This is our best 2 weeks of the year! Everything provided and thought out for you, stylish and comfortable apartments, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Delightful terrace snack-bar for light lunches, excellent restaurant or dozens of top-flight restaurants in walking distance. Weather always warm in the winter and it makes a real haven from the English snow! Might get very hot in July/August, but otherwise the most perfect climate imaginable. Much the nicest place on Gran Canaria, Puerto Mogan has real charm which is lacking in other resorts on the island. If you don't mind the 10-15 minute walk to the ... town there is not a thing you could otherwise comment adversely on. read more

A complex for the family! Our kids (6, 15,18) felt very comfortable there. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. On new year's eve was a great buffet and gifts for all enough. The apartments were tastefully decorated and in fact very good kitchen utensils! Also the terrace was with a table, coffee table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. The heated pool and the evening mini disco at 20 o'clock were the hit for our youngest. Especially norwegians were there, a pleasant ambience - all speak english! Directly in front of the hotel is a supermarket; shops, bars, restaurants ... in about 10 minutes' walk away, waterfront with a nice ambience. The way on footh leads through a paved car-free park you can the juice bar with freshly squeezed juices recommend. In Puerto de Mogan everyone got his money worth! read more

Great. After many experiences with package i was more than impressed, especially from the buffet. The 'ball bath' with jungle gym for small children was always for a relaxed variation good. The walk to the beach (objective: the many cafes and boutiques on the beach and harbor ) just perfect with around 10 to 15 minutes in the ' schlendertempo'. An almost scenic in the rocks injected place. Especially in comparison to other 'sins ' a few kilometers further along the coast a small oasis despite mass tourism. Gladly again! read more

The apartments are really very spacious, especially the wonderful big balcony invites for relaxing. A great furniture had the kitchen, so, one could comfortably for 4 people bekochen. Because it very suitable for children is, you should think about, if you dear. It didn't bother us, children are not always quiet and the noise is in the dining room now sometimes louder than usual. At the breakfast buffet there were some congestion, as not always a table was free, but the staff are attentive the guest everything as fast as possible. read more

We had a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a living area with a kitchen, as well as a 49 meters² large terrace. There was everything, what you need for travel with children at the age of 4 years and a baby 6 months. In the shopping center exactly opposite there are diapers, milk, small glass, so that you don't to bring need. The prices are also very good. We ... had to 3 lifts because of the baby carriage and the 8. floor use, found it but never as unpleasant. But the view was in the room 814 amazing. We saw on the mountains and the sea on the upper pool. We had dreamlike weather, so that we included our kids in the pool and also in the sea swam. We were never twice in a hotel. This we book definitely again. It is really so very recommendable! Especially were scandinavians and british in the hotel. German we only a few met. Everything was very pleasant, as the due by towels only german peinlicherweise be made. So our recommendation 100%. read more

Facility is fully the descriptions in the catalog, and is for mediterranean standards clean and tidy.
We had an apartment for 4 people with a beautiful terrace (view of the town to to the sea).
We have for breakfast self-catering, and in the evenings the many restaurants from Puerto de Mogan and the surrounding area. We have the hustle and bustle around Maspalomas/pl. D inglés mostly avoided, although the dunes already times see.
Good restaurants in: puerto de la altea, el palmito, fataga
Baden: puerto de la altea, la verga/anfi del mar
Fishing: puerto de la altea, Puerto de Mogan ... and reservoir La Nina(at gc-605 in Mogán) read more

The hotel is a relatively large complex, in which you itself nevertheless very quickly finds. The location is good, for 'bum' but is perhaps not ideal. To the beach you would walk around 10 minutes. It is however absolutely tolerable and mind not at all. At the time of our stay there were many dutch and English since, continuous pleasant guests. The hotel is altogether very clean, the particular rooms are huge. On the terrace has every room even a shower. Great! read more

It is not a bad hotel, but we didn't enjoy, the rooms at 2 days in the week done ( reason 5 Tagewoche ), this is just a question of staff management. It is surprising, the pool' s usually only from 10:00 A. M. cleaned! There is in some areas of the hotel still some things to do. read more

