The hotel is a catastrophe! Better said, the staff. Service was just 0! One was as a guest ignored and than inconvienience view. The food was sparse and poor, as well as the cleanliness. read more

The hotel to and for itself is completely okay, the food good. Unfortunately the staff is ( except for the barkeeper in of the pool bar) forget. Complaints are ignored, questions not answered. The state of the room leaves much to be desired. On arrival was the air ventilation in the bath so dirty, that Staubballen and Spinnwegen into the bathroom flew. After complaint and alleged cleaning it was less, but it was still not clean. At the public beach, the same opposite of the hotel and easily accessible by stairs reachable is, I went only once, since the male ... locals alone travellers female tourists immediately as sex tourists see and accordingly pushy treat. So without male company I would the island never again visit, since one otherwise outside of the hotel don't move in it. read more

At most it is a 2-3 star hotel! Do not book any excursion by the travel agency! At first in the room everything was broken - only partial reparation done. Most of the service was very unfriendly - depending on the day. In no case we further recommend this hotel. read more

Even when there were many people staying in this hotel, we felt more than well here. One just can't compare a 4* hotel in the Caribbean with one in Germany. read more

    The rooms were totally okay. According to our opinion, for a 4* hotel it was totally okay.

    Many whiners were there during our time too. We were very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. Nevertheless, it was a pity that the beach bar was closed from 18.00 o 'clock. Only on Fridays it would also be open in the evenings.

    The personnel was friendly non-stop. Above all, the people at the bar were always on high spirits. Although I can't recall names any more, there is, though, an Indian man working at the bar, and he makes really hot, but really tasty mixes with garlic, pineapple, coconut and various spices. It might sound awful, but it's extremely tasty.

    We were a lot on the beach, which was very pretty. Otherwise - apart from snorkeling and swimming - we were not so active sport-wise.

    Grafton Beach Resort is located in front of the small area called Black Rock. With the taxi it's about 15-20min from the airport.
