Had a lovely tıme. The staff were very frıendly and helpful. There's a good mıx of food and drınk avaılable. Pool areas are lovely although be warned that the water feels very cold after beıng ın the sun. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nıce relaxıng holıday. read more

This is a large hotel, but is cleverly laid out on differant levels so you never feel crowded, there are lifts to all levels and stairs, guests whose mobility is very limited may find this an issue Cleanliness is taken seriously here, the public areas are constantly being checked by staff,toilets are pristine. Bedrooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard by a happy team of maids who love to interact with guests. The hotel is all inclusive, the quality and range of food is excellant, vegaterian,diet, meat and fish is served buffet style, along with ... a large selection of sweets,cheese, slads and fruit.     The room is well proportioned, large wardrobe, shelving, safe, the TV is not geared to English speaking guests the only English channel is sky news, not that I go on holiday to watch TV so it wasnt and issue cfor us. Kettle, coffee etc. We also recieved a fruit bowl and wine, lovely touch. Our minibar was replenished everyday, contained bear, soft drinks, fruit juice, peanuts and a chocolate bar Bathroom was clean, well maintained, nice to see the Dove soap and shower gel dispensers instead of bars of soap. plenty of towels in the bathroom I couldnt get internet access in the room

    There are various places to eat at all times of the day and night. Butffet style, al a carte, patisserie counter in the Main Reception, night buffet, room service. The quality and choice is large and changes daily, turkish nights, chinese, roast beef, chocolate night, cheese night. the evening meal was always an experience not to be missed. The evening dining room was dressed differently every night, gold, and red or blue, lovely.and are kept spotlessly clean. There is a restaurant open at lunch times in high season next to the family pool again buffet style. We tipped our waiters, but service is excellent whether you tip or not, there are tip boxes in the restaurants which we used as well hoping its shared out with the kitchen staff

    One of this hotels best assets are its staff, they are friendly, they speak, german, russian, and some english. We are repeat guests and were greeted by bar and restaurant staff like old friends. they are all efficient and courteous, from our lovely man at the Adult only pool who speaks little english but always has a smile and an hello. Our room maid who laughed and dashed about singing. special mention to Ali and Secile in the reception bar who knew my husbands drinks order by day two and kept him well supplied.(and found his baseball cap) We didnt have any complaints on this visit.

    We used the Adult only pool its quiet no music, no children, no volleyball etc, which is what we want. Plenty of sunbeds and sunshades, plus a pool bar open from 9 til 5 The pools on the lower levels are more social with the ususal entertainment supplied by enthusiastic young people. Pool towels can be exchanged daily. There is a family pool and slide, the slide is open at specific times in high season The hotel shops offer a good range of goods, there is a hairdresser and a spa. Cinema, squash court, indoor pool. The entertainment is supplied by the animation team who perform (I use the term loosely) a show on some evening, not spectacular but ok, the entertainment brought in from outside is excellant, shadow theatre, samba troupe, chinese acrobats.

    The beach is located just outside the hotel across the pedestrian promenade, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Side is a 30 to 40 min stroll along the promenade, or you can get a taxi or a dolaman outside the hotel Shopping is typically Turkish outside the hotel, tee shirts, handbags, there are regular local markets to satisfy the shopaholics The airport is about an hour away by coach transfer, but there are plenty of taxis and minibuses at the airport.

Great hotel in a good beach resort, Staff very friendly. The teen club at the hotel, led by Erman, offered a wide range od fun activitities for the children and helped them make new friends. The animation crew were fantastic and provided a full programme of activities for all throughout the day and a variety of evening entertainment. Some great dancers on the team including Cihan who mase us feel very welcome from day 1. read more

The adult only areas are welcome for those wanting quiet time. However facilities for children of all ages are also catered for although early in the season the flumes were not in use. Evening entertainment is excellent and all the staff are friendly, helpful and speak English very well. The public areas are clean, spacious and well staffed. The guests were predominently European. The hotel is a classic style and very comfortable. Food and drink excellent quality and a wide selection of everything is available. Looking forward to coming back again. read more

With few limitations has it us this year again really enjoyed. The whole staff was very friendly and always make an effort, to fulfill every request! We look forward, that elaborately renovated to; because the many different guests leave certainly many traces. We would gladly come again. Nevertheless, we would next stays wish, on the terrace sun screen is available. The canopy is not enough protection against the sun exposure. Umbrellas would definitely not the picture of the hotel disturbing, but rather for the health care of the guests speak! read more

The hotel is architecturally a real 'eye'. Still beautiful you feel as guests in this hotel, which wide to the promenade and the beach maintained. Today you would at this point 2 hotels Build. Especially impressive the many levels of terraced area, on the the guests distribute. Unfortunately it's this outdated hotel and in need of a makeover, Since we only separated sleep, we have an expensive suite, But even here we had five things to complain about. The safe was down in the closet appropriate. So you had to with a flashlight armed be long on the floor around ... the safe to operate. This was surely not only in our age of 76 years a little pleasing. For a 5 star hotel actually impossible. The wheels of the serious are on the large terrace were broken The drain of the sink was apparently clogged. The content of the sink ergoß below the waschtischanlage on the floor. And so on. But it must be mentioned, that all complaints really immediately was solved, including the safe. Issue, why should it will come, where the season but only after our departure started? Another weak point were the à la carte restaurants. In 2 weeks one can 4 times these restaurants. I was for the 3. time the sunrise queen and was now in march again top satisfied! Have the hotel a 2. chnace as i in november 2012 the service, food and so on was disappointed, and i must say this time everything was good even a bit better than in march 2012. Very pleasant and good guest relation ladies. The entire team (all staff) had a friendly and warm from. The entertainment team is new and something must together grow and learn with criticism and perhaps also the there is a difference between, whether you with older or younger ... guests spoke/ 'works'. Because of the new teams were the evening shows of groups from outside decorated which was a shame, but the first dance of the entertainers really really good! Especially mustyy has done really well done.