We wanted a quiet relaxation vacation spend and had therefore Plaza de Europa and not for Pizzeria Rossini or similar decided, however it was for our standards a bit too quiet. After 22 o'clock in the gorge a pin fall heard, even in the restaurants on the beach promenade you sat nearly alone. Also during the day the promenade in the direction beach deserted. But one was however during the day from Presslufthammergeräuschen bother us, as opposite the hotel a construction site was. Directly in front of the hotel at a biomasses -complex built, also came now and then a ... hammer and other schweeres device to use.
In the hotel were hard German guests, mainly English and Spanish (very decent ), so that you not with other German guests a convivial evening with a glass wine could do.
What in any case was missing, was an airco. With over 30 degrees during the day and just under 30 degrees at night, at the heat nevertheless really beautiful to create. The ceiling fan had a highest from sleeping, as for cooling to ensure. In the bathroom there was not even a fan, so that it after showering was hardly to be borne.
They speak German only by occasional staff at reception, otherwise you need English to communicate.
Which was very positive, were the size and the rest of the decor of the room ( microwave, fridge, Stove, Toaster, coffee machine etc.), enough half board completely and you can during the day self-catering and has always chilled drinks on hand. Opposite the hotel there is a relatively cheap supermarket. The to the room good and proper terrace with two loungers, table, 4 chairs and a shower to the cooling is huge and really nice. There is German TV channels, however we had no remote control and wanted on vacation didn't make use.
Apart from that made the entire area a very well maintained and clean impression. From the tennis court, wellness and fitness, we have also made no use, as it was too hot was.
The way to the beach is relatively far, so we the pools limited. In the neighboring hotel you can relatively inexpensive a rental car book and the rest the island explore, what is very recommendable. read more

We had a doppelappartment (two bedroom, two bathrooms) with massive terrace. Great was the open air shower on the terrace for short cooling. The rooms were very clean. The maid service even did our dishes.
In spite of the massive complex we found it not overly loud. Also the lots of small children were not. read more

The hotel cordial Mogán Valle is a really large hotel. Is very generous our apartment ( on the top floor, here are apparently the rooms still a bit higher), very well equipped with high of high quality furniture and very clean. Room service pristine.
The garden is very beautifully built, by the location am hang is however not that much area available.
The pools are in perfect condition, there are enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone, especially worth mentioning is, that the loungers and armchair also very comfortable. read more

I was with my friend 1 a week and we were able to get a very relaxing vacation there enjoyment.
The room was brilliant furnished and bigger than we expected-)
The staff were very friendly and it was regularly cleaned/cleaned.
Exactly opposite the apartments is a small shopping arcade.
At the beach lots of restaurants. A small sandy beach and next to it also a small stony beach.
The distance to the beach is about 500 to 700 meters. But walk still never someone hurt-)
A really great vacation all in all.
But a big minus was unfortunately: ... nser room had for example no air conditioning, but only 2 fans, the however when> 30 °C at night rather like a drop in the ocean rock were. The hotel offers however in the program Mobile- Klimaageräte on (guess the much-all room have no ), the price/ week is 60 €which I was a bit cheeky found. In such a hot country should the basic apply. read more

Hotel is beautiful, however we had a very far (5 minutes) away from the lobby up to our apartment.
The hotel is very well-maintained and clean, otherwise the planting was around the pools very positive.
Lots of English guests, the however not negative anything else, since families.
For couples our opinion not ideal, however for families with children. read more

Staff very friendly and helpful. There was no work too much and for a fun and Smalltalk (some only in English) was still time. Restaurant staff simply brilliant! In the restaurant was no feeling the mass processing on, the buffet was always clean, tidy and was constantly replenished. Fish and meat in the evening, as well as scrambled egg, Omelettes and fried egg in the morning for a personally freshly prepared. Only the entertainment in the evening left something else to wish for. There is still much air upward, because you would one or another evening more in the hotel ... spend. read more
