning ladies very efficient, the room was always clean!

    Unfortunately our main criticism in the whole hotel: The bedspreads were almost always dirty, they were in the us present time never changed. Also to provide gewürzsteuer were dirty and sticky... The all inclusive-food was for a four-star hotel awful! The selection was very poor, furthermore was the food only in the silver containers arranged, it was not kept warm. We had to regularly cold food to take us! ( there is still the bbq -restaurant under the regular restaurant with about 3 dishes, this was more or less directly in front of the guest prepared and was warmer) Furthermore is the buffet an imposition for every vegetarians! There is too many meat and fleischfüllung etc. There is a extra vegetarian restaurant, however this is subject to a charge!

    Unfortunately we were at our arrival evenings at present only with large eyes looked at, we were apparently not expected! After our documents exhibited have, by the somewhat unfriendly lady at the front desk only once about 20 minutes in the computer a room for us looking for, with us, you during the whole not! You can tell, we were as ordered and not picked up... You could get along with German in the hotel rather not at all further, a few employees spoke fragmented a few German words, English is there unfortunately only little spread, but if you wanted you got along. The barkeeper at the various bars are communicative and friendly, also the cleaning ladies are very polite and engaging. The staff in the restaurant has its job, but could motivated and friendly his.

    The hotel is surrounded of a very quiet nature reserve, which each guest know should be. The sea is ideally over a small approximately 200 meters long way to reach. Great there are shops not nearby, there is a very small shop in the hotel. The beautiful town of sozopol is a few kilometers and should definitely be visited! Furthermore is a river nearby, on a small tour can be made. Apart from that it looks with excursions rather bad. Also with a rental car are the possibilities in the area low, so not recommendable. ( beware of the local car renting company, the tour operator booked. Attempted, a damage the car made, the already existed.)

This hotel is a bit for people who peace and seclusion search. Except for the price we had no issues. Shopping possibilities as good as not. Only a small shop with the usual touristenwaren. We were mostly at the beach. For snorkelling i am to the cliffs by strandende gone. Fishing was possible. In the evening you could really good jogging or walking. The room was for us 3 large enough. The air conditioning was really great. In the room there was not even a mosquito, but there was one outside (only in the evening ) very nice bitten. So ... definitely take something against the mosquitos and bites along. With the food we were satisfied. There was always much fresh fruit and vegetables. A downer was the behavior of the mostly russian guests. There were mainly mothers with small children to 6 years. The also times the child in the dining room on the potty set ☺. As i would have expected a soft note from the staff desired. However therefor there were no nightly binge. From 23 o'clock was actually quiet on the premises. All in all we loved it. A shame, only the this year the prices significantly increased and this hotel only be of its offered. read more

Boring holiday, with no contact with the outside world, shuttle only runs at least ten persons, otherwise taxi which 40 Lev for the trip back and forth. In the evening there was no music, the entertainment was very, very poor. More for pensioners who wanted to have their peace. The Mini market opens as it wants and has very spartanic. all inclusive at the beach just juice, coke, beer. The coffee had to be paid! In hotel area better. If you want to have your peace and quiet this is the place to be, otherwise we would not recommend this ... hotel! read more

The hotel is located on a hillside and thus a village atmosphere. Due to the hillside location it is very lots of stairs, the disabled people and older people can be difficult. But here is the staff with its car helpful. read more

    our room at the back the end of the resort and I was very surprised by the size and amenities. The room has 2 small balconies, flat-screen TV, a seating area and a desk. I asked around in advance a quiet room and got really one. The bath seemed at first glance very nice and modern, only the shower below leaky, so that the bath very fast under water and was extremely slippery. Fridge was in the room available.

    There is a restaurant arkutino resort, which all inclusive services offered. For the off-season I found the buffet both the quality and taste of the food adequate, but I could imagine, that in the peak season it bottlenecks at the buffet can be found. The quality of the dishes was all right the dishes changed also regularly (there were a lot of land typical), for a fully booked hotel, it could never. Apart from that respected the staff on cleanliness -plates and glasses were rapid cleared and cleaned the tables. The buffet looked never from exploited.

    The staff the hotel staff were all very, very friendly and fond of children. My son was downright you spoiled. Not everyone staff spoke German, but with English and with hands and feet one could inform oneself as good. The cleaning of the rooms took place every day and was very thorough. We were in the off-season. Therefore there was no entertainment program more and child care they also did not offer. There is a small shop at the hotel area, the coerced could get. Unfortunately the opening hours were rather unreliable and I stood a few times closed door. The selection of goods was limited (Stamps were for example no more).

The stay in the hotel was very nice, overall. unfortunately, the staff at the reception hardly speak English and German not at all, since it takes a very long time until a room key is presented at all. The shuttle is not as described three times a day, but only, if at least eight people. Otherwise it costs 10 kilometer away in Sozopol good 20 euro per person. The variety of the buffet, we expected more, there were many local dishes, the unfortunately totally were unseasoned. On requests from guests are not taken into consideration, if you ask a pizza ... without sausage to occupy. The hotel's own beach was very nice, beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available. At the pool you had to fight for a sunbed. Differences between German and Bulgarians already made with the all inclusive wristband, both nations are different colors. You have always felt, that the local guests were treated more attentively. If you're looking for peace is just right in this hotel, it is very secluded, but we had our peace. It is a neat area and everything is very new. The food was better, we would definitely go again. read more

The only thing we really didn't like the toilets on the beach (portable upmarket the smelly) and no water to wash your hands, no showers. Otherwise everything was great. read more

We had consciously for this somewhat remote and rather quiet hotel. It really was very good. The beach and the all inclusive services were great. The staff was super friendly. At the pool we found a quiet place at any time of the day. However, this time we were traveling as a couple. For my kids (10 and 16 years), it would have been too boring there. The evening program we (very nice!) the entertainers twice visited the sake, but it was, frankly, quite bland. read more
